These Chicago Chili Crisps Chomp David Chang’s Chutzpah | Eater Chicago
"A long-running Chicago hot-sauce maker (founded in 2003) prized for a pungent, garlic-forward chili crisp that emphasizes crunchy bits of fried garlic alongside zingy oil. Nut-free and intensely flavorful, it’s often used as a quick way to transform snacks or simple meals into bold, savory bites." - Ashok Selvam
Excellent. Nice small venue with excellent choices in mildly eclectic combinations. Will be back.

Love this sauce! Habanero is by far the best thing I've ever had on eggs! Their other sauces are great too!
Updating my above review. The Habanero hot sauce USED to be amazing. Then I noticed the packaging changed and the color of the actual sauce changed too. It tasted completely different and even the ingredients between the old version and the new version are different on the bottle (I have both to compare). I emailed Co-Op asking why they changed the sauce and they claimed only the packaging was different and the sauce was the same. Well - I don't buy it anymore because I do not like the taste of the new version so it cannot be the same because it's noticeably different. I have tried many of the new bottles too so it wasn't just a one off unfortunately.
Such a shame. I used to LOVE it.

There is no better place to get unique, flavorful hot sauces and good company. The staff is wonderful and the food is fantastic. Can't recommend this spot enough. Try the Peruvian Gold sauce.

Food is delicious. Hot sauce is amazing. It gets busy around 10 or 11am so early is better, but its worth the wait no matter how long.

Best local hot sauces, also nice coffee shop, but if you want some interesting and bold sauces, this place is a must. You can find their sauces all over town, but this is basically the mothership

Chill, self-bussing, great food. Check out the used bookstore across the street before or after.

Buy the Chiracha, it's pretty amazing! There are many others to choose from that are just as good!
