Great addition to the LES. Great gluten free options. The decor is very trendy and have nice atmosphere. They also host a great training program for restaurant workers. There is wheel chair accessible entrance, seating and restrooms.

What an experience! From the gluten free beer list to the appetizers and to the main course, everything was delicious. They offer Glutenberg family of beers. I tried the White beer. I felt as if I was drinking a Blue Moon, which I hadn't had in oh so many years. The appetizers were scrumptious. We had the Brussels sprouts and the hot wings. Both options were delicious. I've never had a better batch of hot wings, gluten free or not. For our main dish we had the buttermilk fried chicken. Oh. My. God. I'm not exaggerating when I say this was he best fried chicken I've ever had. All in all, a wonderful experience, and we will be back soon! Ashley & Ryan

I didn't tell my husband it was a gluten free restaurant until after he finished eating because I knew he would be biased, and he loved it! He got fried chicken and had no idea. I got fish and it was quite good. I loved the decor and atmosphere. I loved that you can see into the kitchen at watch the chefs at work. My only criticism is that many of the menu options included dairy, and although I know it is not a dairy free restaurant, many people avoid gluten dairy and soy for health reasons, and I would've loved to see more options and maybe something on the menu indicating what common allergens are included. Thanks for this great restaurant I will definitely return!

I was introduced to Colors by a good friend of mine. We went there for dinner and I must say that the food was spectacular. It is a gluten free restaurant. It was my first time ever dining at a gluten free restaurant so I was skeptical at first but when I saw the menu and then finally got my food, I felt like I was eating in heaven. The service was excellent. Cocktails were on point. Its a beautiful place to be Very cozy and they have great wines too. I really recommend this to anyone.

Amazing restaurant! Highly recommend it. Delicious food, friendly staff. We had Brussels sprouts salad and pretzels to start. For entree we had baby back ribs and John Dory fish. All it had unbelievable balance of flavor profile. Their chocolate pot de creme is a must to have!!! Can't wait to go back!

Colors is a delightful, totally gluten-free restaurant. Celiacs rejoice! Staff is welcoming and attentive; the food excellent. Among the dishes we sampled were the sweet corn risotto appetizer; buttermilk fried chicken; and hake with grape tomatoes and green goddess dressing. A strawberry and peach shortcake was shared for dessert. All were delicious. The restaurant just got its wine and beer license for this new location; nice wine list by the glass and bottle, with beer and cider coming soon. Highly recommended!

A jewel in NOHO. Discovered this place after a show at the public theater. The food is whimsical and delicious - it's truly impressive to experience how gluten-free cuisine could taste so unrestricted and expansive. Their gluten-free desserts and fried chicken is a work of magic (how do pastries taste even better without regular wheat flour?)! The service and ambiance is top notch as well - professional, and yet so intimate and friendly. Definitely a gem to continue re-visiting.

Fantastic Gluten Free options and comforting food. 100% gluten free so it's a great options for celiacs! Friendly staff to look after ya. Most of the other Google reviews are from prior to their renovations last October so they're completely irrelevant and obsolete. Buttermilk fried chicken, pan seared skate, crispy shrimp with Sriracha, chicken wings, etc, all mostly locally sources with a great up-scale flare. Great flavor profiles and the chef truly executes on point. They used to change the menu daily so you know your dealing with folk that take quality cuisine seriously. This nonprofit venture treats their employees fairly so it's a good initiative to support.
