Comcast Center Concourse

I was thrilled by the presentation in front of me. Comcast Center building was amazing. I was here for a short meeting and led by employees throughout the tour. I was not aware there were restaurants on the Concourse. Since this level is open to the public, I shall be back to enjoy the dining experience next time I am in town.

This apparently is the corporate office of Xfinity/Comcast. I hope they subscribe to their services so they can learn the frustration we customers experience. 1. An automatic phone system that doesn't fit all. You get redirected to technical when you just need someone to give you your pin. 2. Customer service is often highly accented during normal business hours. They are trying to help, I just don't understand them. 3. It's hard to get ahold of a human being. When you do, there are long waits, and occasionally, you get disconnected. 4. Please be clearer on the website what period of time. I am being billed for. Mobile seems to bill behind, internet slightly ahead. I am changing service and am not sure what I owe, even tracing back all bills to my initial enrollment. 5. Why can't I update my address. I am no longer at the address you have on file. I want to pay what I owe or get any refunds due me. 6. Why, if my internet is canceled, do I have to pay you $50 more for two mobile lines. I don't see any discounts on my bill. I don't see anything in my enrollment. I was only intending to cancel the internet, but I ended up needing to cancel everything. Dealing with a brick and mortar store in San Francisco was easy. They are knowledgeable but limited in what you allow them to do. Your automated system and your apps are frustrating and not user-friendly for far too many things. I liked Xfinity, please look into improving the things I mentioned. I did like that you could immediately see trouble on the line when I didn't and send a great tech to fix it, free.

Pizzeria Salvy It's very convenient to walk over & down into the Comcast Center's Concourse food court for lunch. Logan & Rittenhouse neighbors, don't forget to frequent this spot. It would help these restaurants out to give them some business as the amount of customers aren't quite back to pre-pandemic numbers yet. Buena Onda Tacos, Philly Steak Co., & Termini Bros. Bakery have all been stellar for great customer service & consistently yummy food & desserts. The Juice Pod - one of the newer businesses. The Sunset Smoothie was perfectly flavored. Grateful that you can customize per the customers' preference. Thank you. Karma Bar & Restaurant - I always look forward to a new Indian restaurant opening in Logan/Rittenhouse. And as this is related to the Old City Karma, I had high hopes. Sigh. Underwhelming. No chicken biryani, curry, or tikka masala when I got there in the early afternoon. Saag paneer, yes. A lamb dish, yes. Other veggie dishes, yes. But they were already out of the tried-and-true. Please remedy this. I will give this place another chance as they just opened recently. Glad to see this place getting new eating establishments. One star deducted because these businesses shut down at 4pm, & are not open on the weekends.

Ive just recently started coming down here for lunch with my friend while I am downtown for training with my new job. Overall there are many restaurants to choose from which is good so there are many different options to choose from for lunch, but talk about pricey! You seem to have to pay way more for a simple meal then anywhere else in Philly- guess cause you are downtown-prices are hiked up! Kinda crazy I had tried a few places down here already, like the Mexican place that's all the way at the end and the burrito was huge and very tasty, but wasn't wrapped tight enough- everything literally fell out onto the paper. I really like Di Bruno's- I had a turkey bacon panini on my most recent visit and it was so tasty. I also had the BLT sandwich which came with chips which was also very tasty. I like this place because of the choices, however be sure to be ready to spend a pretty penny for the food since everything seems highly priced.

LaScala's It was pizza wasn't great wasn't bad No flavor though And for the price I wouldn't recommend Your paying more for the location than the actual product at this location not saying all their locations are the same but this one is A skip in my opinion Hard finding good pizza in Philadelphia honestly (harder finding a good cheesesteak believe it or not ‍)

I found myself here after a morning meeting nearby after scouring Yelp and coming up empty handed. The Market at Comcast center offered a ton of food options that I could peruse. Of course, like anything around lunch time, it was super crowded. So the lines were pretty long. Lots of great food options though: La Scala, DiBruno Brothers, and even Percy St BBQ! A little on the pricey side, but if you need something quick and you're in the area, this is your place!

This is what happens when food courts go fancy pants. You won't find a McDonald's, Chick-Fil-A, or someone passing out free samples of Bourbon chicken (I love that stuff!). Instead you'll find scaled down versions of Philly staples like Dibruno Bros, LaScala's, and Termini Bros. Unfortunately half the size equals half the satisfaction that you would get from the bigger versions. You might get the same salads and sandwiches at Dibruno's. But you won't get the same amount of full fledged cheese mongering. You might get the same pastries at Termini's, only delivered and not as fresh. And aside from Bucks County Coffee Co, I can't picture too many of these half sized spots having an everyday convenience or appeal that a food court needs. It is still cool to have another Dibruno Bros though.

Comcast center has two floors and one basement. There is a circle theater at the second floor. It's worthy to watch.

I've come here a few times as I'm in the area from time to time, they have a lot of great food options to try for lunch, dessert or snacks. I tried the La Scala BBQ chicken pizza today and I thought it was really good! They seemed friendly and the price was reasonable. I also like Termini Bros. Cookies and pastries! These were a hit for a gift and I think that everyone really enjoyed them, was a delicious and fun gift. I tasted a few of the cookies and they were really good! I'm a fan of DiBruno's, I usually go to the one in Rittenhouse, this one is smaller but they have some basic items and I may come here if I'm in the area and in a pinch. The produce store looked good with a lot of sundries, nuts, shelf stable foods and a lot of refrigerated items. All in all- I enjoy coming here! I will come again!

My jury is still out on the "new" Comcast Center food court. I have gotten juices twice at the new juice bar. DiBruno's is there and a fancy fish market called Under the "C". I have had juices at Squeeze, the new juice bar (very good and fresh) and Lunch one time at La Scalla - where I got a delicious fettucine in a heavy rosa sauce which made me wish for a post-lunch nap. I also tried the over-priced sushi from Tokyo Sushi. Not great but not bad. I am hopeful that the quality will stay high. The crowds at lunch are pretty large - so it's best to go before 11:50 AM or afetr 2:10 PM

Gorgeous business center. Catches the eye architecturally. Godiva boutique on the ground floor. An Italian steakhouse hangs off its east side. And a very well-equipped WaWa market on the north side, across the street. Lovely

Lots of options here for lunch, but there were some good take-home after-work stores too in this upscale food court. Of course you've got some good sweets to take home with Termini Bros. and there's Di Bruno Bros. for everything else. I also saw a produce stand with your basics and quite a few asian ingredients. Under the C was a seafood market (clever play on words) that sold pre-made food as well as fresh seafood. (see pics above of the shrimp offerings) We sampled their shrimp toast (layered in cheese, the shrimp nuggets were good...they nearly sold out while we were waiting), shrimp dumplings & coconut shrimp. Because it was the end of the day we got 50% the prepared food...the seafood looked fresh...they had a good deal on skate wing when I was there but I can't say if the fish was overpriced.

Termini Brother's. Enough said. The rest is just whatever... typical shops that you would expect to see under the Comcast Center. But tucked away in the corner of the food court is Termini Bro's... Leave the gun. Take the cannoli.

The market shops at Comcast are just a-ok. I definitely will be back there but it is not a go-to place for lunch of mine. I like LaScala's and DiBruno Brothers, the sushi place is overpriced though and nothing spectacular. I tried a sample from the newish deli and it was actually super good. I plan to try that next time. When looking for a seat here be ready to pounce. Most seats are taken and when you spot a seat you have to run for it. I have had unfortunately not made it to an open seat quick enough plenty of times, so if you find one, go get it!

A nice alternative in the city to grab a bite, rest your feet, hit the bathroom and figure out your net stop. Especially during the holiday season, you can stop upstairs and see the Comcast Holiday show, then go and get something to eat (or vice versa) right downstairs. Since it is attached to Suburban Station, also very convenient as well. Even if you're walking from places like City Hall or elsewhere on Market St., though, it is pretty convenient. Not a huge selection of restaurants, but there are a couple different genres to chose from, so if you're with a few different people everyone should be able to find something.

Jake and Max has salads that are reasonably priced but unfortunately today they ran out of cheese. So low and behold im eating an incomplete salad that i paid full price for. And it wouldnt be so bad if i wasnt convinced her lazy ass just didnt want to go in the back to get more. So needless to say I won't be back any time soon. I really love cheese! :(

I arrived to work today feeling a little under the weather, AKA I drank my weight in wine last night and felt like death warmed over. I decided to drink OJ for breakfast and load up on calories for lunch. Pizza? That's a no brainer. I walked to the Comcast Center with a friend and chose a slice of La Scala's Pizza of the Day which was pepperoni and sausage, and also asked for a plain slice. To top it off I ordered a root beer soda. My total was close to $9. I haven't had any of their entree's but they all looked delicious, sitting pretty behind the display glass. My name was called a few minutes after I ordered and I loaded up my pizza slices with crushed red pepper and garlic from the tray located a few feet in front of the setup. The pizza was a little too greasy, but nothing a few napkins couldn't take care of. Each bite was delicious and the crust was fantastic. If I win the lottery or am lucky enough to get an annual raise this year, I'll be sure to make La Scala's a favorite eatery. Until then, I might have to stick with $5 foot long sandwiches.

In the basement of the Comcast center, this place feels like an afterthought. Limited shopping and weak food options. The best food is at DiBrunos, but it's a small outpost and I can easily walk to a full sized DiBrunos only a few blocks away. The food court is mostly local shops, with a couple of small chains. But that isn't necessarily a good thing at a mall food court. You have to take a chance based on what kind of food you are in the mood for and hope for the best. That's a hit or miss proposition. There is ample seating and security to discourage the teenagers who cut school from hanging out there. But Comcast can surely do better.

I feel sort of torn about the Comcast Center Market. It was such a good idea, but it ended up being a watered down version of Philly favorites when you can get the original just a few blocks away. I like Under the C on occasion for their crabcake sandwich, but they used to have these yummy crab fries that came with the meal that they've replaced with a less tasty version. sad. DiBruno brothers seems like a waste to me, just walk to the original one three blocks up on Chestnut. Termini brothers is too heavy for lunch, so I have yet to find an excuse to actually use this stand. And the list goes on... Great idea, just not well executed.

Being in the Market & Shops at Comcast Center reminds me all too much of my former life in the corporate world. Shudder. That said, if I did work in the Comcast Center, I'd be pleased with the options for lunch that I'd be able to take advantage of without even leaving the building. Percy Street Barbecue and DiBruno Bros., most notably. The "Shops" would leave me wanting. There isn't much to get excited about. A lady who wants to flex some plastic on her lunch break is better off at Liberty Place or Walnut Street.

What makes a good foodcourt? It's the place I could go to day after day after agonizing day and still be pleased with my options. The Comcast Center Market could not be further from away from this idyllic dream. La Scala's is the superstar of this market, but with their addicting pasta dishes priced at $10 and $12 (for meat) prepare to see a serious spike in your lunch budget. What can I say about DiBruno brothers? If you're into paying $8-$10 for cold or reheated food, be my guest. I love it as a market, I just find it obnoxious as a food court stand. What's next? Sushi? More overpriced and undersized offerings. Under the C is probably closer to what DiBruno should be but I find it hard to justify eating a seafood dinner for lunch. Jake & Max: pass. Termini brothers: Go for the freshly squeezed cannolis. Mexican Post Express: I didn't know it was possible to do a disservice to the Mexican Post brand, but here it stands: capturing the crappiness of their food with none of the redeeming drink specials. Here's a tip: the true hidden gem of this food court is the fresh Belgian waffles offered up by DiBruno in the morning. Top these $5 beauties off with their brown sugar butter and you'll be smiling all day.

This market is right across the street from my work, and honestly it's a nice break from Liberty Place. I'm glad I don't have to see McDonalds, and Chick something or other. I like the fresh seafood, the produce store - and yes you pay a bit more, but it's good stuff. I say it's worth a walk at lunch time.

Good spot for a meeting right off the trains in suburban station. Lunch time crowd is too crazy. But morning hours are fine. Plenty of options for good fare including DiBrunos, Jake & Max's Deli.

You know what? These jerkys have been promising a DUMPLING KITCHEN since June. "Susannah Foo's Dumpling Kitchen - Opening Soon" is all I ever see and it's a big fat lie. I want me some dumplings, and it's not nice to tease me with your BS about how it's coming soon. Because you know what? It's NOVEMBER people, almost DECEMBER and STILL NO DUMPLINGS. Every week I go to check things out and my heart breaks over the lack of tasty little purses of deliciousness. Where are my dumplings? So, always filled with disappointment, I go to DiBruno's and pay too much for soup or a piece of quiche or that Scali's pizza place (where they have the nerve to charge 4 bucks for a piece of not-great pizza that's been siting there all day) and hate my life, because once again, I have no dumplings. DUMPLINGS please.

I really don't like saying this about the Comcast Center because its annual holiday shows are great family friendly fun. My problem is with the shops and markets in the lower level. Just before 2pm my kids and I arrived to purchase lunch from two shops there. Shortly after we sat down we noticed the custodial staff putting up the chairs. "Oh, it must be closing early, maybe at 3," I commented. A custodial staff person then walked up to us and said the shops were closed. I didn't even receive my fish sandwich order yet from the seafood shop and he was shooing us out! To make matters worse, we couldn't eat upstairs while watching the holiday show with all the security guards leering at us. We went back downstairs again after the show and found a bench to sit on and eat. No sooner than a minute goes by and we were again told that the shops are closed and we had to leave. I pleaded my case to the staff member and she let us stay for a few minutes. What I'm upset about is there were no signs that stated an early closing of the shops. We ordered our food before the place officially closed. As paying customers at two food shops we should've been allowed to eat there. That would've been the right thing to. If a place closes at a certain time, the shops shouldn't try to sell prepared foods until the very last minute.

Much like Sara L, I experienced the market through Yelp's Feastival, but the event did its job- I became very well informed about these vendors, their foods, and their pricing... and I want more. I enjoyed what they had to offer so much, from the wonderful diBruno brothers to the honey gelato to the seafood, sushi, termini brothers pastries, goat cheese, NATURAL SMOOTHIES, and those little eggroll thingies... that I already want to share this experience with by best friend. We have a date planned to come buy from all the vendors (in small doses- yikes, costs!) to re-experience all the deliciousness the market had to offer. I already went to au bon pain yesterday because I NEEDED their chocolate croissant in my life again, a mere 18 hours later. And let me tell you--- the full-sized chocolate croissant, not on a toothpick? EVEN BETTER.

If you like the feel of an overcrowded dungeon where they serve over-priced quick-service food...go to the Comcast Market. There are few redeeming qualities about the space even if they have a few reputable brands (not enough); too many negatives to make this a lunch-worthy spot. Steer clear.

I'll rate again to balance this one out, but two days in, the fare was pretty lame. DiBruno's was giving out pieces of hoagie and some cheese and meat; the Japanese place was good but way expensive; the pizza joint was running out of stuff because they didn't realize how many of us would be coming there for lunch within a few days of the "opening." I'm intrigued to see what happens when everything gets running. The fish place looks like it will be interesting, and I can't wait for the produce market to turn into the most expensive convenience market possible. Oh, yeah-- one last thing: The "people on beams" statues through the front atrium look really, really hokey.

I will be upfront that my only experience with the market so far is the Yelp Spring Feastival, so I know I am viewing it through rose-colored glasses. That being said, I liked what I saw and tasted. Even though I live close by, I never knew what was down there. Now that I do, I can honestly see myself altering my commute home to take advantage - especially since they are open until 7 during the week. The fish market looked particularly appealing as a place to grab a prepared entree or something to cook myself. The produce market was well-stocked (including a wide selection of Asian condiments), not crazily overpriced, and the employees were extremely sweet and helpful. This spot would not work as far as a "cheap" food court to eat lunch every day because most of the selections are on the pricey side. However, from what I saw on the menus, they appeared in line with the higher-end quality. Let's face it - a smoked turkey, brie and pear relish sandwich from DiBruno Brothers should set you back more than a 6" Subway.

It's like a ghost town here on Saturdays!

Sheesh. Don't forget to bring your twenties... This little food market doesn't play around. It's a nice, much cleaner alternative with slightly better food options than the rest of the Suburban Station trench warfare fried chicken/Mickey D's/pizza hut selections. With a second DiBrunos', La Scala, Mexican Post, and a Termini Brothers outposts - along with a Jake & Max salad/soup/sandwich deli, Sookhee's produce/juice bar, Frank's Philly's sandwiches,Tokyo Sushi, Under the C seafood/prepared foods - you'd think you'd be able to eat to your heart's content. If you're ready to drop about 15 buckaroos for a ho-hum lunch (that includes a beverage), I guess you can. Jake and Max and The Mexican Post are the most affordable of the bunch - but their offerings aren't very appetizing. The DiBruno's, is just a replica of the one on 18th with a smaller selection. Tokyo and Under the C are pretty pricey and they too, offer pretty average stuff. La Scala seems to be the better of the bunch, but only if you're prepared to spend a little more for their gourmet pizza entrées and salads. Sook Hee's produce is fresh and the juice bar is pretty good. They've got a nice orange juicer and I like to treat myself every once in a while to a small one at $2.99. I'd still prefer to get my produce at Sue's (definitely cheaper) on 18th, though - even with the walk. If the weather is shite and you're stranded in Suburban with nowhere to go, the Market is a good option - it gets pretty crowded during mid-day lunch rush (go before noon or after 1:30), but there are always tables available. Despite all the glitz though, I don't find it to be any better than what they offer at Liberty Place only two blocks down.

Fanciest food court I've ever been in period. Fancier than most of the stuff at South Coast Plaza (an upscale mall in Orange County, near Los Angeles). Pricey. They also have a small amount of shops, wish they had more! I've reviewed the individual restaurants here separately.

Its hard to describe my love for this place being that I work here too, and how can I enjoy what I bemoan. But against all odds, I do love it and thoroughly enjoy this place. The entrance is either through a side entrance west of the Comcast Center main entrance, through the Comcast Center itself through the main stairwell, and through the Suburban station to the east. I love the variety of fast food available here, plus the produce and seafood thats great for anyone who doesn't want to walk outside if they can access the Suburban station trains, or work in the Comcast Center. DiBrunos Bros also pitched their tent here too, so you have the full array of goodness that exists. Just get there before lunch crowd, or else there is no seats available.

While I don't usually endeavor into such corporate institutions, I went into their food court just because I was in a hurry to grab a bite to eat. I was surprised to find that the selection of food is so favorable. There is Mexica, Japanese, Italian and more (I was short on time) I was also intrigued to overhear a Spanish language group at one of the tables. Apparently they meet there every tuesday from 5:30 to 7pm. I think I will join them there sometime.

P.K Comcast I was a regular customer going everyday to Under the C Seafood, was excellent, until I found hair in my food once, the other day it was a bug, no more, its nasty!!!

I feel in love with the Market & Shops at the Comcast Center.... So far I only indulged in Saxby's, Under the C Seafood, and Termini Brothers. Its a nice place to eat lunch and not as hectic as the Liberty Place can be where you have a shouting match to hear your friend talking.

Since I work a few blocks from here - it's an ideal place to grab lunch. It's clean - not crammed - and they have seating in the middle of all the vendors. Percy St BBQ? DiBruno Brothers? Cheesesteaks? Pizza? Mexican? Panda (I can't really say Chinese because Panda is ... Panda)? Pretty much anything you want ... you can get.

I like the variety of options (mainly DiBruno's and the Mexican Post) but some of the other places are so mediocre. Mainly Jake and Max's - that place sucks. I got a sandwich from there the other day. Plain deli sandwich - $8.55 - and it wasn't even good. The sandwiches I get at DiBruno's are $8.55 and they're awesome and they're hot. And the people prepping them at DiBruno's are actually understandable and pleasant.

This may be spectualar during the week, when Philadelphians abound. We came during the weekend and lo and behold, it was a gulag! My advice, come during the week or summer., when the vendors are actually open and there aren't one or two sorry diners.

Worst place! I had a very bad experience with LaScala's. I am a strict vegetarian and ordered a veggie wrap by specifically requesting for "No Meat". But I get a veggie wrap with chicken pieces in it. I was so disappointed. I will never go to that place again. On top of it the customer service was so unfriendly.

This place stinks most of the time with some nasty stench. Those guards stand here act like they own the building. The doors don't automatically open and sometimes they shut on your face if you are not careful. I wonder why there has been no law suits yet! Oh yeah...BTW, the food here is over priced like Comcast services! So, no point in buying anything here at all!

Great food and drink options here. Its like they took a little bit of everything and crammed it into a secksy new building. Only problem? People flow. How the F**k did they not think this was going to be a hit? It is a freaking disaster trying to maneuver the crowds. Paying for your food shouldn't be this difficult. They need to sort this out soon. We all know that the crowds are going to be huger for lunch, but find a way to control it so its not a giant clusterf**k when I want to get out of there.

La Scala at the food court is great! They have such great lunch deals and the food is yummy. The chicken Parm sandwich was to die for!!! It was on a garlic bread! Very different but really good and it was only 7.00!!! Can't beat that.

My favorites: canolis at Termini Brothers, spiderman roll at Tokyo Sushi, slices of pizza at LaScala's Pizza, and regular cheese steak at Mike's Steaks. Great options all in one place and plenty of seating. Can be pricey depending on what you get.

I love me the Comcast Center Food Court. It's a bit expensive, but it's close to my work and gives another quick food option in a neighborhood that's kind of lacking them.

I have lunch periodically at the "Food Court" that's part of Comcast Center when I'm doing business with firms that have offices in this side of Market St. The choices are not many, and the food items are actually pretty pricey, so I don't think it's that great a place to frequent on a daily or even weekly basis. Actually, the sushi place just outside of the Court in Suburban Station is better IMO than Tokyo Sushi in the court, although the selection is limited. One advantage to lunching there, however, is the option of going "above ground" in Comcast's lobby to view whatever slide presentation they are currently featuring. Most of the presentations I've seen have been quite good. Also, I've bought some items at a unique "high-end" menswear shop just outside the Court at the foot of the steps to Comcast's lobby, called "L'oumo". The selections are limited (and also pricey), but the owner features many jackets/pants/shirts/sweaters/overcoats that cannot be purchased at other Philadelphia-area men's shops.

The food court is so cozy and excellent! My friend and I went around 1:30 PM on a weekday, and it wasn't very full at all, which I was glad about. I had two slices of pizza from La Scala. I, in general, do not like pizza very much, but these slices were completely acceptable. I had a vegetable slice and the slice of the day, and was glad that they were both tomato sauceless (which is usually my issue with pizza). It was easy to find seating and had a very pleasant setting. I would definitely go back and try out all the other shops.

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!! The only organic, high quality "Food court" I've ever found! The shops at the markets offer a large selection of great foods. Not your typical food court... Surpasses any I've ever known by far!
