My mom and I stopped by for a sweet treat and the workers here were lovely and patient. We chose to pick our ice cream from their signature creations and my mom went with the German chocolate cake while I picked the mud pie mojo. Both of our cups were packed to the brim with ice cream and after tasting both, I have to say the mud pie was my favorite since it was both creamy, sweet, and savory. The German chocolate cake is pretty good too but it fills like it’s missing something, not sure what.

So, I love ice cream and Cold Stone didn't let me down. We ordered multiple servings and I was surprised at how fast and accurately our server made them. She smiled too. We had one with a nut allergy and she was careful to make the last one separately to avoid contamination. She was well versed in the allergy protocol. We hope to go again!

Cold Stone Creamery owner (s): please remove false advertising from your display areas. I walked in 10/20/19 to buy the Reese's peanut butter ice cream cup & you were all out - maybe removing the sign or at least placing a smaller sign of "Sold out" over the advertising on the window & menu wall would be appreciated. The Nintendo sweepstakes ended; thusly, removing the display atop the counter would be ideal. For the high prices a friendlier greeting & a "thank you" by each associate would have been apprecuated vs. "Can I help you?" in a monotone voice. I have many other choices for ice cream & at a lower price such as Thrifty ice cream inside Rite Aid or from the supermarket.

The cakes are amazing. The ice cream is amazing. Service is top notch! We got a chocolate cake and it wasn't overly sweet and it was so beautifully decorated, everything I wanted! We love the birthday cake remix and no other location ever puts enough rainbow sprinkles, they are always super generous with the mix-ins! Super clean too.

Got an ice cream cake from here. I forget the name of the cake but basically it's an awesome cake with snickers. 1 word: Amazing. The cake normally would have fed everyone and had some left over but that never happened. Everyone wanted a second slice! One of the kids picked the plate it was on clean! I can't wait to have to get another cake like this, still licking my lips after eating that slice. Also special shout out to Jocelyn for making and the manager Omar for suggesting and taking my order.

Cold Stone isn't necessarily the best ice cream available, but I enjoy visiting because the employees tend to be fun, hard working individuals. This Cold Stone is no different. The service is always great, the facility is clean, and the ice cream is tasty. I tend to get the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection, and it's perfect every time!

Saturday evening the girl working the counter was not welcoming she didn't greet any of the guest, could barely hear her speaking it was giving I don't wanna be here.

Came here today to use my BOGO birthday coupon. I bought a "Gotta Have It" Size blueberry muffin batter with cheesecake bites mixed in and the Chocolate Truffle without any toppings. They were both good and definetely a good deal since it was a bogo. I was happy to find some premium & unique flavors instead of basic vanilla, chocolate, sweet cream, etc. Service was good and the workers were friendly & helpful.

The young employees at this location act entitled. Then ask for a tip in an almost demanding way. Tips are based on service. Why tip a bunch of spoiled brats. I'll tell you why you don't. The customer service will continue to remain piss poor due to the lack of management and standards when it comes to customer service. P.S. the ice cream is still good though

Been a number of times, I always request a waffle cone, and am sure to audibly state I want a cone and not a cup. Yet in all but one instance I've been given a cup. The one time I was given a cone, it was by a new worker.

There was a line on a cold night. Line didn't take super long, it was pushing along nicely. If i could make any request it would've been to mix the toppings in just a little more. But all a pleasure. No complaints!

Cold Stone's worth breaking my diet. Ice cream is perfect in the summer, winter, morning, before bed, anytime! Cold Stone's service is solid and toppings are fire...plus isn't ice cream the universal neutrality component for heated family discussions? Anyways this spots the peeeerfect go-to after a movie ( regal movie theater is across the street). The line was long, but so what bc Coldstone's scrumptious shortcake sundae make me happy...

Came in to get some ice cream on a Saturday night and I'm not sure if KALEY/HALEY or the ice cream was colder. So sorry we had the AUDACITY to come in and ask for ice cream and she had to make it...it wasn't even a custom order...it was just a standard banana cream pudding no subs no special requests. I'm pretty sure she mixed it twice then scooped it up leaving a good amount on the block to be thrown out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Went to Coldstone to get a plant based milk shake due to my wife and her friend's lactose intolerance. Witnessed the representative Leeanna pour regular milk into the mix. When we asked about it she said "oh you don't want regular milk?" WTF? Then she advised they were out of almond milk. That could have made for a bad night. That's a really big deal and they just blew it off.

The shell was so hard and the girl helping me out chose to get that last one on the shelf after staring me up and down since standing in line but that just seemed off to me

Lindsay was very rude to me during my past experience. First, she didn't greet me nor smile once. I wasn't sure of what I wanted so I took a minute to try some samples and she seemed very annoyed. I then asked for a certain add in and she told me they didn't have any when I saw the jar of it right in front of my face. Not a good time...

Never have I ever been to a dessert place where the service has been so accommodating and patient. Gavin gave me so many good recommendations and was overall amazing! I will be coming back to this specific location again after today!

Every time I place an online order here they are always giving me a size smaller than what I ordered. Not sure what's going on. Quality of ice cream is good, just not getting the amount of product I paid for.

I love everything about this location and this crew however, I really wish they'd invest in something other than brown paper bags as their to-go orders. It makes me feel my order is gonna fall thru the bag if enough moisture collects at the bottom of the bag. Other than that, 5 stars

We went in Monday (June 24th) and received amazing service from Gavin the shift lead. He was super attentive and smiling. One of my best experiences at this Cold stone. For sure recommend this place to everyone!

This is my new favorite ice cream shop. Mia is so awesome. She was very patient as my family and I tried a lot of flavors, she never rushed us and made the whole experience so pleasant. I felt like she truly enjoys her job. She explain the cost of extra mix in's, which was nice so, I didn't have any hidden cost. It was a great experience! I would recommend this location to everyone. This place look to be very clean and kept sanitary. Which is also a plus. Keep up the good work.

Great ice cream , my family love it , always busy every one is working hard there but I think they need more staff to accommodate their customers and avoid the long line

I wanted to order online through a food delivery app but in the app menu the item I wanted wasn't listed. So I called the store, I made sure they have it in stock and I asked to the person who took my call to help me. The deal was I order something from the app menu which was more expensive of what I needed but I was okay with that, they only needed to give the delivery driver the item I requested. I trusted them and their customer service. When finally I got my order delivered, I got what was in the app, not what I requested over the phone. That was very disappointing. And anyway whatever it was available in the app and got to my door it was something I couldn't eat so, MORE Disappointing.

Awesome staff, great customer service. I ordered through their app, the door dash driver was terrible, got the address wrong, apparently couldn't work his gps and when I tried to call him he didn't speak English so I couldn't even give him directions. So he spent 20 min driving around my complex when I had very specific instructions on the order. When I called the store to tell them they were very gracious, offered to refund my entire order. I put the soup in the freezer, hopefully it'll be ok for tomorrow. Either way just because the driver was bad. The store staff was great and the soup looks like the correct order :)

Came by for a milkshake and the girl there must've thought it was weird that I didn't really know how to order, but she really nice & helpful. And the milk shake of course was great. She was really helpful in explaining the different sizes & what goes into the milkshakes. It was a little interesting that the cash register wasn't at the front counter though.

When did cold stone get to be so expensive?!! Me and my kids stopped by last night to grab a treat we got 2 like it's and 1 love it's the total was $19.89!! R The ice cream was alright.

Came here on 3/24. It was a friday night so it was a little busy inside. I was helped by an employee with long hair that was extremely rude and annoyed. The entire time that he was dealing with my order, he seemed impatient and had an attitude when I was polite the entire time. When he began to ring me up, he walked away before I paid. I had a gift card and when he came back I asked if I am supposed to slide it, he took it from me and shook his head like I was disturbing and annoying him. I will not return back to this cold stone if they continue to hire employees that do not know how to have patience and respectful customer service.

After a failed attempt at Cold Stone by the besties house we reached out to these guys for a custom made ice cream sandwich. Instead of driving 2 little people in the heat I called to confirm they offered custom made ice cream sandwiches. The lady who answered my call said yes they can make our sandwiches during our visit. PERFECT!! I told her we will see her soon and she responded with not a problem. After picking up little dude after his first day of Transitional Kindergarten we told him he deserved a treat. We thought it appropriate since he was in tears when we dropped him off! Once again I attempted to order the custom made ice cream sandwiches with no success?!?!?! Whats going on Cold Stone?! Instead of being that person we ordered whatever the little guys wanted. I had to let her know I called and spoke to someone about the ice cream sandwiches which I was told they could make them for me. Lets just say she could have given two *$*s! The two small ice creams with one mix in cost $11? Before we got to the car the ice cream was melting down their arms. It was more like a milk shake in a cup!!! Not a lot of fun when you're only 4 and 7 yrs old. They spent more time dealing with the melting ice cream instead of enjoying it. What a damn mess is all I can say!

I'm just shocked at the lack of service. I had a pick up order, went to the counter and patiently waited to be acknowledged by the shift lead (tall white guy). He didn't so I walked up. He couldn't find my order so he got annoyed with me. He grumpily made it and basically shoved the bag into my had without a word. I wasn't even rude about anything or having to wait longer than I should have for something that was supposed to be ready. I've worked at an ice cream store before. I know how hard it is and how thankless customers are. But this hostility (judging from the reviews below, I'm not alone) is completely unnecessary. Learn some customer service skills unless you are ok with your store shutting down because people are treated so rudely by your employees. Seriously made me regret ordering and ever setting foot in the store.

You should fire all the employees working on 3/27/2021 All the employees were rude and grabbed the card out of my hand so rudely. You could see the anger in all of their faces. I new what I wanted. I ordered right away. I ordered off the menu. I didn't deserve to be treated like that.

Went to this location and got ice cream a few hours later we had sever diarrhea. There is some bacteria in this place DO NOT GO! And we spoke to the manager Julia and she was super rude. Julia you should not be manager in costumer service. Would not get refund, I will never go here again!

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I love the ice cream at cold stone it's always fresh tasting and the mix ins are delicious.

They have about 5 or 6 yogurt/sorbet selections combined. Because of the flavors they offer in those, its kind of hard to pair it with a mix in that will taste good with it. I got the pink lemonade sorbet and waffle pieces mix in and also the cherry vanilla and graham cracker crust mix in. Not a big fan of their yogurts and sorbets, but it was something different for me to try, aside from the norms i always get.

I have never experienced racism like I did tonight from the place! Walked in and was asked to wear a mask in order to be served! We did put on our mask..as I was at the counter, a gentleman walked in and was served with no mask...he was white, the girls working where white! I'm Hispanic! So why was I asked to wear a mask to be served and he wasn't? Racist!!! Do better!!!

Wow. If I ran this business I would be embarrassed. Lindsey was working by herself on a Thursday night with the line out the door. She did an amazing job and was running back and forth trying to help everyone. I wish I could have gave her a personal tip but she said they share them all at the end of the night. Please hire more people or have more people scheduled together because this is crazy.

It's hot inside the store, the toppings taste almost stale and old, and it's expensive for a small portion. Workers are stingy with toppings amount and will charge $1 for 2 sprinkles.

I arrived at this location 5/23 around 1:30. This was my first time at ColdStone and I was helped by Lindsey and my daughter was helped by Natalie. When we first walked in there was a line with about 10 people. Both of these young girls were very nice and Lindsey went the extra step and explained how everything works and recommended flavors. They were also making waffles which smelled and tasted amazing, however I couldn't help but notice it was a little hot in the store and a little expensive for ice cream. There was a girl with short light brown hair, who was wearing a hoodie and apron but with no name tag. She walked out of the back room a couple of times throughout this experience and yet didn't help them out . These girls looked a little stressed with the amount of people that continued to come in. I felt sorry for them.

Line was ridiculously long and I soon realized it was because only one of the registers takes card payment so all of the employees have to stand around waiting to ring up customers as the line gets longer. I've been to this location several times and they have yet to fix the problem. This time when I walked in it was extremely hot and I noticed a sign over the thermostat that said "do not touch." All of the employees looked very hot and were clearly sweating. I myself was sweating and I wasn't even working. I feel for the employees whose boss won't give them a properly air-conditioned work environment. I personally won't be going back until I can stand in the building comfortably.

Their new almond based ice cream is really good. Definitely recommend. The staff is also very nice and helped my niece pick out a good ice cream that she absolutely loved.

This location can make the largest 50+ person cake with only 24 hours notice. They were super nice about it (unlike some of the other neighboring stores) and the cake didn't melt fast or get gooey right away. Some say it's a little pricey, but it's consistently the best ice cream cake I've had. Walking in for just ice cream...that's a different story...it all depends on who's working that day. (I guess maybe the best people are in the back making ice cream cakes ;)

Visited this location with my family on a Friday night. My wife decided to use the restroom and struggled with the lock before it seemed to set. Ultimately, a male fellow customer walked in on her. My son and I were being served and I didn't realize what had happened until my wife came and interrupted the person taking our order. I could see and hear my wife was upset as she tells the employee "your restroom lock doesn't work and a man walked in on me while I was using the restroom". The employee she was speaking to (a male teen) and another employee (a female teen) laughed and the male said, "don't feel bad, it happened to me too". Seeing that we didn't find their response appropriate, the female blurts out, "yeah we know, we're working on it". We asked them if they even considered putting a sign on the door and simply take it out of service. The female shrugged it off and said "yeah, we're working on it". Pretty disappointed that there were no adults there to speak to. I didn't have it in me at that moment to try and explain to two kids what seemed to be common sense. We paid for our order and called their corporate line and spoke to an adult that also seemed to find the their employee's conduct on the matter and their failure to address the restroom issue unacceptable. We watched as the location received a call and quickly placed a sign on the restroom taking it out of order (way to go kids!). If any location managers or business owners read this, STOP TRUSTING KIDS TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS. Some just don't seem equipped to care. Visit any other location and stay away from this one. Can't help but wonder what other behaviors or food safety standards we'd expect to be followed simply aren't.

OMG! We bought the "You'd Be Nuts Not To Try This" cake (which is basically a snickers chocolate cake) and we were blown away. One of the best cakes I have ever had, and I'm not a huge fan of chocolate cake. The ganache frosting was amazing!!! There were no leftovers and everyone plates were licked clean. Amazing job!

I came here after dinner the other night with my family. We walked in and were greeted by the staff. The line had a bit of a wait, but it wasn't bad. I ordered a small cup of their signature creation, "Birthday Cake Remix" with cake batter ice cream, rainbow sprinkles, brownie, and fudge. They made it pretty quickly, although the woman who was first making my ice cream kind of threw it in the cup and it was dripping everywhere. She almost handed it to me like that when another staff member told her that she needs to put it in a new cup and they took it back and put it in a new cup. I appreciated that. The prices weren't too bad and I REALLY enjoyed my ice cream! I could taste all of the ingredients and it was delicious! I will likely be back.

Just had a great experience here today! I was here in August and I ordered a last minute cake for my brothers birthday and they did a great job! I wanted to come in today to get some ice cream and so I did. I was helped by Kevin, the dame guy who made my brothers cake and he was super nice. He greeted me and helped me right away. I reminded him about the cake he made me and thanked him. Omar, who I am assuming was the manager, was present and he thanked me for my feedback. I felt appreciated so I though I should leave this Yelp to show them some appreciation! They were both extremely nice and I was definitely be coming back. This store deserves a 5 star rating because of these two guys! Thanks again

Pretty standard cold stone. The founders favorite is sweet with some pecans which makes it not too sweet. Love coming for waffle Wednesday where they give you a free waffle cone all day.

Service was okay, how about smile more and drink some coffee. Came around 8pm last night with boyfee, it was busy and I see they try they're best to make the line go by quick. What happened to greeting customers and always having a smile on your face. The staff here looked over worked and dehydrated, looking like they were Forced to work a long shift. Maybe, possibly feed your employees or get them a coffee machine. Customer service is lacking really hard. Good ice cream. Shitty vibes. Dont even waste your time at this location go to AFTERS ICE CREAM instead, Better service better environment. Toodles!

The staff was talking amongst themselves rather than greeting the customers. It was so slow. There were 2 groups of people in front of me one group ordered 3-4 items, the next couple ordered 1 thing. It took literally 20 minutes. There was no semblance of order. The girl who helped me was constantly touching her mask and then other items (including the banana she added into my ice cream) without changing gloves. The gloves se was wearing were dirty the whole time, as a result my order and debit card was handed back to me with chocolate syrup all over it. Really disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with how long service took. Waited just to have them mess up my order. Asked multiple times for Kit Kat and somehow ended up with almonds. Luckily I don't have a nut allergy but beware anybody who does. Will definitely go to a different location next time, If I even go back at all.

This is the worst place for ice cream, the staff is completely rude, and they charge you for extras but then don't include them in your ice cream, it's total rip off. The place is not clean and smelled funny when I entered. I was completely shocked at the attitude I received from the girl behind the counter that I will never return to a ColdStone ever! $13 for a little cup that's not even enough for both my kids, it's a ridiculous establishment!
