Closing off my Taiwan adventure with Cold Stone Creamery was the best decision. After days of exploring, walking, and soaking in every bit of this amazing country, treating myself to a custom creation was exactly what I needed. There’s something so satisfying about watching your mix-ins get folded into the ice cream on that cold slab—it’s part show, part dessert, and all delicious. The flavors were spot on, and everything tasted super fresh. Creamy, rich, and just the right amount of over-the-top. It felt like a perfect full-circle moment—ending an unforgettable trip on a sweet, familiar note. Helwa Approved ✅

Decided to try ice cream from this shop, as it was recommended by one of my friends. . I ordered Cookie Overload Sweet Cream with Chocolate Waffle in Small Size. It consisted of sweet cream ice cream, dark chocolate chips, oreo cookies and fudge. The amount of oreo was generous, and each bite was filled with chocolate chips and cookies. They complemented the sweet cream nicely. The chocolate waffle tasted a bit plain though, which was a pity coz we had to pay an extra TWD35 for it. My friend ordered Cheese Basque Ice Cream with Chocolate Waffle in Small Size. She found it to be sweet but not as sweet and salty as she expected for a cheesecake-flavoured ice cream. The cheese cake chucks added an extra texture to it. The ice cream itself was creamy, but overall, was not very memorable or special as she had expected the cheese basque ice cream would be. The chocolate waffle we paid extra was not good at all: it lacked chocolate flavour and was overly sweet and sticky, which was a letdown. . The ice cream shop has two stories, and customers can dine in on the second floor. There was only one staff handling all the orders, so we waited quite a while for our ice cream.

Mint chocolate always be my Favorite things ever ,, my bf haven’t try this ice cream , soo I took him to trying it and he said it’s so good,, Cold stone never disappointed 🥰🫶🏻 But the cashier a bit long wait even it’s just served one person ,, But still i love the ice cream 🩷

Our visit was truly delightful. The staff member, Alex, demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm for his work. He entertained us with an amusing trick and kindly offered a complimentary cookie to our children. We enjoyed both the ice cream and the exceptional service provided!

The store has english menu. First, we need to choose the size of ice cream, then choose the taste, and last choose the waffle. The website has detailed information about the menu and ingridients. It is said vegetarian.

The guy preparing the ice cream was super friendly. We tried Cookie Overload and Strawberry Blonde. Both were delicious 😋

Had many Cold Stone at other stores but this is the worst Cold Stone store I’ve been so far. The cashier was impolite and the ice-cream was served “unbeaten” (Cold Stone usually “beat” their ice-cream to create a chewy texture). End up my ice-cream was just a normal soft unbeaten ice-cream.😠

I'm glad that there's Cold Stone in Taiwan! I've been to another location before in Taipei, but this time around I came with 3 other friends and we all enjoyed our ice cream very much! It's located right nearby exit 6 of Ximen MRT, so it's super convenient. There's a good amount of seating upstairs on the 2nd and 3rd floor with a view - nice if you're coming during the evening and want to see the hustle and bustle of Ximending (shopping district for youths here)!
