If you're craving authentic Italian cuisine, Concept Kitchen Co.'s Tiffany and Daughters offers a delicious experience with dishes that taste just like grandma's home-cooked meal. The Eggplant Parmesan is a highlight, crispy on the outside and packed with flavor, even for those usually skeptical of eggplant. I also loved their Chicken Parmesan topped with prosciutto, served with freshly baked bread and a side sauce for extra customization. Their crisp Caesar Salad and the homemade Rainbow Cookies (soft, layered, and utterly irresistible!) made for a perfect ending. The service was outstanding. This is a food truck, so not a lot of atmosphere. I had the tacos. The beef was in one big piece and you couldn't chew through it, so it all came out in one bite. Good flavor, just hard to eat.
