Step aboard the vintage Lockheed Constellation cocktail lounge at JFK for a unique sip of history with classic drinks and a cozy atmosphere.
"Stonehill Taylor, MCR/Morse Development and Aaron Sciandra, Connie at the TWA Hotel" - Tanay Warerkar
"You shouldn’t go too far out of your way to drink at Connie Cocktail Lounge. We don’t mean that as an insult - it’s just that Connie is at JFK. It’s in a vintage plane on the tarmac at the TWA terminal, and if you’re looking to kill some time because your flight got delayed several hours, it’s a great place to hang out. The interior of the plane looks like it’s stuck in the year 1961, there are some snacks like meat and cheese, and the cocktails are actually pretty good. Hands down, it’s the best bar at JFK - which isn’t really saying a lot, but you should still check it out." - Bryan Kim
"A cocktail lounge will open in none other than a restored 60-year-old airplane, known as Connie, the aircraft that broke the transcontinental speed record on a flight from California to New York in 1946. The plane now sitting on JFK’s tarmac — only one of four left in the world — has been transformed into a cocktail bar." - Carla Vianna
"A cocktail lounge named Connie, housed in a restored 1958 Lockheed Constellation, will be among the bars opening at the TWA Hotel later this year."
