Conspagna Ethiopian Restaurant

Conspagna is one of my favorite Ethiopian restaurants in Seattle! The food is authentic and full of flavor. My top picks are the Tibs and Kurt (raw meat) — both were absolutely delicious and prepared just right. If you’re a fan of Ethiopian cuisine, this place is the right one. A big shoutout to our wonderful waitress, Jerry. She was so kind, attentive, and made our dining experience even better with her warm and friendly service. Later in the evening, DJ Koffi’s selection was on point — her taste in music is smooth and thoughtful, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that perfectly matched the evening. Overall, Conspagna offers great food, excellent service, and a relaxing, enjoyable environment. Highly recommend!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Conspagna a few times now, and I’m truly amazed! The setup and decoration are beautifully done—it feels like being back home in Ethiopia. An excellent dining experience at Conspagna Ethiopian Restaurant! The food was so fresh and tasty. They were full of flavor. The staff was super friendly and took the time to explain everything, which made us feel right at home. If you’re curious about Ethiopian food, this place is definitely worth a visit. Welcoming atmosphere. We ordered the vegetarian and meat plates per our servers suggestion. The dishes were artistically served on Ethiopian bread in a large platter. A baskets of many Ethiopian bread and French bread. Amazing is all I can say for each of the items. I definitely recommend this restaurant! There is a small parking area in the back as well as street parking.

The food was very yummy and i tried their special!! They did not have a Pina Colada despite it being stated on the menu nor the two dessert options which was Tiramisu and Baklava ! They’ve been open 4 months so i hope they stay and grow!!

Found this new place with fab reviews on Google maps and decided to drop by for lunch -- highly recommended! The space is clean and cozy, great vibes and decor. Great service and amazing food!!! Huge portions and really flavorful dishes, great to share with a group and watch games or just chill. We got the veggie platter and their grilled beef, both were delicious. Easy and plenty of parking in the adjacent lot too

Cute ethiopian resturant with ample parking. There's option to park on the street or a parking lot on the side. The waitress with the short hair is kind and welcoming. Thank you! My ethopian friend suggested this place and we approve. The veggie combo was delishes. My favorite was the red lentil and red garbanzo. Their salad, was also dresses and seasoned nicely. Almost addictive, I can keep it eating the salad by itself or with enjera. I did notice their menu on the website being slightly different. Online menu mentioned $8 sambusa. However, they didn't have any in-person. highly recommend this place 🙂
