Great vibe. Hostess was the sweetest. It was my lunch companion and I first time. They were short staffed (only one server and bartender). But she was grinding and still professional. We both got the blue dream and I did a create my own. 23$ I’ll be back.

Great place with lovely spacious interior, friendly staff and great food! Atmosphere is always great! I love seating by the front with a view on the main street! Tacos 🌮 are always delicious, nachos are amazing, service is fast and friendly! What a fantastic place to get some food 🥘 Will be coming back for more for sure

Never been here before today but Madeline made it a perfect first experience. Was very sweet, helpful and accommodating from the menu tour down to the positive vibe. The inside is cute and spacious with a nice outside dining area as well and the food was great. Will be back again! (Korean BBQ taco was toooo good)

First of all, the waitress at the bar was okay. She asked what I wanted to drink, I looked at the menu the hostess gave me & didn't see any drinks (it was my first time there.) I asked where the drinks & she pointed to menu & said sarcastically "it's right there" I've been to plenty of restaurants and typically the regular like pop or lemonade are on the menu with the food while the alcoholic drinks have a separate menu. I overlooked it because she may have assumed that I was drinking alcohol with my food. I ordered my drink & food & wait. Not too bad of a wait. I ordered the cactus juice, 3 Lucy Fire tacos & a half order of Mexican street corn. The tacos are not street taco size, they are the size you would buy from Kroger & make at home. They were kind of bad. The Tortilla was cold, the inner shell tasted like it actually came from a shelf off of Kroger. The filling was okay, not the best I've has. The corn was good, but the size wasn't worth the money. The drink was okay, an acquired taste. I didn't finish everything & asked for a to-go container & was given a piece of foil & a paper bag. Not the greatest experience. Maybe I went on an off day, but will not go back to find out.

This is such a cool little restaurant. What a fun experience! The inside is done with a cool graffiti on all the walls and above the bar some cool skull hanging sconces. The food was excellent! The toppings on the tacos blend perfectly together making a beautiful party in your mouth. The dirty sauce is amazing. If you like spicey, you have to try it. It's a must try taco stop.

An absolutely wonderful experience I recommend to anyone looking for tacos, Margaritas or any related food. Service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was fun and had plenty of murals to admire as you munch. The menu was a bit pricey but well worth it, as each item brought a fun and uniquely tasty theme to the table

Sat at the bar ‘Table’; bartender was a cool dude and was very insightful about the menu items. I had the Skywalker Nachos (chicken+shrimp) with a House Margarita. Overall pleasant experience.

I'm so disappointed. I order from Condado -Royal Oak quite often, and always get the same thing: Build Your Own Nachos. I ordered it with beans, vegan chorizo, 3 cheeses, cilantro onion, two salsas/sauce, extra queso on the side. What they gave me was a disaster. The nachos looked like they'd been flipped over. I was annoyed but said no big deal, it happens. Then I take a bite and it's COLD like it has been in the fridge. Then I noticed that they didn't add any of the toppings I asked for - no cilantro onion, no salsas, no sauce. I had to add my own chopped onion and red sofrito from my fridge. Worst of all, the vegan chorizo was raw. It's usually browned and seasoned when I order it, but this time it looked like mushed raw tofu crumbles that never got cooked. They had no flavor and left me feeling nauseous. I don't know if they had someone new "cooking" on this night, but it was awful. Complete waste of money.

Madeleine was a great server and the food was yummy!! Enjoyed stopping in again and will be back! You would get more reviews if there wasn't a word minimum!!!!!!!!!!

I've been to the Oitssburgh location several times and was excited to come here. This was a terrible experience. 1) the waitress we initially had was not welcoming and appeared to have an attitude from the very beginning. 2) they messed up our orders and gave us chorizo innuendo that we didn't realize until we took a bite..we don't eat meat and they gave my friend raw onions on her food after she said 2x to make sure there are no foods in her tacos 3) I mentioned the issue with the food to the waiter and he put his face all the way i to our food to inspect like he didn't believe us..it didn't feel hygienic. 4) they barely had any filling in these tacos and they tasted very bland On the positive, they comped us for the two tacos they messed up and said they have some new staff. The mango guacamole, the corn gucamole, chorizo dip, and the black beans were delicious.

The server was very nice. However, as I was eating my nachos I found a flying insect in my food. It blended in very well with the beans and had I not looked closely and saw the wings I would have not noticed. Never eating here again. I ate part of my meal at the restaurant. It was dark and late I packed the rest away and took it home. At no point did I open my food until the next day to eat and this is what I found. Which means this bug was in my food from the kitchen.

Stopped for lunch today with my son it was tasty. Service was very sub par . Ambiance was interesting. Cactus mock-tail delicious. In the mood for chips and Queso and a good mock tail give them a try they also have a full bar.

Visited for the first time tonight and was disappointed. The food was underwhelming, the service was bad, and it was pricey. The location on Main St is nice. The patio was open, which was welcomed. I'll start with the bland, unseasoned food. I didn't know "Tex-Mex" food could be so flavorless. Yes, there's a slew of less-than-mediocre salsas, cheeses and sauces you can add to it. Unfortunately, that doesn't increase or improve the flavor. This is the blandest food I've ever eaten (or tried to eat). How they managed to take fresh Whole Foods and use them in a typically bright and colorful cuisine and still accomplish no flavor is truly a mystery to me. After spending $100 on dinner, I can honestly say I would have been FAR more satisfied with $10 of Taco Bell. The service was exceptionally slow, with multiple employees telling us how busy they were -- but never apologizing. The service was not attentive and we found ourselves looking for the server (or anyone who'd help really) all throughout the meal. My hardy recommendation is to skip this place!

Madeline was the best server and so fun thank you for being awesome. I would gladly return again if Madeline is my server she even laughed at my friends awful jokes. And they were bad jokes. Seriously I felt bad great job. You deserve 1,000 good tips.

My initial experience here wasn't anything special--I opted for creating my own tacos and they were fairly standard, and both looked and tasted like something I could have made at home. However, I've since returned and had the occasion to try more of the menu and/or some of the featured tacos and enjoyed them. The ingredients were fresh and the tacos were enjoyable. The taco shells and tortillas are probably not made in house, but they are tasty and substantial. I also recently tried the Mexican Street Corn Dip, which was wasn't really to my liking, it didn't really seem to have the consistency of a dip as much as a salad. All in all, it's worth a visit but I'd probably try the premade configurations over the build your own options.

We went here our first night in Ann Arbor and it was so good. I definitely recommend any of the queso! It's a pretty big bowl so for two people we didn't even finish the salsa we got. We both got two tacos but after the queso probably could've just gotten two. They were all so good. Definitely coming here everytime we're in town from Utah!

I visited this place on a Monday, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing vibes and friendly atmosphere. The waiter was exceptionally nice and made the experience enjoyable. While the food was decent, it couldn't quite match up to the Mexican cuisine I'm used to in Los Angeles. However, the saving grace was the drinks - they were really good and added a delightful touch to the evening.

Tacos are bussing but hostess is angry as hell. Customer service? WHAT IS THAT? Mariana we need you to not take out your life on your customers but Naya...bless! Happiest, sweetest server! As always though, food is good. Tacos as always slap. Be back for another chance at service!

This was one of the most amazing tacos I've ever had in my life beef tacos with avocado my god the flavors amazing customer service hot fast in fresh this is the best taco in royal oak in mi don't walk run to condado tacos now you will not regret it lol they may be small but they have epic flavor and if you're anything like me this place was built for you Tacos fit for a god I will return that's a promise my mouth is still watering lol as usual if you enjoy my epic reviews my cash app is in my previous review lol it takes money man I'm broke food is high lol enjoy the tacos

Yum yum! The drinks are strong , the service could use some work but the atmosphere is fun for groups or a date night . The food is decent . It's not authentic or anything but it'll do the job once you order a drink or two .

I have been wanting to come here for a while now so Cinco de mayo was a great day to do it! We started off at Mesa and then moved next door. Royal oak is always a fun spot to hang out. You can really find a million spots to enjoy. Walking in, this place is much smaller than I expected. It's beautifully decorated with the great Mexican theme. We found spots at the bar and I ordered a flight of margaritas. He grabbed a beer and we sat and enjoyed ourselves. I wasn't a fan of the watermelon version so he drank that for me. He's not a margarita fan so I was surprised he liked it. We did not eat here but would definitely like to come back and check out the food! Cheers! It's almost summer baby!

Hands down the best customer service and consistently yummy Tex-Mex!! Placed a $500+ order for a party via Uber Eats. Ends up coming LATE and wouldn't you know it.... The driver only brought the CHIPS. So I called Condado's fully expecting them to tell me to take up the issue with UberEats and not only had they already been trying to get in contact with Uber Eats since the driver left but the manager himself drove the order to our house! We cheered when he came in the door LOL Food was super yummy too, as usual. Lots of options for special diets!

Ask to sit in Nixie's section. She was helpful, friendly and ensured we liked what we ordered. So friendly but not overly so.

We went here for lunch and it was delicious! We started with the house margarita adding the strawberry flavor. It was so good. We started with the Three Buds dip sampler with Dirty, Blanco, and traditional guac. All three were really good but my favorite was the Blanco. My friend had the nachos and really enjoyed it. The chips were salty in a good way. I tried three tacos: Korean BBQ, Lucy's Fire, Baja Shrimp. They were all really good but I liked the Korean BBQ the best which surprised me because I don't really like pineapple. But if was delicious! Overall I really liked this place!

My wife and I popped in here for a quick late night bite to eat after a concert. This is in the night life part of royal oak. I thought it was good. It was prob 20min before they closed. I think if we were in there an hour earlier it would have been a lot better. I'd definitely go back and eat some tacos. They were really tasty. Stop by have a drink and try a couple signature tacos.

This place sounded so good online. Inside was super dark and not very comfortable. I know they are going for a grunge type look but it was just not enjoyable . The tacos were good but super small. I was so excited to try the margarita flight and it literally tasted like there was no alcohol in them at all . Total waste of money didn't even get a buzz at all. Margaritas are known for being strong and these weren't . They had ONE thing on the kids menu but they were nice enough to make a cheese quesadilla for my daughter , however they only had smoked cheddar which most 8 year olds aren't going to like the taste of. So she had nothing , and I had decent tacos with overpriced and underpoured marg flight. Should have gone to Mesa next door. Definitely won't be back.

Today i got take out from here. My tacos were so good. Everything tasted beautifully and warm. I was so happy that I decided to try the bud box. I loved that lucys fire taco && bad habit taco. And that was the first time I had stuffed queso. It's typically the original.

Jacob was a fantastic server. He was attentive, efficient and made us feel like valued customers. The food and drinks (both alcoholic & non) were phenomenal. I loved the murals and whole decor; great place to go and enjoy yourself.

The food is always amazing, they are very fast and I love their service. I always Recommend this restaurant to my friends you have to try it!

Wonderful taco spot! They have a big menu with lots of different options. I especially love that they have vegetarian tacos. The ambiance inside is great so when I can, I prefer to dine in. But, takeout is also great because it's super speedy and the tacos travel well. Overall, wonderful restaurant!

First time getting some yum yum from Condado, and the team at my office all agree - this place is legit! We ordered the following: 1. Queso Blanco - cheesy and delicious. Perfect for dipping chips or adding to your meal/tacos; 2. Salsa Roja - a bit spicy for me, but not so much that it burned my mouth. I was hoping for a more thick salsa, but the taste was spot on. 3. Bag of Chips - for $2 we received a plethora of house-made tortilla chips, which were really tasty. 4. Lucy's Fire - I didn't eat this, but the guy who did said it was spicy and delicious. 5. Up in Smoke - I didn't eat this either, but the team member who ate it said he'd order it again. 6. I Created My Own and the flavors were outstanding. The only issue was with the delivery driver, who failed to follow instructions, but that's a Door Dash issue and not the restaurant's problem. We'll DEF be back and I can't wait!

Food always great and super quick service! Nixie was amazing. Personable, quick, funny and gave us all extra chips to go, too.

Doesn't disappoint and doesn't surprise. All the tacos I've tried here have been good and the quest fundido is good too.

I ordered the Blue Dream (ground beef) & Bad Habit (steak) tacos - both full of ingredients and flavorful. The Bad Habit is my favorite of the two though--the streak is tender and juicy and large cuts of meat. What is different about a lot of Condado's tacos is that they make them double shell--a soft shell lays within a hard shell with queso in between the two. This makes for the best of both worlds foodie experience--soft + crunchy bites. The Mezcalita was smokey & spicy just like I like my dranks .

Stuffed! The queso dip and pineapple salsa were the starters. Followed by the amazing tacos from a wide variety menu. Getting 4 premade options and one build your own was the move and we were not disappointed. The flavor is bursting and makes it hard to put down any taco. First time here and it won't be the last! In regards to the service - top notch! The pointers were helpful and delicious. **Iced Tea was Great

Typically order deliveries which are fast and usually accurate. The food is good but they NEVER give you enough chips. I swear it's less and less each time. Will probably stop ordering queso/dips soon because of this, pretty over it.

Great food! I would've loved to rate this place higher, as the food is so good. But the service? I placed an online order. All I should've had to do was speak with the hostess and be on my way. The problem? I DID speak with the hostess. I don't know what her problem was. Maybe her house burned down. Maybe her roommate stiffed her on the rent. I don't know and I don't care. I didn't rate her crudeness. I'd love to eat there someday, when she's off work. Great food!

Amazing food , fast and friendly service and cool ambience! Atmosphere is great! you can either sit outside, but it was a little busy so we took a seat inside! Service was lovely and our Skywalker nachos came out in minutes. And it was top notch, so as their guac with some pickled onions on top. It was more then enough food for a party of two. We really loved it, food and location! And will be coming back!

Condados is the GOAT. Stop reading this and just go there right now. Best tacos I have ever consumed. Best Tex-Mex food ever. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Food/Drink 5/5 Nothing short of amazing. Lots of good selections. They have pre made tacos or you could customize everything the way you want. Drinks are fire too. I really can't say anything bad about the place. Portions are large, price point is perfect. You haven't lived till you've eaten at condados Service 5/5 Again, amazing. Let's leave it at that. Seated very quickly and staff were very friendly Ambience 5/5 Very vibrant atmosphere. Lots of good music and lots of televisions if you want to go and just watch games A little loud at times, but still able to hold conversations.

I popped into Condado Tacos on Main for a quick taco. The staff was unbelievably friendly and very helpful in helping me choose what to order. The food came out in a timely manner and the chicken taco with lettuce, tomato and cheese was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely come back for more next time I'm in town.

We came here on a warm Sunday after the zoo for lunch. We had a party of 6 and were seated right away. We ordered margaritas and nachos. The nachos came so fast and were probably one of the best nachos I have ever had. The chips were not soggy. The toppings were fresh and delicious. I ordered a build your own bowl and really enjoyed it. Husband had a steak bowl and he really enjoyed that too. They were accommodating to my 5 year old nephew. Overall we really enjoyed our meal and we will be back again.

Condado's is a go-to taco place for us! What I like the most is that I can build my own tacos - their tacos are also delicious but this ensures that there is always something new to try. I love their queso but the servings are either really small or really big. Additionally we usually order an extra shot for our margarita's because the mix is very strong and very sweet. The chips are delicious and we love the atmosphere so it will always be a taco staple for us in the area.

Still Absolutely love this place- Always the best service and the absolute best items on the menu remain unbeatable: mezcalita cocktail and the dragon taco. (Veg option in soft and corn shells- you only need one and it's only $4!) Pineapple Express cocktail is runner up! We sat outside on a 40 degree day and the staff were so nice about going in and out- Covid harder in everyone, especially in the industry. This remains my favorite spot tin RO, hands down.

I recently started working in downtown Royal Oak and I could not stop hearing great things about this place! On my first day they catered our lunch. Everything was so fresh and tasty! Everything was packaged neatly and nothing spilled out. I would recommend ordering for a party! Today I stopped by with a co-worker for lunch. Being new to the business world I was worried about not being back to work on time. Service was so fast yet not rushed. I had the Korean BBQ tacos. They were amazing. The pulled pork was perfectly cooked and had gochujang bbq sauce. The sauce was spicy but not too hot. It paired perfectly with the sweet salsa. The shell was so unique and had queso in between the shift and hard shell. I would say if you are in downtown Royal oak this is a definite must hit!

The food here is really good. I would recommend the Street corn and the prickly pear marg! The service was superb and Nixie was very attentive and funny! I would definitely come back and tell others about my experience

Condados has become one of my go to late night spots. If you can't count on any place else, you can count on Condados. The Detroit or Royal Oak location always put my worrying late night stomach at ease. I usually stick to the Mantis Tacos, Jackfruit Nachos, and Chips and Tuscan Guacamole, Traditional Guacamole and Black Bean Queso. Overall, gets the job done. Check them out.

Update: still love this place, still order from here a lot. They messed up my order today but it was handled VERY well by management. I really appreciate how quickly they handled it.

Good service and food, I had a catering order for appr 20'ppl. Jamie handled my order and was very cordial and courteous. The tacos we very good and my group enjoyed them. I just forgot to order the sour cream . Thanks so much Jamie and staff for making my experience go well. I will be coming back!!! Thumbs up!!!!!! Oh and don't forget to try out the bowls ...... banging !!!

This was my first time my boyfriend and I ordered from Condado. I ordered the build your own bowl with chicken, rice, beans, lettuce, queso fresca, and the chimichurri sauce on the side. My boyfriend ordered a couple of their signature tacos. If I'm being honest, I hated the bowl I ordered. I would say that's my fault because I am a picky eater and didn't order anything good. However, I ordered what I would typically order at a Mexican restaurant and didn't like it. The chicken and rice were dry and I didn't like the chimichurri sauce. My boyfriend tried three different tacos and also didn't like them. I do however blame myself for this. I am a plain jane eater. My tacos consist of meat, cheese, and lettuce. The rice bowls we just about the same. I think the only difference with condado is the meat isn't as juicy and flavorful, nor did they give me very much meat. It's not my favorite Mexican place. I probably won't come back, but I'm sure if you're not a picky eater you will like this place!

Good food, friendly service. We both enjoyed a Ginger beer (non-alcoholic) on their outdoor seating area. I enjoyed two tacos called the El Tradicional with Chorizo. I probably should have ordered more tacos or an Appetizer to feed my hungry belly. :) The taco were $3.25 each. The quality of the food makes it worth coming back. Got a craving for tacos? You choose the type of taco off the menu . For example, choose all the toppings and hard/soft shell or just beans and rice bowl, and types sauces. I would recommend this fine establishment for their delicious tacos.
