"Situated on the central Via Accademia Albertina, this small, simple and unfussy restaurant with small tables set close together serves top-quality Piedmontese cuisine. Alongside its delicious regional specialities, the menu also features dishes from elsewhere in Italy, including Sicily. The tajarin pasta made from 40 egg yolks and served with a veal ragu is superb, as are the rabbit and pork belly dishes. There’s a focus on meat options, followed by some delicious desserts, which include specialities from Piedmont such as panna cotta and typical bacio di dama biscuits." - Michelin Inspector

Delighted to have found a restaurant that balances its quest for good food and endowing joy to its customers. This place is a great respite from 'The Bear-inspired' genre where the dishes are often centered on bravado of tattoed bearded chefs. Cordial staff, a robust wine list, and great tasting dishes, made for pure enjoyment. Alas, the sorbet was a little too grainy for my liking. Nevertheless, we were glad to have found a new place for nosh the next time we are in Turin.

I walked by after work, just planning to grab something quick, but it turned into a proper party. The beef tartare was superb, the pasta absolutely magical, and the rabbit really tasty. And the wines fantastic! Who knew a spontaneous stop could turn into a whole evening. The owner eventually had to kick me out but it was worth it. This place really knows how to turn an ordinary night into something special. I will definitely be back!

This place is a gem. local staff run this excellent dining spot. The food is superbly prepared and the wine list is excellent. We tried all local specialties and they were fabulous. The whole family enjoyed it. We will come back.

Came here under recommendation from a friend and we were not disappointed, everything was great! The food was extremely tasty and interesting, combining element from the Italian tradition and re imagining them in a modern key, and the selection of natural wines was great. The service was super as well, we were even offered a glass of sparkling wine while we waited for our table.

⭐️Food: 10/10 ⭐️Service: Exceptional ⭐️Atmosphere: clean, rustic, traditional ⭐️Value: a very unique and delicious experience. A must-visit while in Italy! I love this little spot in Turin! The atmosphere is charming and intimate. The service was exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. The gnocchi dish is a must-try. Pillowy soft, and the sauce is rich and perfectly balanced. The cacao dust added such a surprising and delightful depth—I’ve never tasted anything like it! For dessert, you’ve gotta try the panna cotta. It’s silky, creamy, and lightly sweet with just the right amount of wobble—it melts in your mouth! This place is not just a meal—it’s a memorable culinary experience that truly stands out. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The food portions were of the right proportions and good taste and quality! It’s definitely worthy to be a bib gourmand Michelin guide restaurant. There are plenty of vegetarian options too on the menu as well. We will definitely visit again. The service was nice too.

This is a perfect spot for piemontese food that is light and with a more “Italian” soul. Each plate I have had is packet with flavour and honestly priced. They are fast and you also get a feeling of being back in a trattoria. Love it!

Visit this restaurant as we had a recommendation. The food was perfect, the atmophere cosy, very simply decoration. BUT, the service! We had a blond woman who didn't talk any word, didn't smile at all, forget to serve wine, didn't give any suggestions about the food or the wine - absolutely a poor experience 😤 can't understand how this restaurant has a Michelin 2025 at the door?!?!?

Yelp
A gem. Like the toy in a Happy Meal that you always wanted and that your friends will envy. Service is next level kind and attentive, the wine selection is perfect, locally curated and with no losers. Aperitif of sparkling wine with fresh cow cheese, not burrata nor ricotta, but something else spreadable and drizzled with honey. Perfect kick off. Chicken salad was like nothing else I've had. Fresh. Light. And delicious. Gnocchi was pillowy. Maybe too pillowy? But perfect basil balanced and complex. Rabbit was soft, tender, and sauced and juicy. I loved this restaurant. Found it as Bib Gourmand, Michelin 2021. Worth every penny. Handled the group of five of us with delight. Thank you!!
