This is a cozy neighborhood cookie shop, which is extremely tidy and charming, and with the best cookies in the city! What I'm so impressed with is that they're exactly perfectly done: just slightly crispy on the outside but still soft in the middle. Getting that exactly right is much harder than it sounds. The toffee chip is something special. Everything is extremely fresh and made from scratch.

Tiffany's cookies were delicious! Flavorful and well-balanced. However, they were a bit thin for my personal preference - more like a crispy cookie than a soft, chewy one. If you prefer thin cookies, these are definitely worth trying!

The best cookies ever! I always get a cookie when they are at the Ballard Farmer’s market 😊 As someone with a nut allergy, they are really intentional and make sure to package the nut containing cookies to avoid cross contamination. Thank you for being so thoughtful for folks with allergies!!

I can't rave enough about Cookies With Tiffany! I have tried several cookie flavors and have also gifted these cookies to loved ones for birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions. Such a welcome addition to the charming Madrona neighborhood! I *dream* about the S’mores cookie, it is so so good. The shop is so cute, quick service, and fair prices. I love grabbing a box to take to work, everyone delights in the fun flavors!

NOTICE - Tiffany currently has a pop up in the Rainier Tower and travels to various farmers markets. Cookies are solid and fairly priced ($3.75). I tried the chocolate chip (because I'm still testing my way through the city) and a molasses one. Not overly sweet, which is always a hit. The chocolate chip was nice and had an interesting ingredient which I couldn't identify. Probably should have gotten a second one, in the name of science, of course. The molasses was really good. Chewy, just the right amount of sugar sprinkle, and hint of ginger. Tiffany is warm and friendly (like her cookies). The packaging and signage is tasteful. Keep your eyes peeled!

Our office ordered the platter from here a couple times, and they go by quick! I love the S'mores cookie. The cookies are so nice and soft. I was happy to see Cookies with Tiffany at the Issaquah Farmer's Market. Of course, I had to get some S'mores cookies and also got the Mother's Circus Animal cookies. And Tiffany is so wonderful.

Very tasty and freshly baked cookies! We got a box of them at the Ballard Farmer's market! Very friendly and the flavors were all so good! Especially loved the lemon and snickerdoodle!

The sweet smell of freshly baked cookies smells so good when you are here! I have tried a couple of their flavors and the standout flavor is s'mores! Lemon doodle and chocolate chip is just okay but mannn the s'mores is on its own level of yumminess! I normally wouldn't consider buying these type of cookies because usually they are overly sweet for me but not these! The ladies working here are super sweet and nice.

For a $3.75 cookie I expected more. That's kind of steep, and I find it a little odd that the prices for each type aren't posted and you have to ask... Honestly I think the cookie from Met Market is better if you're looking for a "fancy" cookie.

This self proclaimed cookie monster loves to add another one to the list of local favorites like Hello Robin, Midnight Cookie, Lowrider Baking Company, and Bell's Cookie. And of course, there are many bakeries and cafes that have their own signature cookies. Last time I was in Seattle's Madrona neighborhood was for a steak frites dinner down the street early November 2020. Visiting on 2/18/22 around 1130, I was absolutely amazed at the transformation of the businesses along 34th Avenue. Cookies with Tiffany is located across the street from one of my favorite Italian restaurants, Vendemmia to give a point of reference. Once inside the pocket retail site, I was warmly greeted by Tiffany Lewis, herself. Her business card identifies herself as the Chief Cookie Officer and Founder. Despite being masked, you could feel the genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Definitely the cookies are baked with love! Lucky gem for the Madrona neighborhood. I really wanted to have a lengthy convo with Tiffany, but there were others queued up behind me out on the sidewalk. I don't want to be that person holding up the line and keeping others from their cookies. So what I was able to learn is that her retail shop opened on 2/4/22. She has a production facility elsewhere where cookies are prepped with quality ingredients and baked in small batches onsite. I can see the convection oven and the speed rack with baking sheets of cooling cookies. So the display case contains guaranteed fresh cookies! Brilliant! I also saw gluten free chocolate chip and gluten free peanut butter cookies available. I exercised restraint and bought only half a dozen: S'more ($3.50), Toffee & Celebration ($3.25 each), and Chocolate Chip, Molasses, & Oatmeal Raisin ($3 each). Tiffany packaged the cookies with utmost care which was greatly appreciated. Transferred to an airtight container once at home, even the next day the cookies kept well. The cookies are aromatic, fresh, and have a pleasant chew. Nothing was over the top cloyingly sweet. Whether solo or accompanied with milk, tea, or coffee...these cookies were superb! Yes, I will have to return to try other flavors like Red Velvet, Snickerdoodle, Party Animal, and Maple Doodle. Note that part of the sales of the Celebration cookie and the S'more cookie goes towards support of Seattle Children's and Swedish Cancer Institute, respectively. Got them at the Ballard Farmer's Market. The toffee cookie was my favorite. My daughter's favorite was the celebration cookie. All were excellent!

Delicious cookies! Grabbed a couple from the Ballard farmer's market. Tried the lemon doodle and S'mores flavors! They are flat and have a chewy texture, the lemon was a sugar cookie and had a nice pop of lemon flavor.

I happened to stop into this cute little shop on my way to dinner. I'm so glad I did! The smell of fresh baked good from the shop is what initially lured me in. Happy to say that not only was staff super friendly and kind, but the cookies were delicious! Just what I needed after a long day at work.

Grabbed some cookies at the farmers market and they were good. Loved the lemon doodle best! The lemon flavor really popped. Also tried ginger molasses and I liked that one, the taste wasn't overpowering and still had that gingery feel to it. Toffee was pretty solid too. My least favorite was the celebration and s' more (best seller) they just didn't do it for me. Spent 20 bucks for 6 cookies but they were all pretty good and had that great chew/moistness to it.

This cookie business is just amazing ! I had their cookies for the first time at the Mercer Island Farmers Market and I was just blown away ! Their cookies were nice and soft , chewy and warm. Usually I am not a huuuge fan of S'mores cookies only because they can be super super sweet but these cookies were just the right about of sweetness so I definitely enjoyed eating my cookies . The price per cookie was a bit pricey I feel like but I wouldn't mind purchasing more ( which I will do in the future ) ! The ladies were very nice and friendly , again their cookies were great I totally recommend them !

Ok yes, Seattle has it's fair share of cookie companies. And who doesn't love cookies? But Tiffany's cookies just hit different. They are soft and chewy at the same time. I'm not a big sugar cookie fan, but her "celebration" cookie makes my mouth water just thinking about it. I also think one thing that sets Cookies with Tiffany apart is how warm and personable she is. She really cares about her business and her customers. Like I said, there are plenty of cookie shops in Seattle but I will go out of my way to visit Tiffany's to be greeted with a smile and fun conversation. The cookies really are the best in town though, try to get a warm s'mores! To. Die. For.

Wow. I purchased two cookie of each of my favorite cookies, chocolate chip & molasses. I rarely find a cookie place that I'm able to purchase from. I have a nut allergy, Tiffany reassured me how careful they are. Ate 1 of each cookie (with a glass of milk obviously)wow. Two of the best cookies I've ever had! Tiffany the baker is pretty cool too. Let me start off by saying I LOVE Cookies with Tiffany and the people that work there are so nice. It's also super close to my house and there cookies are to DIE for. The reason this review is four stars is because there are only two gluten-free options! They are very good but there are SO MANY super good "normal", or gluten cookies that I wish were gluten-free! Maybe you could make a gluten free S'more or a nice seasonal flavor once in a while? I want to finish off this review by saying Cookies with Tiffany has been doing a great job and side note, the store is so sweet but I hope that they add more allergy friendly treats!

I ordered Cookies with Tiffany for my family and was absolutely blown away. Cookies were beautiful packaged and tasted amazing too. We ordered a box of a dozen and I have to say that the s'mores cookie was my favorite. All cookies were devoured within a day!

i purchased the toffee and the lemon doodle at a local farmers market , four of each, thirty dollars :( ...... i was a little sticker shocked !!!! the cookies were delicious but i wont do it again,
