I had the pleasure of attending a chocolate appreciation workshop organized by our company, and it was such a delightful experience from start to finish!
We learned how to make cranberry and pistachio chocolate from scratch, starting with raw ingredients, and also enjoyed a rich and comforting hot chocolate drink. The hands-on experience was both fun and educational, especially for someone who enjoys the art behind chocolate-making.
To our surprise, before the workshop ended, we were treated to a 4-course late lunch! The meal was served from a plant-based kitchen, featuring beautifully crafted fusion dishes. Each course was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing how creative and flavourful plant-based cuisine can be. It was a wonderful way to end the session—nourishing for both the mind and body.
Truly a unique and memorable experience!
