Conspagna Ethiopian Restaurant

One of the finest and authentic Ethiopian restaurants in Seattle!! Everything we ate was delicious. I would recommend the veggie platter and the meat platter (called Metebaber, off the menu).

Conspagna is one of my favorite Ethiopian restaurants in Seattle! The food is authentic and full of flavor. My top picks are the Tibs and Kurt (raw meat) — both were absolutely delicious and prepared just right. If you’re a fan of Ethiopian cuisine, this place is the right one. A big shoutout to our wonderful waitress, Jerry. She was so kind, attentive, and made our dining experience even better with her warm and friendly service. Later in the evening, DJ Koffi’s selection was on point — her taste in music is smooth and thoughtful, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that perfectly matched the evening. Overall, Conspagna offers great food, excellent service, and a relaxing, enjoyable environment. Highly recommend!

The food was very yummy and i tried their special!! They did not have a Pina Colada despite it being stated on the menu nor the two dessert options which was Tiramisu and Baklava ! They’ve been open 4 months so i hope they stay and grow!!

My family and I recently visited for Mother’s Day and had a party of 16 people. We called and thankfully were able to get reservations on the same day to accommodate everyone. I want to start off by saying how nice, friendly And extremely welcoming all of the staff and owner were. They were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was also AMAZING, we ordered multiple tibs platters, Goden tibs was the STAR of the show. It was so fresh and well prepared. Everyone loved the food including the young kids. We stayed there and enjoyed their food and drinks for about 3 hours and everyone left with a smile on their face and a full stomach! The art and ambiance is also beautiful, and evrything was very clean and looked new! There was music and laughter. Thank you for such a wonderful experience we will definitely be returning!! 💖

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Conspagna a few times now, and I’m truly amazed! The setup and decoration are beautifully done—it feels like being back home in Ethiopia. The food is absolutely incredible, with so many popular and delicious dishes that bring back wonderful memories. Every bite is full of authentic flavors, and it’s clear how much thought and care has gone into everything. This is more than just a restaurant—it’s a piece of home. Congratulations on such a well-done job! I’ll definitely keep coming back and spreading the word.

Welcoming atmosphere. We ordered the vegetarian and meat plates per our servers suggestion. The dishes were artistically served on Ethiopian bread in a large platter. A baskets of many Ethiopian bread and French bread. Amazing is all I can say for each of the items. I definitely recommend this restaurant! There is a small parking area in the back as well as street parking.

Great Ethiopian food! The server, Luel, was super kind and fast. If you're in a hurry, make sure to call and order ahead ’cause it’s gonna take forever.

I've been to Conspagna twice so far, and both times I have had such a tasteful and fun experience. The food melts in your mouth, there is a great variety of flavors! The servers are very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is great! I love their live music. Although a little loud, the performance is very uplifting and fun! Overall, if you decide to dine at Conspagna, you will have a memorable meal!
