If you like vintage clothes don’t miss the outlet. Love the store (usually go to the one in Camden), adored the opportunities in the outlet. Good price, with the habitual quality. Plenty of sizes and models to choose from. The fitting rooms were a bit… different: three large spaces where several costumers were trying on an assortment of clothes. No cubicles, not a lot of privacy, but to be honest I didn’t actually care (and I tend to care, believe me). But we were there for the same and no one was goggling no one, so I just relaxed and had fun. No toilets, but the pub next door has some that you can use (they share the toilets with Starbucks). Staff friendly. Cashless place so don’t forget your card (you’ll need it).

Wonderful clothing found a very good vintage top in the outlet for an amazing price. Recommend going here.

Great clothes but awful customer service. Bought my girlfriend a pair of shoes from the Spitalfields store as a gift, when they didn't fit I attempted to return them to the Camden store. I was then informed by the (fairly dismissive) staff that I would have to return them to the Spitalfields Store. After making the journey across town I was then told that you do not accept returns on shoes. Now I have an exasperated missus and a pair of shoes that neither of us have use for. (My feet are far too big...) My advice for all partners on a gift buying mission would be to avoid Collectif like the plague, if not, your grand gesture may just turn into a grand disaster....
