I recently visited Companion this morning and tried their croissant and seeded bread. The croissant was absolutely perfect—light, flaky, and buttery, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that rivals those from the best Parisian bakeries. The seeded bread was equally impressive, with a delightful crunch from the seeds and a soft, airy interior. It was fresh, flavorful, and perfect for sandwiches or on its own with a bit of butter. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I'll definitely be coming back for more of their delicious baked goods!
