Staff is super as is the ice cream..like how new ones rotate monthly. This the place I take my out of town relatives to show the some LA life. 4 I recommend the lavender ice cream. So delicious

They have their ice cream trucks ring all day in our neighborhood When asked to turn off He refused with a HARD NO NO STARS

Their trucks will sit outside in our neighborhood with their music playing so loud that it sounds like the truck is in my living room. I suffer from chronic Migraines / Cluster Headaches often enough that I am painfully sensitive to loud sounds and when they come around I get no relief until they finally decide to drive away (which can be in excess of 20 minutes at a time, even when no one comes out to buy from them) or until either I or someone else goes out and asks them to turn the music down or off, which to ask for the music to be turned downshould not be necessary and would not if they would just play the music at a reasonable level! Even then, asking isn't a guarantee of relief because more than once I have been brushed off, given a rude response from a driver, or had them turn it down only to turn it right back up as soon as I walked back into my house. Because of their drivers blasting the music for so long and at such unreasonable levels, I have not nor will I ever buy from their trucks. I would rather walk an hour or pay for a lyft/uber to go buy ice cream at a creamery or from the supermarket.

y'all just trippin about the music that iconic music that plays is relaxing and reminds me on a hot day when to get a cold refreshing ice cream if u don't wanna hear the music just put some headphones.

Bought some stuff from one of their trucks and the lady was extremely rude when i asked about the prices. She started yelling at for asking why $5.00 for cheese nachos. Never again and i will be telling people not to buy for that truck ever. She drives in the fashion district in dwntwn la. Has the sonic the hedgehog sticker on the side

These monsters have been terrorizing my neighborhood for the past 7 years, their truck blaring the same infernal 15-second loop of "music." It's debilitating. I can't do anything - I can't read, I can't watch TV, I can't concentrate. Earplugs don't work, ear guards don't work... not only is it obscenely loud, but they keep it on even when stopped. The truck stays in the neighborhood for up to an hour almost every day, sometimes in 50-60 degree weather. It's to the point where I'm hearing phantom music when it leaves. I've written to them begging for mercy - naturally there was no response. Monsters! For the goodness of humanity, stay away.

Stopped by to get some ice cream a weekend party, staff was very helpful and the ice cream selection was great.

This company has had their truck stop outside my apartment and blast their terrible looped music EVERY single day, even in the dead of winter. I have asked them to drive to other neighborhoods, I have asked them to turn their music down. Nothing has made a difference. The guy in the truck has essentially ignored every request. For the love of God, PLEASE do not give them your business. The ice cream is the manufactured crap anyway. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They have no regard for human decency.
