Cool Sips - Rock Center

Cool Sips at the Rockefeller location is fantastic! The store is upbeat, the drinks are unique, and the service is outstanding. The few staff working were friendly, quick, and made great recommendations even in busy rushes. Jay helped us design our drinks and was extremely patient and thorough explaining with it being our first time. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

Popped in to check out this novel shop at Rockefeller Center. Very excited to try the drinks and get the full experience. I went on a day that was very hot. Like 90º F. I drank one Palomino (off-menu) which was good. I feel like the boba bubbles could have been a better quality. And my mother got the Nantucket. I drank all of mine and had some of hers as well. I actually felt like I was going into sugar shock later that day because they were both so sweet. If I go again, I'd recommend asking about the drinks that have less sugar. Thanks!

You know Shanea is a really dedicated and very good with her craft That smile ever so stunning, Those hands can do wonders never seen a drink get made well while also so fast. I wish every day when I come she is there to serve my drink because any day without her serving my drink makes my heart goes in turmoil. Furthermore I would to add, I don’t know your salaries but I think you be giving her a raise. If you guys don’t the team is very stupid. Thank you for your time.

Was in Rock Center and thirsty and came across this super cute new spot. Cool Sips has a plethora of delicious signature drinks and also the option to get creative and make your own! So many flavors that can be mixed into whatever base soda, coffee or tea. If you love making creative beverages I highly recommend you check this place out. The staff was friendly the vibe was adorable and they also had an easy to use app and loyalty program. Love it and will definitely be back!

Was very excited to try this after seeing this on a tv show a lot. Gotta say I was skeptical but thought it was delicious. Loved my soda and didn’t think it was too sweet. Just what I expected from such a drink. The girl could have been friendlier but overall I would come back

Nothing beats coming across a NEW spot in NYC & Cool Sips is most definitely one of those spots. They’ve got A signature line of drinks or you can make your own drinks. I finally made my own drink after my third visit a nice root beer with vanilla cream and vanilla syrup, and it was nothing more than a sip of heaven. This will definitely be my go to spot during the summer, especially since I like to cut back on drinking soda.

The drinks are the absolutely best, and if you can't find a drink you think you would like you can make your own! The service was amazing and fast, the vibe of the shop is so amazing I absolutely love the decoration! I highly recommend this place!

Quick service with good attitude. Only problem was after mixing my drink the employee shook it vigorously to said it, so when I put a straw in it the shaken soda exploded on my clothes. Not sure if this is standard procedure but maybe stirring would be better!

I'm obsessed with this place. It is my addiction. Anytime I'm in the area i have to make my way over here to get myself a delicious Utah style soda - "dirty" soda. My favorite is the one with diet Dr Pepper, lime, coconut, and cream. Very delicious. Also love that they use crushed sonic style ice! I've also had diet Dr Pepper with cherry and vanilla cream. Can't go wrong. I just wish they had Diet Coke as well! Super cute inside and everyone is very friendly. Quick service.

I was in the area and wanted to try NYC's first dirty soda shop which are bold blends of soda, syrups, creams, boba, and more. You can customize your experience with endless flavors, & crazy combos. It's a stand up location only with no seating but has some nice photo opportunities in the back. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable & prepared the drinks quickly. What I tried: P-Town -Starry, Blue Raspberry, Watermelon with Strawberry boba (Favorite ) Nags Head -Root beer, Toasted Marshmallow, Brown Sugar Boba Cape May -Starry, Green Apple, Sweet Cream Fulong -Sweet Tea, Sweet Cream, Brown Sugar Boba If you're in the area, it's worth a visit. I tried out Cool Sips today because I heard that they had a location near Rockefeller Center. They have so many signature drinks to choose from, but you can also customize your own. They had such a diverse and flavorful selection of syrups as well as soda options. I decided to get the Dirty Dirty Soda because I thought that it was one of the classic ones. I ended up enjoying it, but then started getting bored of the taste because the coconut flavor was extremely strong. Overall, the experience was great and the employee helped us with our order proactively. I am eager to try their other options, so I will be back to try more of their funky creations. Someone please let me know if their Newport flavor was good! Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 5/5

This place is awesome! They have friendly staff and offer unique and delicious drink combinations. I loved the Dirty Dirty! Just note that, while there is standing room in the store, there are no places to sit down.

Wow I'm so glad they brought a place like this to NY! It's downstairs at the shops in Rockefeller center. It's a perfect afternoon pick me up! Workers are all incredibly nice, place is clean, no seating, but a counter to stand at. Super easy to order, they also offer diet and zero sugar -The cannon tastes just like a pina colada -The p-town was good and was like a blue raspberry slushy taste -Made our own flavor of peach mango with starry and that was our favorite! Many options to choose from, can do toppings as well. I do wish they sold like snacks to accompany the drinks so it's a one stop shop for coming by for an afternoon treat. Like chips, crackers, Chex mix, cookies, etc. I def would come back again! current go-to drinks - Dr Pepper with orange and vanilla cream - Dr Pepper with orange, mango and vanilla cream - starry with peach and watermelon - starry with peach and mango

Great dupe for Swig! I tried a couple different drinks while I was in NYC but I liked Dirty Dirty the best. Service was quick and easy since they have someone taking orders and the kiosk.

There was a stand outside of Rockefeller center & on a hot day it seemed like a good option, and it was! I'm not a huge fan of anything tropical tasting usually but for some reason I really enjoyed this. I believe it was around 9 dollars for this drink, which i think is fair for the size and for NYC.

I loved the vibes and energy here. Everyone was super chill. I also love the aesthetic of the place it's giving groovy. Everything looked shiny, clean and spotless ! They had so many drink options and choices and building your own drinks as well. I never came across a place like this, it was such a fun experience. I got the drink Ptown it was perfectttt. I definitely want to go back and try different flavors or make my own.

Cool sips. Nice staff. Quick service. Not super pricy. Definitely worth a stop in here.

Finally an addition on the concourse that isn't a 50 dollar lunch place! Yes, this is literally just soda and flavorings for ~7 dollars a pop, but the combos are good and the staff is super nice/remembers people on return visits. It's a fun treat.

I was really surprised - the prices are reasonable and the drinks amazing. I had the Nantucket which was made with green tea, mango, and lime. Loved it.
