Paradise Dynasty & Bruxie are the first things you see when you walk in from the parking lot. Take the escalator down for Cha Redefine, Mian, Mochidonuts, ramen, and many other options. I love the variety of unique food choices that you wouldn’t normally find in a mall food court. The atmosphere is always great and the place is very clean, even when it's busy! I love coming here, and I always have a great experience.

Collage provides not only a high quality but a visually appealing space for a wide selection of dining options. You really can't go wrong with any of the food options, and it's convenient that everything is close together in one area. In fact, it makes for a great meeting place for friends or gatherings!

Collage offers both high end and casual dining, which makes it the perfect place to go for every occasion. I always go here to hang out with friends or even for formal work meals. Everything is so close so it's super easy to grab a little of everything if I can't make up my mind - which always happens because the food is too good.

Great food hall with some amazing choices! My two favorites are Cha Redefine and Phoholic. The space is vibrant, parking is very quick and easy, and I love that all my friends can find something they love here!

Cha Redefine is one of my boba tea rotation stores: something about their jasmine chappucino just hits and one of the few stores I’ll get it hot. Tons of options in Collage with fried chicken, mochi donuts, Korean food sets, and paradise dynasty. Don’t sleep on paradise dynasty’s happy hour: 40% on weekdays, such a good deal!

Collage is a great spot for any occasion or cuisine. I highly recommend checking out Paradise Dynasty for lunch and Cha Redefine for a sweet treat after!

This is one of my favorite places to get food with friends and family because of it’s diverse selection of food and drink. I eat a primarily plant biased diet while my dad prioritizes protein intake, Collage is a place we go to where we know we will all find something we enjoy. My favorite is definitely Cha Redefine, where you must try the avocado drink.

Fun lots of different things to eat and drink. A great option at the mall. Needs more seating but otherwise good

The pho here is absolutely amazing. The broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced--aromatic without being greasy. The meat portions are generous, especially the tendon, brisket, and rare steak, which are all tender and cooked just right. Definitely one of the best pho spots in the area. Highly recommend the #11.

Collage Culinary Experience is a two story collection of eateries located on the Bloomingdale's side of south coast plaza. There are quite a few eateries, all Asian, that offer a range of things from noodles, to pho to mochi donuts and boba drinks. This place is a little hidden behind Bloomingdale's. If you're coming from inside the mall, just walk towards Bloomingdale's and keep going past all the Bloomingdale's bedding, crystal and kitchenware to the neon lights of this little food hall. They have different restaurants that are all separate from one another. This isn't a food court per se because there isn't really a common area to get take out from different places. We dined at phoholic, but the noodle place and Korean place also looked good. We didn't even make it upstairs. But there are more places to eat upstairs too. I had planned on getting a milk tea from the cha place, but I was too full of pho. Haha next time! There were quite a few people dining at the different places or waiting in line for mochi donuts or drinks. So it gets crowded!!

Love coming to Collage at South Coast after work on Friday! So many affordable and delicious options. There's something here for everyone. My favorite spots are Paradise Dynasty and Le Shrimp Ramen, but I've had the boba from the tea house and it was really good as well! Love this take on a mall food court!

A visit to the Collage Culinary Experience/Food Court is a must for all foodies! It is conveniently located in South Coast Plaza by Bloomingdales on the first and second floor entrance. They'll have everything from Le Shrimp Noodles, Paradise Dynasty dumplings, Bruxie waffles, Cha Redefine tea/boba, and of course Pho Holic. So many of these shops are family friendly and can accommodate large groups. It's a casual spot for weekly nights or weekends. *tip, Many of these restaurants offer happy hour or weekday deals. Employees are kind even when it gets so crowded at times. I do wish they would host more events or celebrations around here.

Great ambience and many options to eat. We were able to relax in the waiting area before we got seated for PhoHolic and then bounce around the corner for tea at Cha Redefined. I just wish everything wasn't so expensive; but you pay for the location and ambience.

Food was very authentic! I like that they have fresh or regular noodles options. The service was also quick and simple! Ambiance was pretty cute like a ramen bar but its a pho bar!

My coworker got me a drink from Cha redefined and it was great! Natural ingredients and you can tell it's quality. Great price too with great staff.

I went to the Korean soul food with my friend and it was so good! They give you so many little side dishes and miso soup with your order! The service was amazing as well, they where very attentive. Ambiance was very chill. I was very satisfied with my time

If you're looking for a good boba or drink spot while shopping, check out Cha redefine. The drinks are innovative and deliscious and the employ's are so nice. The drinks are made in house and very fast. The ambiance down here is nice too and I would recommend the Mochi Taro drink.

I always come here on fridays for pholoic so good! The best part is if there's a line you can always walk the mall! Love the staff and it's always so clean! Love that im close to one of the pho places in Costa Mesa

I always come for a late night pho and it always hits the spot. The workers are very friendly and helpful. It's always very clean and quick to settle in

Absolutely love this spot! So many different food choices to choose from. I frequent the Bruxie located here but also love stopping by Mochinut. Paradise dynasty is also a huge hit and a must try. There are other spots to check out that so this is a spot that you can come back to time and time again and still try something new

I love the drinks here so much, they always adjust it to the perfect sweetness for me! The size is always a bang for your buck compared to a lot of places charging $8 for half the size haha. It also comes with a lot of preset toppings!

All food is amazing here! I especially loved the garlic pork dumplings and shrimp fried rice. Great service, short wait time for a Friday night.

PhoHolic was a very tasty and satisfying experience. We came for the first time and enjoyed the pho and free iced tea and hot tea. Will definitely come back for more!

If you're a foodie looking for variety, Collage Culinary Experience inside South Coast Plaza is a dream come true! This two-story food hall offers a wide selection of cuisines, from savory dumplings to creative desserts and refreshing drinks. Here's everything I tried and loved: First Stop: Churrino I kicked things off with gourmet churros filled with caramel and chocolate. Crispy, sweet, and perfectly gooey inside--an amazing start to my food adventure! Second Stop: Paradise Dynasty Be prepared to wait in line, but trust me, it's worth it. I tried three different xiao long baos: the new pulled pork soup dumplings, their famous rainbow dumplings, and the truffle dumplings. Each one was packed with rich, flavorful soup, and they were all outstanding. Bonus points for the adorable panda dumpling! Third Stop: Blossoms and Brass This beautiful bar is a must-visit for unique, handcrafted cocktails. I ordered the Thai Me Up, A New Leaf, and Coco Highball. My personal favorite was the Thai Me Up, which tasted like a grown-up version of Thai milk tea--so good! I also tried their pink rigatoni and a flavorful bok choy salad. Both dishes looked gorgeous and tasted great. Final Stop: Mochinut For dessert, I hit Mochinut for their Korean corn dogs and colorful mochi donuts. I tried the Cookie Monster, Red Velvet, and Melon Pan flavors, and they were all deliciously unique!

I always love a good food hall and was very pleased to see the options that they have in this one attached to the South Coast Plaza mall. Overall, there's many different foods to choose from ranging from American to Asian types of cuisines. I usually end up opting for paradise dynasty that's located in this food mall although other ones have definitely caught my eye and I would like to come back at another time to try different places. I also find it very convenient that it's attached to a mall so that you can get a good meal in with your shopping experience since it's attached. There's also ample parking and very easy to see off of the main street.

This is my go to whenever is SCP! can't go wrong with phoholic especially on a cold day. Le shrimp ramen is also very very good. And don't forget Mochinut and cha redefine for some sweets and drinks, ALL VERY GOOD~

Collage Culinary Experience is located right next to Bloomingdale's (attached) in South Coast Plaza. I love all the different options that the area provides. My go-to is the only decent boba in the mall (Cha Redefine) and Paradise Dynasty! Highly recommend.
