Been here two times so far, and the experience was amazing! Sandwiches - tasty and very much filling. They’re big! Staff - super humble and friendly! Place - very clean and beautiful. It has the perfect setup outside for a nice sunny day as well as cute setup inside! Overall I loved this place. And the seasonal drink was pretty good - the pineapple coconut drink, it’s like virgin pinacolada , but better! ❤️ Price - reasonable I’d definitely visit this place again!

I ordered the chicken fresca sandwich, and I thought it was pretty good. It was nice and warm, as well as fresh. It also comes with a side. I do wish they had turkey options though and also options to create your own sandwich. You can make custom wraps, salads, and grain bowls, but it's not really an option for sandwiches. I load my sandwiches up with a variety of veggies and flavors, so the limited sandwich menu is a bit restricting for me. Otherwise, I will definitely be back to try some more stuff out!

If I could give 0 stars I would. WASTE OF $35! We decided to order two salads and instead got bowls of JUST LETTUCE! No protein…no toppings and nothing like the pictures online. I didn’t know you could mess up a salad….. I am extremely disappointed. I will not be ordering here again.

Great options for healthy food.This was one of the few places in Dallas where I could eat due to my allergies. I am so glad that i could make my protein bowls exactly as i would have wanted without doubting whether there were any unknown ingredients in my bowl.

This was my first time stop by this location, and my salad was not made correctly. I ordered online but was told it was not ready and to give an additional 10 mins or so.. no problem. They had a lot of people there (door dashers) waiting on orders. I finally get my salad and it was not made properly. They forgot the red onion, egg and most importantly they added tomatoes which I hate! I took two bites of my salad noticed the tomatoes and had to throw it away. Such a sad thing. I will be reaching out to see if they can rectify this.

I decided to try a new place out today! Was not disappointed at all. Everything was made fresh in front of me while I ordered. Presentation, quickness, and overall great quality of food. I recommend the California bowl🔥

I had been to the Old Town location. This store seems a little cramped but still comfortable and attractive. It was well staffed for lunch on a Tuesday, but breakfast on Thursday had a lone employee busy with 4 big catering orders. Super friendly and helpful people. My food was delicious and prepared quickly. Real plates/bowls but silver-colored plastic forks and clear plastic drink cups. Two unisex restrooms. Coolgreens Guest Wi-Fi is stronger than Cityline's. Mobile ordering works well, but it's not obvious that Avocado Toast is available all day while other Breakfast items aren't. Pro tip: park in one of the nearby parking garages, else a delivery truck will trap your car if you park directly in front.

One of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever had. The creaminess of the avocado and the crunch of the fresh Jalapeños made the perfect pair.
