"Colorado’s first sake tasting room just opened in town, and it’s been a long journey for owner and brewer Billy Stuart. He worked over two years with local legislators to amend the liquor law and allow sake to be sold like wine in the state. Now the tasting room is open (at 4 p.m. Friday), and it’s an ideal spot to break up the normal bar hopping. Offerings include full and half glasses, flights, cocktails, bottles, six-packs, and to-go growlers. Bonus: First flights are half-off this week in honor of street art festival Crush Walls." - Camila Navarrette

Tori was absolutely amazing! Her hospitality skills are above and beyond. Quick seating and clear menus make for great experiences which you can absolutely find here. The atmosphere is totally bomb and the service was impeccable. When I was worried about asking for samples she made feel like it was totally normal and I got a bottle of something I thought i wouldn’t like without trying which she made possible. Literally only coming back for her she’s awesome #eastcoast

Before coming here-- I had only had hot sake. This place was a perfect introduction into that world. The sake flavors are amazing delicious! There really is something for everyone. Food was amazing- loved everything I have tried. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options too. The staff is fun. The vibe is cool. Going back again this weekend!

Google
This place was excellent! We did 3 half flights to try all the sake options they had, and got a variety of small bites. The Nigamago: Molten Eggs (kind of a cross between Ramen eggs and deviled eggs) and edamame dumplings were particular standouts. And the staff were great!

Rio is a fantastic bartender and a great person to have around. He recommended drinks and brought about a liveliness that is unparalleled in other bars at times. I appreciate his attentiveness and ability to handle my drunken stupor. Kudos to him and the wonderful Sake that is served here, definitely will be returning in the future.

Stopped in with a friend for some sushi. The menu has a short list for sushi but it is done so well. Premium cuts and impeccable presentation. The portions were perfect size, enough to share between two people to be able try various items. We tried so many different menu items. We started out with an order of chicken gyoza. It is perfectly fried and served upon a savory aioli. Next up was the Red Devil sushi roll which was a towering serving. So fresh and perfectly assembled. Not a bland bite to be found. Next up was the hamachi sashimi which was super fresh and intricately assembled in presentation. The micro greens and thin sliced jalapeño took the cut to the next level. So we kept adventuring on the menu and tried the Okonomi fries next. I never thought I would have ordered fries ever in a sushi restaurant, but here we are. Such an amazing combination of flavors. A must try for sure. An order of chicken noodle soup dumplings was in order after the fries and we finished our tour with a salmon roll. The dumplings were so good and perfectly cooked! Before we could close out, a twist of the arm from our server/bartender enticed us to try the chef special ginger and yuvu creme brulee. Food high officially attained. 🤯 There are so many options and great drinks I can foresee myself making several visits in the future. The atmosphere is very casual and relaxing.

Google
Great experience prior to seeing Blondie at Mission ballroom. Sushi and sashimi was great! Brussel sprouts were amazing (from a guy that doesn't like Brussels sprouts) We did sake flight, loved the nigiri! But all were great. Our server (Brandy?) was great and knowledgeable about the menu and sakes. Wish I had photos of food, but we are it pretty quickly!

Google
The vibes. The food. The staff. The SAKE. Can’t believe it has taken me so long to come here. The menu is both craft and traditional, the sakes are flavorful and smooth. Definitely a gem amongst the other excellent choices in RiNo

Yelp
We came here for my birthday brunch and I am SO glad we did. My husband and I are also huge sake fans, so it was a win/win. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a lovely woman who was so sweet and let us pick a seat. She gave us a little background about the sake, food, and history of the distillery. The inside is very cool, with traditional origami hanging from the ceiling! The food and the sake were both fantastic! We had the best time. The real star was the edamame/tofu gyoza and ALL the sakes! I also loved the blood orange sake cocktail I had. We loved it so much, we signed up for their sake club! Such a fun, cool, delicious place we will come to over and over!

Nora J.

Yelp
Came here with a friend to catch up and so glad we chose here! This place has laid back vibes. I loved all the different types of sake you could order. The waitress was sweet and gave us a lot of great reviews. Enjoyed all the small plates you can order while sipping on great sake!

Yelp
Went here for my first official date since my man & I have been dating. Though it always comes w nerves, the staff was so wonderful & kind. Heather was so understanding when we were running a lil behind! kindness you never see anymore Tori tended to us often, was very kind & both her & Heather inquired abt our special event. My first sake experience ever & I can't sit to bring more people back! The food was delicious & trivia night was a great way to break the ice. Thank you! I can't wait to return

Abby M.

Yelp
This is a pretty cool spot if you want to try a unique type of alcohol! They had a variety of of flavors to choose from, and I like that you can get a flight so you can try out a few options instead of committing to one!

Nicole S.

Yelp
This place is best known for its sake, with many infused flavors brewed on site! They also offer sushi (small, simple rolls) and Japanese style appetizers, but my favorite is the hidden comedy cellar in the back! Tickets to a Friday show were reasonably priced and the comedians were great! You can order food and sake while you watch the show. Our favorite sake flavor was the blueberry hibiscus, but every flavor we tried on our flight was great! They also have more traditional dry sake as well. This place is a vibe, such a great weekend activity!

Cesar H.

Yelp
We went on Monday night for trivia and to try it Out for the first time. Food: I really liked it! We tried the chicken wings, fried rice, salted edemame, chicken gyoza, soup dumplings and mochi. All were great bites! The fried rice was overcooked but our server corrected right away! Drinks: the sake was a little warm but otherwise tasty. The cranberry mango was particularly delicious! Service: everyone was so friendly and attentive! Loved our waitress!

Kristen A.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing! Everything about it! They have awesome food and drinks. As well as yoga, trivia, sushi classes, jazz nights! Delicious!

Aundya A.

Yelp
Wonderful sake flavors and live music. I enjoyed the classic flavors, but if you want to try something more unique, I highly recommend the Beets Mode

Jenessa H.

Yelp
Very cute place! There are so many different sake flavors and they were all really great. The food was pretty decent and ended up being cheap when sharing. Our waitress was really great and friendly.

Jennifer L.

Yelp
Pro tip: Get the flight! It's a great way to try a ton of new sakes. That's really why you should hit this spot. They've got a ton of fun sakes including cucumber or blueberry. You're sure to find something delightful. I also found it super convenient that food was available. They had a great selection of sushi. It's not mindblowingly good but it definitely hits the spot.

Tina M.

Yelp
food for dim sum brunch was WAY over priced. they don't even have chili oil or black vinegar, not really a great dim sum experience. staff was nice tho

Brad N.

Yelp
Wow! A must stop in Denver. Went in unsure about my stance on sake and walked out loving it, having discovered several varieties that I really love. The tapas that they serve pair nicely with the sake. It's a small, intimate space and they have live jazz music, which further enhanced the already cool ambiance that includes little origami decorations all over the ceiling. Spectacular and special evening had here!

Heather F.

Yelp
Stopped by Colorado Sake while doing a bit of a walking tour of the area with visitors. I had seen it come up on the map before, but hadn't had an opportunity to check it out before. The atmosphere is fun and colorful. We were there on a Sunday afternoon, so I can't speak to the usual level of activity, but it looks like it would be a fun evening place. The bartender was really helpful and accommodating. We tried a few different sakes as well as one of the sake seltzers (yuzu), which was really enjoyable. I can't speak to the food, but hoping to check that out soon. It's nice to have a fun non-brewery option in the area.

Lucia L.

Yelp
For the SAKE of all fellow sake enthusiasts, I wouldn't recommend checking out Colorado Sake. I stopped by after seeing how busy it was/having some downtime while waiting for a reservation for another restaurant. Based on how bustling and popular this brewery was, I had high expectations for the sake since there seemed to be many tables with dates or girls' nights. The menu prices were quite affordable and had a good selection of different flavors of sakes and authentic Japanese dishes. I was quite surprised that such a small brewery had the capacity to serve so many tapas (including sushi), and I was pleasantly surprised at how authentic and well-made the takoyaki was. The sake, however, was a HUGE let down. We ordered four different flavors and all of them were horrible to get down, and this is coming from someone who usually finds sake very smooth and easy on the palate. The tables and floors were also extremely sticky and had spills that the employees didn't attend to, which makes me think that this is more of a local cheap bar hotspot rather than an authentic restaurant that reflects true Japanese brewing practices for sake.

Amy G.

Yelp
Love this spot! The vibe is immaculate with such cool decorations like paper cranes and cherry blossom accents. I had a sake flight and enjoyed each one. My favorite was the cucumber mine, but I also enjoyed the original standard and the bees knees. They have a full menu of tapas and I tried the salmon-it was heavenly! I definitely want to come back for a full meal. And the best part is, it's dog friendly inside and out! So we plan to bring our pup back here too. They have drinks other than sake, but I recommend giving it a try because it is very tasty and unique.

Sean W.

Yelp
Every time I go to Colorado Sake Co., I'm just shooketh by their hospitality. Heather is running the show there, and is not only a pro at crafting sake but also in selecting people for her team. Listen - I am a sake novice. I don't typically order it in restaurants where it's on the menu. I come here for the vibe. Because they make sake really approachable. Because the people who work here are all so kind and willing to share their knowledge in an approachable way, they're conversational, inviting... Heather hung out at our table for quite a while chatting and just making us feel so welcome. This place is awesome. Even if you know absolutely nothing about sake, or think you don't like it - you should check this place out. I think you'll be surprised, because they have things like sake cider and sake seltzer. Check it out!

Rebecca H.

Yelp
such a fun place! their sake flavors are different so there is something for everyone! their food is tapas style but if you're not that hungry you can get a couple things for yourself & it would still be affordable. i recommend splitting a full flight with another person, or you can get a half flight (4 flavors but glass half full). the staff were great and attentive.

Eric H.

Yelp
GO TO THIS PLACE. Proceed with caution, in a good way. By that I mean, this place is special. Please be cognizant of who you're with, of the kind of night you want to have, because this place is an experience that you will want to cherish with someone special and enjoy in the proper way whether it be casual drinks or an education of the palette. All of the nuts and bolts of this place are far above par. Service, product, vibe, decor, and the exterior has character in and of itself. Lastly, please be aware the frequency of sake breweries in the country. There aren't many. Do not sleep on this rarity. On the contrary, dive in, embrace it, let it embrace you. It is a personal regret that I discovered this place so late, and I sat at the bar drinking sake both elated by every aspect and yet deeply saddened that my best friend from Ohio wasn't here to experience it with me. He would be in awe of this place as much as I am.

Melissa H.

Yelp
Great Sake and great atmosphere. They have a lot of sake to choose from. We tried the blueberry smash and pomegranate green tea and really enjoyed it. Surprised that they serve food, too! Although this was just a quick stop in, we ordered edamame with miso. OMG! This is delicious. If I lived near here, I would eat this all the time. We will definitely be back to try other food, based off this dish alone. The vibe is chill and welcoming and the staff are friendly and open to answering questions. Also, not into sake? They offer other drinks as well. Knocked one star off, the price for the amount of sake is kinda steep in my opinion. $6 for a half a glass or $8 for a glass was misleading. When I saw the size of the glass I was a bit taken back.

Michelle E.

Yelp
Amazing sake amazing bartender. Very cute spot with good food to pick on while you drink. Bartender was great and made recommendations on sakes to try and food

Miles S.

Yelp
With aromatic flavors seeping through the spouts, many different sake flavors are on tap. This is a great oasis from the cold winters. Astringent options scatter the menu with sparkling sake goodness, drink flights & food. Sashimi, shrimp and snow crab delicatessens in Asian classics in the form of sushi and soup leave no room for scarcity in the food category. Crafted carefully by a skillful chef you will not leave hungry. Thank me later, follow me now, stay eatin' bruh!

Jackie L.

Yelp
The food is delicious, the service is friendly and easy - order at bar style, food brought to table. Cool self serve water station, origami books and paper make for fun conversation, and different seating options make it very approachable for all types of diners. The ambiance is cozy with beautiful lighting and even a stick to hang your origami creation from the ceiling! We ordered the sake martini and a Tokyo mule. Both were delicious and packed a punch. The edamame tofu dumplings were unique and scrumptious...wanted lick the peanut sauce off the plate! We did a crab and asparagus roll and a salmon roll with goat cheese - both stuffed to the max and very fresh! Beef skewers were also enjoyed. It was a Thursday and there was a lovely jazz trio making it quite the magica night. All around a wonderful experience. Can't wait to go back! Dog-friendly as well!

Yelp
I need to come here more often!! It's right around the corner from my dance studio, and I LOVE SAKE. I first heard of Colorado Sake because I do an occasional booze haul from Argonaut, and they carry a wide variety of local and imported sake. Coming into the actual place is a treat, especially because they encourage you to try multiple flavors with a sake flight. Parking in this area can be a pain, but it depends on the time of day. Expect to walk a block or two if you're unlucky. Colorado Sake is open at what I'd consider strange times... early "happy hour" is your best bet for coming here, which is what I did with a couple of friends. It's easy to order at the counter and find a seat at the bar or one of the low tables. My favorite flavors are blueberry hibiscus and lychee when they're on tap. I also remember sampling sake king and demon slayer. Love that you can get a glass of any sake after discovering your favorite one. Sometimes they have a food vendor and even stand up comedy through the back! What's not to love about both the simplicity and classiness of Colorado Sake? Maybe I got lucky to get here right when it opened, but it wasn't busy at all when I came. It's probably more crowded when there's a comedy show in the back (which I've been meaning to check out) but if it's too packed, there's lots of other places around RiNo to visit. Definitely buy your favorites to take home, and introduce all your friends to sake!

Stephanie S.

Yelp
We bought tickets for their weekend dim sum event but this was not dim sum. The small plates start at $6 and the larger plates start at $10. Some foods don't need an American interpretation, and dim sum is one of those things. Every dish was extremely salty or over-seasoned. We tasted enough to know we didn't want to order more. We did not try the sake. Maybe that's what's driving the 5 star ratings, but the food was definitely not it. They offer a free glass to customers who leave a 5 star review, so... I guess you'll have to find out for yourself if this place is good or not.

Alicia J.

Yelp
This place was fun atmosphere and good service! I love sake but this sake makes it a lil sweet, which I am not a big fan of but I would definitely recommend everyone to at least try it!! They have sake flights, sake cider, sake slushies and sake mixed dinks - a big variety and the food (sushi) is from a good truck - good but pricey for smaller amounts

Mary A.

Yelp
What a bright spot this place is! The sake is amazing and clean-tasting, and we tried every flavor they had. Food was incredible - check the pictures. Brilliant little lunch on a Saturday in Denver - we will be back!!

Jenn S.

Yelp
Place was ridiculously hot inside and a little chaotic. You order at the bar/counter and grab whatever seat is available. Self serve tap water that was warm because the space was so damn hot inside was not cool...at least stick some ice in the jar please. Has a very NYC Brooklyn hipster vibe, which felt a bit dingy but the staff seemed to clean the tables fairly regularly and tidy up too. The sushi was fresh and tasty, a little heavy handed with the seasoning but overall solid. The vegetarian pickled veggie sushi was really interesting and different, the watermelon "poke" bowl was good and should be offered as its own app. Staff is pretty hands off unless you've ordered a drink or a meal and I appreciated that they weren't pushy about getting you out of your table the minute the last morsel of food was gone from your plate.

Uyen V.

Yelp
If you've never tried sake, this place will get you started! A cute, small sake shop in the heart of Denver. They have everything from American Standard, to flavored Sake, food, and even cute origami you can fold while you're there. You can sample any flavor of Sake, since they have so many and you never know which one to choose. We ordered a full flight ($30), which is where they fill up 4 entire cup with sake. The half flight is ($22) and you get 4 half cups. With $8 more, you get an entire cup so why not?! We got food beforehand, but it smelled sooo delicious and will be back to try the food! We will also be back to fold some origami! Every origami on the ceiling are handmade from customers and everyone who has visited the restaurant. Super cool shop if you ever decide you want to try something new, or just want a nice place to hang out with friends.

Liz C.

Yelp
I loved the sakes there! This was such a unique bar and I loved how they had sake like a brewery. It's on the pricier side but their sake is bomb. I loved it!

Haley N.

Yelp
The sake tasting was phenomenal, as well as the food and the sake flight. Shout out to Tori who was our waitress and was amazing and gave the best service! 10/10 would recommend coming here!!

Bernadette D.

Yelp
Vibes 100/10 Drinks 10/10 Staff 10/10 I was so excited to hear that there was a place that offered sake flights in Denver. Coming in, it was pretty busy because there was a comedy show happening in the back, but luckily me and my party were able to find a table. I ordered a flight of sake and chose: Horchata Nigori, Berry Basil, Lychee Nigori, and Blueberry Hibiscus. My favorite had to be the Lychee and the Horchata Nigori. The Berry Basil, may have been a little too much "basil-y" for me. My favorite part was the hanging origami pieces up on the ceiling. What I didn't know was that we were able to make some ourselves and hang it up! My friends and I were so excited and had such a fun time doing that. The decorations and the music made the atmosphere a really cute and fun place to come drink with some friends and/or have a date night. P.S. Check out their bathroom with the fancy toilet that warms your seat for you hahaha.

Rayna H.

Yelp
Love sake, love sushi, love comedy. One of my go to spots when I have friends in from out of town. The sake is pretty pricey but I think it's worth it. The Sushi chefs aim to please and if you tell them what you want special for your roll they will do their best to make it for you. The mile high roll is unique and deliciously done and I get it every time I come here. Went to trivia here one night and my friends won. I say my friends because we did not win because of my trivia answers haha. But WE won some sake so that was pretty cool. Fun vibe but sometimes they play music a bit too loud and I feel like it can take away from the experience rather than add to it.

Apple S.

Yelp
I truly enjoy coming here even if it's just for drinks. Their cocktails were decently priced and very good! I didn't try the food but same there. The place was very cute with friendly staff. The only issue is the food smell is very overwhelming and too much that it made me want to leave because it was irritating me. You will smell after your visit.

Carolina H.

Yelp
This place was phenomenal!! The sake, unlike any other I've had. So many different flavors to choose from and the ones we had were very tasty. The food was excellent as well! We ordered a little bit of everything. Started with the salmon sashimi, very flavorful and unique taste. We also ordered the fried chicken rice bowl and steak stir fry. Both of those were amazing! I could eat that all day long! The udon noodle were perfection and the bulging I sauce was to die for. We couldn't leave without trying a couple rolls. Forgot their names but they were really good. The decore is super fun, tons of origami hanging from the ceiling, made it really fun! They also do origami classes/parties so we'd like to attend that and have more delicious food and sake. I knocked off a start due to the hostess /waitress lack on wanting to help or be there. It was our first time there and she seemed to be bothered we were there.

Jenny-Rose K.

Yelp
We stopped by the Denver Sake Co on Sunday. First and foremost- dog friendly! Inside and out... my dog was in heavens Nd looking forward to going back to apart of the wall of 'doggy fame'. I wish I had been hungry enough to get Ramen because over half of the people there were having it, but I went with the chicken dumplings as a small plate. They were very cute, just not traditional.. The sake flight was a great option, for $22 you get 4 half glasses (same as a half carafe of wine for the alc%) my flavor of choice was the Pomegranate Tea. Definitely a go to!

Bernard O.

Yelp
Awesome service here by Rio. Sake very good and food amazing!!! come here. Run in the snow :)

Ayetzy P.

Yelp
Great food, prices, and service! In a great part of town with tons of stuff to do afterwards

Alisa J.

Yelp
Colorado Sake Co is a super cool place! The inside isn't too big, but we didn't have any trouble finding seats. The sake sampler was a bit pricey but it was good. The original flavors and fruity ones are good. The green one, I wasn't a fan of. It was basically a green juice, but with bits of cilantro pulp at the bottom and was a bit spicy. Overall, not a great combination. I really enjoyed the sake seltzers though and I would buy them if they were offered at a liquor store or grocery store. The back is a comedy club which I haven't been to but it looks fun and cool. Haven't tried the food, but it looks like they have a good menu. Overall cleanliness and loudness was good. If someone is looking for a unique place to try different sakes, although not traditional, I would recommend Colorado Sake Co!

Anna B.

Yelp
RUDEST STAFF EVER. We were excited and polite and ignored for 15 mins. As we left the cook said 'you needed to order from the bar.' The 3 servers who walked back and forth past us while we tried to get their attention for 15 minutes could have easily told us. Such an awful experience.

Maia H.

Yelp
Taylor was AMAZING!! We came in as a large bachelorette party and she handled the rush of us incredibly well. ALL the food was the best. With the music and the paper cranes on the ceiling was a great theme. Overall, if you want to come and hang out with a best bartender, Taylor is your girl and Colorado Sake is the spot to be!!

Emily P.

Yelp
We HAVE to stop here whenever we are in town. Simply the best. We always try new sake flavors and catch a comedy show!

Ryan H.

Yelp
This place very dog friendly! They let us bring our pup inside and he loved laying on the turf they had below our table. We ordered a couple flights to sample their sake and they are definitely hit our miss. Would 10/10 get the sangria flight since i prefer sweeter alcohol, wasn't too much of a fan of the others but I won't list them as to not deter you from trying. 10000% do not get the food or at least the items i got. Ordered a crunch roll and some dumplings. The sushi was meh rice was tough, almost like eating bread. Dumplings were okay but you could probably get better ones at Trader Joe's. The bathroom is on point with the bidet they have. They also have a pretty cool back room with open mic for stand up comedy.

Kevin L.

Yelp
Great little place with amazing drinks. I wanted to try the Very Berry Spritzer but they were out of the Berry, I asked them to substitute and they did. I sadly forget what they subbed in but all I know is that it was delicious. We also grabbed some Beef Bulgogi to share. It was a bit salty, but the beef was perfectly cooked and the rice was sticky and delicious. We've been back a few times to grab drinks after coming in and we continue to try and hit up the place when we're in the area, it's an A+ spot.

Matt R.

Yelp
Colorado's first and only Sake Brewery really is a treat! Sake made in house, with a wide assortment of flavors that will require you to bring two friends just to try them all. On top of that they offer Sushi, Dumplings, Ramen and more made in house as well as partnered with a comedy club in the back! A flight of sake is the way to go here, just so you can try amazing flavors like the Green Machine, made with Serrano, Cilantro & Lime, or even their Prickly Pear Lemonade Sake! There's Origami on the ceiling and the whole place smells like a Japanese restaurant, a must stop if you want a unique drinking experience!

Chloe W.

Yelp
Love this place !!!- cute , friendly - adorable decor ... Haven't even gotten to the food yet !!--- sooo good ! Great small plates , best sake I've ever had . Will be back thank you !

Dana F.

Yelp
Fun place for a different kind of 'dim sum' brunch to try out sweet fruity sakes while delighting in unusual small bites. I liked the unique take on it, reminded me more of street food than dim sum. Trying to remember the favorites- one I believe had octopus. Another was a 'taco' of sorts. Definitely use the green sauce for dipping! Yum!

Dakota E.

Yelp
The five stars don't lie! CSC is the only place in CO that makes their own sake, and there's something for everyone on their menu. The food was good and our server Taylor was excellent. Don't miss out. This place is the (sake) bomb!

Shayna S.

Yelp
Great service, great sake, great place! Nice atmosphere, super friendly service, amazing shots.

Sarah S.

Yelp
I almost don't want to write the review because I want to keep this gem all to myself haha...kind of. I went to Colorado Sake originally to pick up ingredients for a virtual sushi class they partner with (which is totally fun and which you should also check out), and got super pumped over their sake. I'm a big sake fan. If I had it my way, I'd drink sake at every meal (aggressive. I know.). I love all sakes - unfiltered, flavored, carbonated - you name it, I'm down. Colorado Sake Co fills my heart with pure joy because they have pretty much every type of sake I would ever want. From Demon Slayer, to Strawberry Mint, to a Horchata flavor (yes, you read that correctly), you can't go wrong. The tap room was also super chill and awesome. I dropped in for a quick pick up, but really wanted to stay longer...next time. I got some to go sake in a really fun bottle (which gives you $1 off your next refill if you bring it back). I love that the sake could last up to 4 weeks...I'm pretty sure mine will be gone in 4 hours, but it's the thought (and option) that count. Mind blown. After getting home (cause I'm a responsible adult, sometimes) I indulged in some Strawberry Mint sake. Oooooeeee! I even got a little crazy and made a cocktail with it, and by cocktail I mean adding a blueberry mango seltzer. Delicious. I can't wait to come back and try more flavors. I'm probably going to stock up on a few more bottles, because why not. I also received an email about their sake ice cream (my two favorite things in one...say whaaaaaat). The future looks bright for me and Colorado Sake (Co.)...just felt so right to rhyme. Check them oooooooout!

We were visiting Denver on a Friday ready to start our happy hour drinking after a long work week and came here to start off the night. Firstly, this place is sooooooooo cute. The interior is pink and pretty!! Perfect for any instagram picture! Sake: we decided to order 4 glasses of the sake to share between my hubby and I (idkkkk how people have 4 each!). There were a few that we liked and a few that we didn't (don't remember the names). The unfiltered one was one I LOVED and I remember hating the whiskey one (sake and whiskey do not mix well!). Sushi: amazing!! That's all I gotta say!! Overall: great place! It was so much fun to try different sake while eating sushi
