Location is great!! We have gotten lucky to park on the street and just mosey on in. The options of cookies have been awesome, both times we have been here!! This last time we came, we ordered Snickers, Hostess Apple Pie, Caramel Pretzel Chocolate Chunk & Chewy Granola Bar!! We pretty much devoured them all!! I can’t pick a favorite because those 3 were all mine, Chewy Granola Bar, Caramel Pretzel chocolate chunk & Snickers were just me. If I go back, I’m ordering 2 of those & who know what others. My husband loved his Hostess Apple pie. The young lady gave us some banana nut brownie? They were sooo good!!! I wish it didn’t take me so long to swing by but I am now committed to stop here for my doctors appointments every year!! So sad I didn’t order a dozen!!!

Dozen assorted cookies - 5 🌟! I am on a bit of a cookie fix at the moment and ventured out to Santa Monica to sample Cookie Good. Fun store. Lots of flavors to choose from. Based on their extensive menu, it looks like they rotate the specialty flavors often. I am not ashamed to admit it only took my one day to make my way through all 12. No regrets! Each one was fresh and tasty. There was a cheeto flavored savory cookie in the mix and it reminded me of a cheddar biscuit. My favorite probably the chocolate pretzel flavor. But there wasn't a bad one in the bunch. It is a bit of a bummer they are so far away but now I have a new favorite cookie place when I make my over to Santa Monica.

This is the place to go for fresh-baked cookies in Santa Monica! They're made in-house daily with multiple gluten-free options and a rotating menu. Also their cookie popcorn is delicious as well! The owner and staff were very polite and took time to help me decide what to order.

A vendor at work recently sent me a box of cookies from Cookie Good. I live in Florida and these still arrived very fresh! There was an amazing assortment, I went for the s’mores first and my wife ate the pop tart cookie. Both were delicious! Great bakery!

We just barely made it. They had been closed for about 10 min and the lady was nice enough to let us in. The selection was scarce but we were able to get some good ones. My daughter ordered the birthday cake, I had oatmeal and Lucky charms cookies. Pretty good cookies for $2.50 each. We will be back for sure to try more.

Great cookies! I got the mystery box a day old cookies but way cheaper. The other cookies are baked fresh every hour. Gotta try the Cheetos cookies, very unique.

I can't not visit LA without stopping here and getting at least a dozen cookies and some cookie popcorn. Every flavor I have tried has been exceptional. So fresh and tasty and they are a great size only a couple bites. Not gonna lie the Cheetos one is probably my favorite, such a good blend of sweet, salty and cheesy. I love me some Cookie Good!

$30 for a doz cookie. All the cookies we got were delicious. Definitely will come back again!

SERVICE: My first experience was receiving a variety box as a gift. Therefore, I cannot offer an opinion on service. However, reviewing the site, cookies are $4.5per if purchasing a box of a dozen. I received, if correct 5 in my box. FOOD: My first time was ok. However, they were a little old so I made sure to wait until I had them again. Though, appreciated my box of varied, fun flavors! Time has passed which allows me to circle back to this review. Year later. I will say the cookies are good but will give them 4 out of 5 because they're a bit too sweet for me. There is a difference between sweetness and flavor. For myself, I tasted a lot of sugar. WELL: For a place that specializes in cookies, I don't know, it was ok. Good but nothing special. Don't hate them, I just don't need to buy them. (misplaced my photo)

Completely obsessed! I've been buying cookies from them for years. They have a seasonal menu that constantly changes. However, the staple cookies that you don't see on display, you can call ahead to see if they can make it. They always have the dough ready. It's great for gifts and dinner parties. I love arriving with a box of Cookie Good.

Love at first bite. When i say, i came to Cookie Good THREE DAYS IN A ROW after I first discovered it, i am not kidding. I had to give a couple classics a try first - went with chocolate chip and peanut butter. Best peanut butter cookies, ever. Every day that I went, I got a box to share with friends and coworkers and EVERYONE was like "Oh my gosh! Where are these from?" Baked perfectly and soo tasty. Plus the staff are all super sweet! Clean bakery, smells yummy, and good vibes with street parking usually available right in front! Love.

This is an update to my previous review. The owner responded to my initial review here on Yelp within a day, then we continued communication via email. Ross apologized for the underbaked cookies I received and offered a new dozen. He also let me choose a new assortment The new batch was much better and the cookies were not underbaked. They also sent a bonus, which is their Cookie Corn. It's like churro flavored popcorn and it is oh so good! I really appreciate their attentiveness to resolve the issue. Most businesses brush off reviews from disappointed customers. This makes Cookie Good stand out. I was never going to stop patronizing Cookie Good. Before Ross responded, I looked at the experience as a one off and decided that I would just order as a walk in, moving forward. But Ross and his team's efforts to provide a better experience makes me more confident in ordering another dozen for delivery. I look forward to being able to just visit their store again for just a few cookies Thanks so much Ross & Melanie!

Cookie Good is my favorite cookie shop! They offer a variety of cookies, some of which change monthly/seasonally. The shop is small, but the service is always quick and friendly! As much as I love their specialty/seasonal cookies (pecan pie cookie is amazing!) they're chocolate chip cookie is my absolute favorite anywhere.

I came in on a Thursday afternoon and there was no wait. Cute little cookie shop in Santa Monica near my office. I got the Smores, Iced Oatmeal and a classic chocolate chip. All cookies were delicious and I devoured all 3. The size of the cookie is perfect, not too small but not too large and overwhelming. I feel like lots of cookie shops make cookies extra large, but I like how Cookie Good makes them a normal smaller size. Definitely more manageable to eat. They have monthly flavors that switch up and I can't wait to see what flavors are next!

Ayo! Stumbled upon this cool lil cookie shop in SM. It did not disappoint and I will be coming back FoSho. I like how the cookies are smaller than the Big Cookie trend that's going on so that can taste more of their creative flavors. Also lower pricing point per cookie as well. My Fav is $100k Cookie. That thing was amazing, i was only supposed to take a bite cause i had 3 other flavors to try but Nope couldn't do it, i ate the whole thing. It had a chewy caramel center with gooey milk chocolate and crispy rice crispy's on the outside. Street parking available, they accepted cards and staff was very helpful. Come check this place out y'all!

The chocolate chip cookies are very good! I like how the chocolate chips are spread among the cookie itself so you taste it every bite and it's not so chunky

Ordered a pack of 18 cookies for a bday. I ordered a variety of options and they were fantastic! Super moist and really good flavor. I had called regarding pick up since I wanted to order same day and same day pick up was not an option online. You can order online for the next day and just call with your name and order number and they will prep it right there. Great service and great cookies! Will order here again!

One of my favorite cookie shops in the city! From the moment you walk in, you're hit with the most amazing smell of freshly baked cookies. It's like a warm hug for your senses! The display case is filled to the brim with an incredible variety of cookies, each one more tempting than the last. Now, let's talk about the cookies themselves. They are HUGE and packed with flavor! Whether you're a chocolate lover, a fan of nuts, or craving something unique, Cookie Good has got you covered. Their cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with all sorts of deliciousness. The texture is just perfect, with a slight crispiness on the edges and a gooey center that will make your taste buds dance with joy. One of my personal favorites is their "Birthday cake" cookie. The staff at Cookie Good is also super friendly and welcoming. They genuinely care about their customers and are always happy to help you find the perfect cookie to satisfy your cravings.

One of my co-workers was kind enough to bring a box of cookies in. I was lucky enough to sample four. I tried chocolate chip (delicious, perfect!), churro (nice, tastes like a Snickerdoodle), Cap'n Crunch's sprinkled donut crunch (too sweet for me, but probably most would like it), and rainbow sprinkle blondie (loved it, nice and moist, slight lemony flavor). I think a box of these would make a great gift, look at that presentation, I just love it! Highly recommend Cookie Good if you want to treat yourself or anyone else to a special sweet treat!

A company handed out these cookies at a convention, and I must say. These are the best darn cookies! I'm going to stop and get another one tomorrow. Today, I ate a Yule Log Cookie. I wish i could find cookies this tasty where I live.

Their salted caramel brownies are the best! Heath crunch brownies are great too. Didn't really care about their cookies. They are good but not special. I wish their brownie size were a bit bigger. Taste wise is 4 star. Value probably 3 star.

SIX STARS This might be the best cookie shop on Yelp. In this shop lies a very dangerous potential for addiction as they switch up their flavors every couple weeks. Luckily, the delectable flavors available on the day that I went will continue to be available through the month for the holidays. They are too good to miss out on. I was blown away by the level of specific flavor packed into each cookie and can't imagine what other flavors they will have in store. The service was so patient, kind, and friendly. I did not feel rushed at all and she even allowed me to sample a few flavors. The Cheeto flavor is available all year so I didn't try it. I didn't taste a single flavor that I didn't love. Despite the fact that there is no seating, the interior of the shop is still very cute and clean. The Yule Log features so much depth of flavor. The peppermint was subtle and I loved the crunch of the sprinkles on top. The captain crunch berry cookie was delicious and the jolly holiday was to die for. All cookies are soft and fresh and addictive. I'm scared to see how many I purchase next time..

Amazing customer service, fantastic cookies, reasonable prices-- what's not to love about Cookie Good?! I found Cookie Good through Gold Belly, but when I realized they were local to LA, I contacted the shop directly about a last minute order for my company as part of Breast Cancer Awareness month. They were able to help me very quickly and easily for a same-day order + delivery. Everyone I spoke with (including the delivery service) was so helpful and nice, and the cookies turned out amazing. The alternative companies I looked into charged way more for decorated sugar cookies, but the cookies from Cookie Good came in a large variety (that could have been customized to fit my needs) and included a donation to breast cancer research. I've already recommended that we order from them again in the future.

Ahhh... found a to go spot for a cookie... Located in a perfect area of Santa monica in which you can find parking... Staff was nice... patient with me bcuz there are a variety of cookies... This place has a cheetos cookie...ever heard of one??! I haven't, so I had to try it.... ANDdddd..... not bad at all.... is like eating a soft cheeto puff.... (no joke).... taste just like a cheeto puff but soft... in my opinion it won't go well with coffee... just an FYI... Chocolate cookie was just how I like them (not sweet, not chewy and not crispy)... just soft and not too sweet... enjoyable cookie... Another thing that stood out is the price... cookie is less than 3 dollars (forgot the exact price)... cookies out there are 4 to 6 dollars... depending where you go.... Too many flavors and was told the flavors change every 2 weeks... Enjoyable cookies for less than 3 dollars... That's why it gets 5 stars... If you go.... Enjoy....

We went into Good Cookie today. Cute shop. Lots of flavors. I tried the pretzel, caramel, chocolate chip and the chocolate mint. Really good cookies. He even put my chocolate mint in a sealed bag so the other cookies wouldn't smell and taste like mint. Excellent service!

Always great service, a lot of options for everyone's taste. The cookies are a decent size, not overly huge to keep the ratios perfect. I make a stop here whenever I'm on this side of town, worth a visit.

The menu is ever-changing covers a wide variety or both sweet and savory. With each new treat, combined with the staples, it will never disappoint. The employees there are among the nicest service industry workers I've met. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable. Although it's on Wilshire, it has a great quiet that offers a good environment to enjoy the treats. Highly recommend the dark chocolate brownie, the chocolate chip cookie, and the ding dong (if in season).

If you're craving a thick, soft & chewy cookie stop right in! Their Cheetos cookie piqued my curiosity. It's a beautiful marriage of cheesy salty and sugar cookie. I like that each cookie is not gargantuan sized so that I don't feel (too) guilty tasting their different offerings. The Caramel Pretzel Chocolate Chunk and Ding Dong were some other scrumptious takes on chocolate! So good!

We came in an hour before closing on a Monday, they were so nice , gave us recommendations on cookies and very kid friendly . We had a great time and enjoyed the cookies . My favorite was the 7 layer.

I am such a cookie lover!!! Cookie Good in Los Angeles is amazing. You will be so surprised at the variety of cookies. You have to try them. They can box up a bunch for you to mail to a friend for a special occasion. What a nice treat to give somebody you love! Please try them.....you will be glad you did.

This name of place is misleading because the cookies are great! Good to me are the cookies at Subway or free at hotels, these are another level above that. They're not like Brady's with the gooey center or the Crumbl half baked style, but rather the classic crumbly country cookies. They are a bit smaller so it's easy to finish more than one once you start. They have a great selection of very unique flavors that are constantly changing. Parking in this area can get a bit difficult depending on the time but there is usually a ton of street parking on the main and side streets. I am always able to find a space right out front though. I especially like the Cheeto flavored, as well as the cereal cookie. I ended up choosing 7 different flavors and loved every one of them honestly. Pricing is very fair and I would highly suggest to any fan of cookies or sweets in general.

Stopped here after my Mom's eye appointment at UCLA. Holy smokes it was good! Even though we were eating cookie flavors like s'mores, Maple bar, and pie cakie, I liked that they did not taste overly sweet or "cloying." Great word, cloying. Fun to say. Anyways, we loved everything we had except for the Pie Cakie. That one, I just had higher hopes for because of how amazing the description sounded (a pumpkin pie stuffed inside a chocolate cake stuffed inside a brown-butter cookie). I thought it was going to blow my mind and...it was just OK. The big winners were the S'mores, caramel-pretzel-chocolate chunk and the apple pie. The cookie dough brownie was also an honorable mention, not too sweet, and that type of thing could have definitely been way too rich to eat in one sitting. I really just want to come back and say "Give me one of everything, PLEASE!!!" because all the names look so unique and tempting. Who the hell tried the Cheeto flavor??? I'm dying to know how that one tastes. To chicken to order it though. For now, I just keep spacing out my order down to 4 cookie flavors at a time each time my Mom has an eye appointment. I look forward to trying out new flavors each time.

GREAT customer service by Rebecca. We drove here from Ventura County as Cookie Good was on my bucket list. While in the shop, we met owner Ross. Ross spent a lot of time with us, and made us all like family. The Captain Crunch cookie is yummy. I bought one of each cookie displayed. Unfortunately, i didn't hide my cookies good enough as my kids found the box and ate all the tasty treats. Looks like i need to take a trip back to Cookie Good

FA LA LA LA... HAPPY HOLIDAYS! My husband's company gifted them with cookies this year. We received happy mail today and this is what we got in the box and tasted YUMMY! Soft and chewy. Would probably need to finish by mid-week at the latest and would keep in an air tight container or baggie to keep it from getting stale. Perfect with hot tea with a splash of milk or coffee! I love the creativity with the cookies but they don't taste very good, and they're super expensive. Crumbl, Baked Bear, Paidera, Bristol Farms cookies, all much better.

I can't stop thinking about these cookies. They are absolutely perfect. Highly recommend the sugar cookie and the corn flake cookie. The Birthday cake cookie is good too. But damn. The sugar cookie is the perfect cookie. It's like, just a little soft and chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside (fans self). Loved it. We both thought the s'mores and pretzel one (most popular) were overrated. Too much going on but not in a good way. Not feelin it. The staff here are also so sweet and nice!!! The cashier came and opened the door for me so it was easier to get in the shop with a stroller.

This place is a bit of a secret gem. I tell everyone about it, but no one seems to have heard of it. Oh well, we'll fix that. The Cookies here are a huge hit. I give them out to clients and they are always a smash. I even get hints that they certainly wouldn't mind more. There is another larger corporate chain selling cookie that are ok, but this little joint beats them by a mile. They staff is exceptional. I always walk in with larger than average orders and never have called ahead. They don't even blink, they get right to work on it. A few times they've asked me to give them an hour which is certainly reasonable and they are always ready when I come back. Decor and location are great. Very clean, fun little place. Take away only I believe. I don't recall that there was anywhere to sit, but don't hold me to that. I'll be back again and again.

Seriously yummy cookies!! We got these cookies delivered at work. They were COVID safe (individually wrapped), which made for a more sanitary, clean experience when sharing with co-workers. Work for me was particularly challenging that day, and these cookies came in for the win. The oatmeal and fruity pebble cookies gave me the pep that I needed to get through the rest my day. They have a great balance of textures with softness and crunchiness when called for depending on the cookie. These made a great gift for us, so I'm sure they would be a hit as gifts for other occasions.

07/19/2021 First time here and definitely not the last. I was craving some chocolate cookies and decided to give them a try. I often drive pass them and was curious how their cookies taste. I got 3 cookies (Chubby Hubby, chocolate chip and frozen banana) and one of the Nutella brownies. Everything tasted great. Notice that they are pretty pricey ($2.25 per cookie and $2.50 for the brownie). If you need to buy more then a few, you probably save money by going to your local grocery store.

Absolutely delicious and a great gift. Brought this as a housewarming gift when invited to dinner.

For a place that only sells cookies, they were just ok. They have some fun and interesting flavors, but some of them didn't live up to the hype. The chocolate chip cookies were fantastic, some of the best I have ever had in my life. However, the other cookies (cookie donnette, chocolate buttermilk glazed, and cowboy brownie) were not good. They tasted artificial and not exactly fresh. Would come for the chocolate chip cookies, but going to avoid the rest of the menu.

Another spot that I learned of on TV...I was close enough to go out of the way to try it out...I was NOT disappointed...I tried the Caramel Chocolate Chunk w/ the Pretzel because it was their signature cookie...too much for me...but they are Brilliant on the Basics...the Chocolate Chip Cookie was outstanding...bonus...I was able to purchase a cup of my favorite Oat Milk & that sent my Cookie over the top...Great Job

The cookies here are interesting and fun. Picked up 2 dozen to bring to a dinner party. They made for a great conversation starter as everyone was intrigued with the Cheetos flavor. Cookies have that nice outer crisp and ooey gooey center. Yum. There are so many flavors to choose from so there is something for everyone. Worth a try if you're in the area.

My mom is not a sweets fanatic like me, but she did agree their cookies were good. Crispy & thin yet not too overly sweet. Ahh, i should of gotten more! Highly recommend their gluten-free chocolate chip cookies! So good! They consist of lots of chocolate chips and are soft. I only wished they would be opened later in the evening so you could stop by to grab cookies after dinner. If you go closer to their closing hour, you'll find a low selection of flavors. They also have a spacious area to sit down.

Not great, not a lot of variety, and certainly not cheap, because at $2.50 per cookie, you're going to be ripped off big time. A box of 25 supermarket cookies in a package will cost about $3.99, and they are just as good as these. Don't waste your money.

I drive one hour to get these cookies, that's how good they are. You can't beat the quality, they are perfectly chewy, sweet bit no overly sweet. The flavors are at unique and fun. Some of my favorites are crumb cake, chocolate blackout cake, , blueberry pancake, marshmallow peep, and any of the sugar cookies!!!!! I want to try all of the flavors!!!!

Yum! I order cookies for my bestie every year from here. They ALWAYS get it right. My favorite are the cookies with the pretzels in them and the pineapple upside down cookies. There's a Crumbl cookie store less than a 1/2 mile from me, but I'd make the drive to Cookie Good when those cravings hit! The service is always kind and the store is cute and neighborly.

Wow loved my cookies! Brought them to a Super Bowl party and everyone loved! My favorite is definitely the banana pie brownie! Was so soft and moist! Everyone at the party had nothing but amazing things to say when I brought them over! Not even a crumb left by the time I left! These cookies are a bit more expensive but I can taste the quality! Will highly recommend everyone to give this place a try! Parking is kind of tough as it's street parking only!
