Ivan went above and beyond to make our dining experience extraordinary, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring every dish was perfect. His genuine care and attention to detail made us feel truly valued as guests. Super service, perfect location, modern design! Love everything about this hotel. The coffee robot at lobby was very cool. Room size is decent, would be nice if bed can be king size. Will definitely come again if we travel to Singapore.

Our family spent the Christmas weekend at COMO, and it was a truly delightful experience. Traveling with two young children, including one with specific dietary needs, can be challenging, but the exceptional care from the staff made all the difference.||||The space is beautifully designed with a modern yet cozy feel, offering an inviting atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway. While COMO may not have the sprawling grounds of other five-star hotels, it stands out for its serene, intimate vibe—ideal for those seeking a quieter retreat.||||A special shoutout to the manager (I believe!) and the team for going above and beyond to accommodate my younger child’s dietary requirements. They kindly prepared fresh purées for him, which we deeply appreciated.||||To top it off, the hotel’s prime location made it easy for us to explore the city and return to a tranquil sanctuary. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet family-friendly stay, COMO is an excellent choice.

Room was spacious and clean. Curtain is auto, capsule coffee, all items at fridge were complimentary. Staffs were friendly. Location is also very good, just a stone throw away from Orchard road. Swimming pool has transparent glass to see bottom of the road, too scary to swim here. Coffee machine is using robot and free at level 6 with spacious place to chill out.

Beautiful hotel with lovely interiors and excellent location. However, two mishaps with the first being my white shorts turned pink when sent to laundry. Secondly, housekeeping threw away my partner’s make-up sponge. Granting three stars for its other redeeming qualities but one would expect a much higher level of service.

Absolutely cannot fault this hotel. In love with the smell as you enter. |Booked through a Luxury Escapes deal. |Conveniently located to many shops & bus stop. The staff were all so friendly and obliging. |The Emerald room was quite spacious for 2, comfortable twin beds,(would be good if they were a bit wider) shower was beautiful with the most amazing smelling high end shower products to use.| Loved the complimentary water, drinks and snacks replenished daily. |A great selection of breakfast items, cooked to perfection, I think we tried almost all the menu during the 5 days we were there. We looked forward to our nightly cocktail by the pool each night. Not to mention Bruno the coffee making robot who makes the best coffees ever!

A very family friendly oriented hotel with great hospitality. This is our 3rd times staying in this hotel. The hotel location is right at the centre of Orchard which make travelling to different parts of Singapore very easy. Great food, bookshops and shopping malls nearby. Reasonably priced compared to nearby hotels. Will definitely come back again!

I stayed in room 1601 on 27th December and really enjoyed my 4days of hibernation. A simple yet luxurious hotel. Staffs were very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. And the delivery vault is an excellent idea for introverts like me. Bed is super cosy and comfy. Aircon is perfect and strong. The shower amenities like shampoo and body wash smell soo good! But the reception lobby is quite compact, can be crowded and overwhelming when peak times, people waiting for lifts while some trying to check in or out. Special thanks to Sugan and Kiron for delivering my ordered food to my room. It's a plus point where i never encounter at any other hotels not even those well known 5stars will provide that service. Also special thanks to Izuddin for being attentive to ensure im well hydrated when he saw my piles of medications (i was recovering from a bad asthma attack). Overall most staffs i encounter are warm and friendly. Great people, great hotel and great service.
