"Health-obsessed salad chain Coolgreens has opened at Richardson’s CityLine development. Per a press release, the restaurant kicked open the doors on Tuesday, October 1, and is now serving salads, grain bowls, and sandwiches at 1251 State Street, Suite 850. This is the second Dallas-area restaurant for the chain, which also operates an outpost in Southlake and has plans for a third location at Old Town Dallas in 2020." - Amy McCarthy
