Came here with friends to see a jazz group. The place was busy but the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. We waited almost two hours and never got our food. The waitress seemed to ignore our table. Everyone else was served. When we asked about our order, the waitress told our friends that they had run out of an item. She never apologized or tried to make a repair. We left the restaurant and I told the person at the front what happened. She had nothing to say. I’ll never go back!

Wonderful hidden gem that needs to be known about in Playa Vista! Food is outstanding. Service is great. Ambience is perfect. And their Korrupted Comedy shows are the best on the West!

I didn't eat here this time so I cannot speak to the food however, I can speak about the customer service being great. Myself and two friends came on a Saturday evening and we sat outside by the fire at the table and were given blankets to keep us warm and that extra touch made a world of difference. I'll be back.

Good jazz but bad service and a flimsy attitude for same pretty much ruined it. First, we ordered and after two parties were seated after us, they got their food before us. After waiting for 30 minutes for our appetizers, I went up to the front to speak with the waitress. She complained -- yes, complained -- that it was just her and one man in the kitchen taking care of the restaurant, on a Saturday night, no less. Next, the appetizers came out with the entrees which is unacceptable. One of our party ordered the Lamb Burger which was inedible. OK, the rest of the food tasted good. But the final insult was when the bill came. I saw a big fat service charge at the bottom. When I asked about it, the waitress said that a 20% service charge is added for all parties of four or more. It wasn't until after I got home that it occurred to me that they charged the 20% tip against the $60 in cover charges for our party (for the music). That came to $12 that they should never have charged. If you want to see the performers here, find out where else they are playing. You do not want to go here.

It seems to be of the beaten path unless you work at FOX or other businesses on the Hercules Campus? The list of events posted outside looks promising indeed. See my photo.

The food and drinks are really good here. The patio atmosphere is nice as well. Dress warmly! For some reason, this is the windiest spot in Playa Vista. They should have heaters out, if they don’t unfortunately you’re going to freeze your buns off. The band plays from 630-930pm every Thursday-Saturday. They take a 30 minute break somewhere in there so you may miss some music, and still be charged the $10 music charge. If you’re looking for a more unique experience in Playa vista, this is the spot!

My customer experience was horrible.  I hope the management use this information to improve. I am a Playa Vista resident and want the restaurant's here to thrive. I tried to nicely give my concerns to one of the waiters privately but he said post it online. I gave a 2 star since the outside was lovely and the band was good.  The cons ...1) They had enough staff for the volume but they clearly were not trained - even on the basics.  2) We had to wait for a long time to get seated.  There were open seats and waiters just walked by us. No acknowledgement at all. My girlfriend eventually walked up to a waiter.  3) Mixed drinks tasted like juice.  No exaggeration. The excuse was they do not have a liquor license.  4) Brought out our drinks and forgot about food. After 30 minutes,  we inquired. Waiter said he would check.  Never got back to us so after 20 minutes we asked for the check. 5) Earlier, my friend teased how the band played for a short period of time and took a long break. When we got our check, it included two $15 charges for entertainment! They did not say it was a cover charge and there were no signs. There is more, but this should be enough information for management to do some type of improvement.
