"Japanese ramen, Southern fried chicken, Colombian chicharron, and pizza all live on Coolinary’s menu. That’s nothing new in Palm Beach County, where a lot of restaurants cast a wide net with globally mishmashed menus. When done wrong, this leads to disjointed dishes that lazily slog their way across the world’s cuisines. But Coolinary is the best example of what happens when this approach goes right. video credit: Virginia Otazo photo credit: Zack Perl photo credit: Zack Perl photo credit: Zack Perl photo credit: Zack Perl The food here will make you shimmy in your seat. Dishes play with flavors, textures, and temperature. Sweet and savory, crunchy and smooth, hot and cold meet—sometimes all in one dish. Ultimately, seasonality and local ingredients anchor Coolinary to its South Florida home. That means figs on pizza in the winter and peaches in the summer. The shrimp is from Key West and the vegetables in their ever-changing house salad are from their neighbors at Kai-Kai Farm. Thankfully, staples like their chicken and waffles stick around all year. The restaurant, like its menu, is a study in versatility.  Go for date night or family dinner. You’ll be just as happy sitting at the kitchen counter by yourself watching them toss noodles and broil steaks. All the irresistible smells will make you feel like a hound on the hunt for its favorite tennis ball. With so many options, you’ll experience a brief moment of terror and wonder if you didn't order correctly. Relax. You did—everything here, against all odds, is delicious. Food Rundown video credit: Virginia Otazo Gambas Al Ajillo Nothing crazy here—just exceptionally tender Key West shrimp swimming in a pool of garlicky butter with chili flakes. You shouldn't surrender the bowl until you’ve soaked it all up with bread. photo credit: EatPalmBeach Crispy Panko Fried Pork Loin If any version of this pork loin is on the menu, order it. The juicy pork is surrounded by golden brown breading that crunches with the sound of a velcro strip the size of an airport runway. video credit: Virginia Otazo Milk & Cookies This dessert could turn anyone into a monster with a cookie problem. They’re salty, gooey, and arrive warm with an ice-cold glass of milk." - Virginia Otazo

Our first experience here was wonderful! The servers were very welcoming and helpful with suggestions. The broccoli appetizer was AMAZING. I enjoyed the halibut dish while my husband enjoyed the seafood stew. The table shared the lemon poppyseed cake and bourbon bread pudding. Both were incredible. Both the chef and bakery chef are very talented, creating new flavor combinations. We will definitely be returning.

Make sure to make a reservation! Tucked away in an unsuspecting location, Coolinary Café is a true hidden gem. We sat at the kitchen bar, which gave us a front-row seat to the culinary action—watching the chefs work their magic added something special to the experience. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and they were outstanding. The waffles were savory, which was a pleasant twist, and paired perfectly with the crispy, juicy chicken. My boyfriend got the burger, and it was cooked to perfection—easily one of the best we’ve had. To top it all off, I sipped on a smooth espresso martini and we shared the maple bourbon bread pudding for dessert. It was warm, rich, and absolutely delicious. Coolinary Café nails the balance of comfort food and creative flair. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a laid-back yet memorable dining experience.

Google
Love some Coolinary. Delicious food and cocktails. I have been there numerous times over the past few months. The bartenders, like Andrea, always make people who sit at the bar feel welcomed. She comes with plenty of suggestions for both food and cocktails. Andrea definitely gets to know your likings and is able to craft cocktails around your preferences, which is rare. Could not recommend this spot more.

All the food is absolutely amazing! Nothing you can order and not be happy with. The staff and cocktails are awesome!

Google
Our meals were exceptional!! Didn’t think I could find a place like this in Palm Beach Gardens. The dishes seemed to be made with a finesse only a culinary school could cultivate. I was curious to know about the mastermind behind the menu. My friend got the pizza which was sooooo good. The service was great, our server seemed like a fun guy - someone I would add to the rotation (if you know, you know). The atmosphere was…different. I didn’t mind the decor but the crowd was generally monolithic and I did kind of feel out of place (black girl in her early 20s). With that being said, I WILL come back. This is the kind of place you consider for a first date, if you aim to impress.

Google
We loved it and will be back. Sat at the kitchen bar and enjoyed watching the action. Overall the food is very good but 5 stars for me is either Michelin star or better value for money. Fish tacos are very light. Pizza crust was spot on, highly recommend. Best part was the cappuccino and the banana pudding bread.

Google
What a great find! My wife and I arrived on a Saturday at 4pm to partake of their happy hour and great food. We made a reservation, however, we opted to sit at the bar and so glad we did! Max was our bartender and he made our first experience here well worth it! His description of the different plates and cocktails was spot on and his enthusiasm and passion for his job was very evident! He made us feel very welcome. Can't say enough about how good the food and drink were here at the Coolinary! We will definitely be back as we love the Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter area! Do yourself and favor and visit Max at the bar, he will make your experience a great one!

Yelp
Incredible food! I had the skirt steak meatballs and they were delicious! I also highly recommend ending your night with the carrot cake waffle!

Yelp
This is one of our fam favs. Hit a TEN again. Terrific staff: friendly, attentive, prompt. Our server was TERRIFIC. Drinks out right away. Great food suggestions and good with questions. Food was excellent. Cheese n meat board with hot bread was perfect. Street corn hot n flavorful. Entrees: soup, pasta with shrimp, pizza and salad with chic. All prepared carefully n with full flavor punch. Love this place

Yelp
I've eaten here when visiting many times. Sometimes is excellent and sometimes not so -- consistency is important. The shrimp and linguine in particular has very small minnow size shrimp. For a fish that is pricey I expect medium to large shrimp. The fish special was delicious but fish was dry and overcooked so I had to return. My husband loves chicken and waffles, the drinks are great. And desserts are amazing!

Yelp
A decent restaurant in a shopping strip that worths 4 but I've two strikes against them: seating us at the table right by the busy door for their outdoor service. And the table needs napkin at the foot to stabilize it. By the time we leave, the restaurant is still empty. #2, when ordering Pinot Noir, the server offers two choices. Since I don't know any of the brands, I chose Oregon over California, as Pinot Noir is their thing. In my little experience with this kind of caliber, they'd offer me a taste, and they do, just not to me. The server returned and said, the CA one is drier. I ended up with CA, which is decent. Modern decor with high ceiling, in dark hue. We get there a few minutes before 4, which is their opening time. Thinking we can ask if any openings for us. The staff inside remain inside. Finally when the host comes out, she said yes we've openings and will seat you once we're open. It was 3:56. Her demeanor made me think they're fully booked ... There are few men in casual cloth inside the restaurant - who are they? We've four small plates - in fact, they're not small -:) Corn - innovative Tuscany fish bites - crunchy Baked oysters - really good Ceviche with taro chips - fresh but bit sweet All are delicious, and take the chip home - too much food. Why do they serve the small plates all at the once? Our small table hardly can accommodate four plates. Is this an industry new norm - it has been this way for a long while.

Michelle N.

Yelp
Foods great, service is great. Drinks and food were awesome. It's a dark, small intimate for a date but not that intimate because they get so crowded type of feel. --Spicy Margarita - (5/5) The best one Ive ever had. It's super strong and spicy. You're getting your moneys worth for sure. --Deviled Eggs (5/5) - Amazing, extra yolk served at the bottom of the egg. Great flavor, sauce had a kick to it. Loved it. --Mahi Salad (4/5) - Loved the vinaigrette, salad was great, fish was a bit over cooked but seasoned well. Tried to come back on a Sunday but I didn't check and they were unfortunately closed.

Lisa M.

Yelp
It was our first time here since moving to the area. Such a pleasant experience. Loved the ambiance and customer service was excellent. I had The chargrilled swordfish which was delicious and my husband had the prime skirt steak which was cooked perfectly. This is now one of our new favorite places to eat.

Yelp
My mother told me that this restaurant was featured on Guys Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives, gave me a giftcard for my birthday. We got there at 6:30 on a Saturday night and we did not book a reservation and the restaurant was very busy so it was about an hour wait, which was totally worth it! We got to sit at the bar and the bartenders were super nice. My husband got the chicken and waffles and I got the crispy pork ramen and both dishes were delicious! The bartender recommend the carrot cake waffle for dessert and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. kinda pricy but really yummy. Good for a special date night.

David T.

Yelp
So I've been hemming and hawing on what I wanted to write. So we came here with a gift card that was 3 years old. We didn't come before because of time and honestly, when looking at the menu prior seemed a bit pricey. So we walked in, and right away, it had that upper class feel to it. We sat down in the back of the restaurant. We were greeted by our waitress. We ended up getting a heavy water bottle pitcher. That was kinda cool. We ended up ordering whipped feta cheese. That came with 2 pieces of bread. The cheese had a sweet sauce, probably fig or honey, I forget now and some greens. It was good. I feel for 12 dollars they could of given more bread up front instead of asking for more. Then when we asked for more they gave us 1 more slice. I thought that was a bit stuck up. Then we ordered for 27 dollars , chicken and waffles. The waffle was a half a waffle and 5 pieces of chicken strips half cut so really probably 2 and half pieces of chicken. It was good. But not for 27 dollars good. Had a hint of sweet. Chicken was good, crispy, moist. Then my wife got the pork bowl. 30 dollars for thin, small slices of pork, I'd say a total of 10 pieces but I mean small and some noodles and cabbage. Again 30 dollars! It was good but way over priced. Overall food was good. 4.5 good. Price wise was a 3. I think the food is wayyyyy overpriced for what you get. We spent 80 dollars and we're hungry an hour later literally. We aren't competitive eaters neither. I get you pay for the ambiance but come on!

Krist D.

Yelp
Go here for a delicious meal in a trendy atmosphere with great music and fancy mixed drinks. They didn't have any vodka cocktails so I got a ginger beer mule with $1 up charge for blended raspberries. For appetizers we had the adult mac and cheese which was made with homemade rigatoni and a light jalapeño kick- and this was excellent and I'd get it again. We also enjoyed the ceviche which had a healthy portion and plenty of plantain chips that were delish and I'd get that again. I snuck a slice of pizza and it was perfect too. For entree I Had the tilefish which had a edamame corn sauce base...it was a little light on the flavor but delicious I just needed some carbs and mixed in my sons white rice which was the best rice I ever tasted as it was perfectly seasoned with salt/pepper and it complimented the dish perfectly. Hub had the steak with the yuca waffle. Everything had a beautiful presentation and we Had excellent attentive service....they even offered us big spray when outside and when they could accommodate moving our party indoors they relocated us at my sons request. Plenty of parking in the strip mall with lots going on in this area. Very cool things at Coolinary! I'll be back!

Corey G.

Yelp
This place has great service, a great ambiance and great food! Need I say more? Check this place out!

Beth P.

Yelp
Finally got to try this place and it did not disappoint. We sat at a high top indoors near the bar. We shared a bunch of appetizers: deviled eggs, oysters, and sea bass cheek bao buns. Everything was off the charts good. My tequilla drink was amazing. I also tried the lamb sausage rigatoni and it was so flavorful. Can't believe it's taken me so long to come here and I can't wait to return:)

Olivia S.

Yelp
This was an amazing find. We were really surprised by by the menu. My husband and I both loved everything. There was an amazing miso mushroom soup. I was completely taken by it. The ceviche was amazing with jalapeño that gave it a spicy kick my husband Loved. The malanga chips are super interesting and delicious. The fish tacos were also great. We didn't like the hummus so much. The wine selection is also very Good. I had a wonderful Reisling. Desserts were Good, they are pretty sugary. The coconut ice cream was a standout. Our server Erica was very kind just a sweet heart. We would definitely go back. The ambiance is very laid back but nice.

Yelp
Food is fantastic seriously amazing service Ambiance is awesome restaurant is very cool seating

Jianina M.

Yelp
We visited Coolinary this past weekend for dinner. We had made a reservation and they only had outdoor seating available. Upon arrival the hostess were very accommodating and arranged for us to sit inside. Our server was Ema , very attentive, knowledgeable and made great suggestions. My husband ordered the oysters as an appetizer and absolutely loved them, very fresh. I ordered the pork belly tacos and I would say they were very flavorful but way too spicy for my taste. It had plenty of jalapeños and the red sauce had my tongue on fire. My husband ended up eating them. For main course we ordered the Shrimp strozzapreti , dolphin ceviche and a kids mac and cheese. The shrimp strozzapreti was our overall favorite, pasta was cooked al dente, the cheese sauce was flavorful, I could have done without the red pepper flakes but that's my personal taste. My husband said the dolphin ceviche was just ok and it was too spicy. Maybe we both had the lingering spice from the pork belly tacos. Our daughter did enjoy her mac and cheese. We ordered the carrot cake waffle for dessert and it was good, I would have loved to have it with ice cream but again personal taste. They do offer happy hour from 4 to 6 half off beer, wine by the glass and classic cocktails.

Yelp
This fresh and fun food and drink establishment draws in customers because of its creative menu and friendly service, and not necessarily because of the restaurant's deserving awards and national recognition. This place is located in Donald Ross Village, convenient to I95 and Abacoa. The interior has an urban upscale feel, open-spaced with high windows looking out on a tabled patio. A cheeky (parched) pig gazes at the crowd from the back wall mural on the Parched Pig side. We got there on a weekend as the restaurant opened at 4. Within 45 minutes, the place was filling up for the happy hour 'til 6pm. The happy hour offered half prize adult beverage classics and half off apps, bar bites and a burger. Oysters were $2.50 each. Our server told us that the menu changes regularly. We opted for the substantial Jenny's Dirty Dip served with crisp and crunchy house made tortilla chips. Sausage, rotel, cilantro and jalapeño's were a warm and flavorful start. Rich and delicious. I also ordered four oysters on the half shell, two from Prince Edward Island and two from Massachusetts. Both were good choices. The chef serves them without crackers and cocktail sauce and only with lemon wedge and three different mignonettes in condiment cups. Oysters treated like fine fine wine and not oysters. My classic margarita was served with a quality tequila and a powdery salt on the rim. But the drink was served in a copiously iced highball glass. Grrr. My wife's birria tacos were on point. Beef brisket in a rich consommé was served on fried corn tacos with Oaxacan cheese. The delicious hot mess was even better dipped into the side cup of consommé that dribbled from the hand to the plate. I struggled to decide. Crispy yucca tots? Fried chicken and waffle? Tuna tataki ? Of course I settled on a crazy good burger. Chargrilled brisket and chuck meat perfectly cooked to temp with a slice of cheddar cheese and then sandwiched within a toasted bun. The bun was magic. Served with their ketchup recipe, stone ground mustard and mayo on the sides. Shoestring fries won out over a salad. The desserts were tempting but we gave up our table for those waiting. We WILL be back with friends.

Julie F.

Yelp
This is a hard review to write. I really wanted to like this restaurant. We came for dinner over the weekend. I've had this location bookmarked that is "wanting to try" for some time and so did the people we came here with. Unfortunately, we all had the same not too good experience. It was very busy and very loud. Most of the couples were older men with younger women. I thought I was the only one who had seen this -- until later my husband asked me if I'd noticed. It's the kind of place you'd take a date hoping to impress them with how current you are... We were seated right away -- our friends had made the reservation. There are bars in both sides of the two rooms. And we got a good view of the open prep area. We started by sharing a summer salad -- which had blueberries and corn in it. It wasn't a bad salad, but there were just too many competing ingredients and flavors going on at once. We also had for "entrees" their spicy pizza, mahi bites, nut encrusted fish, and bacon wrapped shrimp. The shrimp dish was my order. There were four shrimp wrapped in bacon. They were served over a mish mosh that I couldn't identify. I actually had to ask the waiter what it was. It was edible. The menu is made up of various eclectic plates. I guess it doesn't say that much when I tell you I liked their corn hush puppies and their ice cream the best of everything I tried. We did order a couple desserts -- I got their house made coconut ice cream. It was very good -- as rich as gelato. The guys shared a banana pudding cake. We all felt that the kitchen was trying a little bit too hard to be creative and that not everything was working. We were glad we went. Now we know what we thought we'd been missing.

Rick W.

Yelp
Back again, food is on another level as were the cocktails. We were there for happy hour and sat at the kitchen counter. Love to watch them cook. I had the beef tocos, husband has the sword fish both outstanding.

Neisha M.

Yelp
This has been on my list for so long and finally had the opportunity. Got there just after 4pm on a Friday to check out happy hour. The waiter was prompt and attentive. Order a cocktail and two appetizers to share. Both were tasty, the tacos are a bit overpriced Ava the tots were decent but must be consumed warm. The place was gradually getting packed and very loud. Not much background music to be heard. Looked like a lot of regulars, mixed crowd but most looked older and was there to 'be cool'. The experience was good, the plaza has a lots of dinning options. It's in the Alton plaza which is still fairly new I would say. Would return for happy hour but don't go if you want to have a conversation, the inside is a bit tight and can get crowded.

Ben S.

Yelp
OK, it's time for an update! I have been back to Coolinary several times and they have just gotten better and better! First of all, the service is phenomenal! Pizzas are now on their menu and they have done their homework! One of the best you find! Burgers and fish are also excellent. So glad they've stuck around and they are setting a high bar!

Carina C.

Yelp
Came here on a Monday. Me and my guest were surprised at how busy it was and they even had someone performing live. It's a great vibe inside. We sat outside (coming from a Canadian winter we wanted to enjoy the weather). The food here was really delicious and flavourful. The drinks were creative and beautifully presented. We did have to wait a while for the food, but with the ambiance, it was fine. We will definitely be back again and again.

Dan P.

Yelp
Recommended by a local, we went for dinner while on a weekend in Jupiter. We were very impressed with this unassuming, relatively small bar/restaurant. The lamb hummus was delicious, served with house made pita. The pork chop was great as well and served with a pavéed potato side. Great selection of wine and spirits and a nice cocktail list as well. I look forward to returning next time I'm visiting the area.

Samantha K.

Yelp
Loved the ambiance of this place! Super hip and happening - crowded but a great, younger vibe. Apparently they have a rotating menu - everything on it was unique, even the cocktails! I got a French 75 to drink, which was delicious. We started our meal with the house salad and loaded yucca tots. House salad was fine but nothing to write home about, but the loaded tots were delish. They were dense and flavorful, topped with pulled pork, pickled onions, and jalapeños. For our main course we got the cooked carrots - INCREDIBLE!!! - and almond crusted flounder on top of rice - decently yummy. The way to go here is to split dishes amongst a group of people since they have so many unique options. Worth coming for the atmosphere/experience!

Irene U.

Yelp
One of the best places for a cocktail in town and also a wonderful variety of dishes that changes seasonally, I am always excited to eat in this place because I know they will have something unexpected and delicious! Absolutely reccomended.

Ivette J.

Yelp
Food is amazing and service is always good. However, it can get very loud inside where is hard to have a conversation during dinner. Overall a good experience though.

Tristan M.

Yelp
Food is superb! Perfect date night spot with wonderful service. Flavor combinations are unexpected but work perfectly.

Bob C.

Yelp
Very cool place with an interesting vibe. Menu is eclectic but approachable. I am sure you'll find something to enjoy. They also have an adjoining bar with a solid staff who can make the old classics and the modern versions and takes on the classics. The place can be busy and crowded so set your expectations appropriately. It's a good time with good food and good drinks. What more do you want or need? Seriously, just go and enjoy.

Savannah S.

Yelp
At first I was confused between the parched pig and the coolinary. Turns out they are the same restaurant as of November 2021. One bar is full liquor while the second is for you to watch them cook your food (think chefs table.) Zach was my waiter and very nice and attentive. While I cannot have gluten, the table nearby ordered the honey butter rolls. They were brought very quickly, steaming hot and melt in your mouth honey buttery (per that table). They could not stop raving about how phenomenal the rolls were. I had the deviled eggs which are gluten free and dairy free. The flounder ceviche is served with yuca chips and is also gluten free/dairy free. Happy hour runs from 4-6pm everyday from Monday-Saturday and is 1/2 off draft beers, well classic cocktails and wine by the glass.

Brittney P.

Yelp
Walking into the restaurant, you are immediately hit by a wonderful aroma of what smells to be baking as well as other delicious goodies. The layout of the place is very fun and hip. It's well lit and separates the kitchen from a more typical dining area and bar that I believe is called the parched pig. When it comes to the menu, it's on the limited side but all options sound delicious. There were two people in my party, and we both ordered the burger because the pictures in the reviews all looked amazing. Drink wise, they offer tap or bottled water which is a nice touch as well as the usual soft drinks and alcohol. The food itself was delicious. Burger was excellently made and all the condiments are also made in house. The ketchup is spectacular as well as the aïoli. The biggest surprise of the meal quite honestly was the pickled vegetables. Just the right amount of kick made this a nice pallet cleanser after the heavy burger meal. After speaking with the manager, he gave us a few other recommendations including the chicken and waffles as well as the mixed mushrooms. We will definitely be getting that next time around. There is also a pastry chef that works in house but this time around we didn't try any dessert. The staff was all attentive and very friendly. The atmosphere was great though I will say slightly on the noisier side which to us wasn't a big deal. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend UPDATE*** we did go back for dessert and ordered the banana pudding cake. This is easily the best banana dessert I've ever had.

Natalie F.

Yelp
Talk about the new hot spot in Jupiter! This place had the best atmosphere and was super cute inside. Wine down Wednesday was amazing and the food was just as delicious as it looked. Service was great and I can't wait to come back.

Vincent M.

Yelp
Have been going to this restaurant for years. Went tonight about an hour early to have a cocktail and was told I couldn't. It is new policy no having drinks at the bar. There is a waiting list to have a drink at the bar. Had to go find someplace else to have a glass of wine. About 10 minutes before my reservation time I received a text from them that my table was ready. When I got there I was told the table was not ready but I could sit in the back by bathroom. Very disappointed in one of my favorite restaurants.

Mario L.

Yelp
I enjoyed the experience and the food was great. Very nice service and a very friendly atmosphere.

Joseph P.

Yelp
Great food outstanding service awesome vibe. Our go to place as soon as we return home from wherever.

Mayra F.

Yelp
Honestly, I am more and more impressed every time I go to coolinary. The waiters and waitresses know the menu inside and out and have the best personalities. The service is incredible. Everything we had was delicious, from drinks (best margaritas in town!), to the ceviche of course, pozole, and even dessert! Ambiance with the open kitchen is great! Incredible! Everything is top notch here!

Julie T.

Yelp
Food was amazing love the open ambiance and great service , I recommend the steak and Mac n cheese and the non alcoholic drinks .

Sireesha R.

Yelp
Always on point here. The menu has diversity but isn't overwhelming. The food is consistently good. The waiters are great about answering questions and making recs. It's a smaller place but with a good feel - loud but not overwhelming. Love it.

Kayla C.

Yelp
Quality & tasty meals. Menu items change so it is a new experience every time. My husband and I love this place; very romantic date night. Friendly & professional service. Best restaurant in Jupiter.

Laura P.

Yelp
Wow! What an exceptional meal, friendly, attentive service, great atmosphere and energy! Had been to Parched Pig before they combined the spaces and loved it. Really enjoyed their samples at the Jupiter Food and Wine festival a few weeks back so came in tonight. The combined space is even more incredible. We sat at the bar in the kitchen - amazing to see everything being cooked in front of you! We loved it. The burger with an egg on top and grilled pork chop were delicious and cooked perfectly. This place is a gem. Would be remiss not mentioning the cocktails - fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. Highly recommend.

Shanna S.

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants in Northern Palm Beach County. Their food is creative and insanely good. The ambiance is laid back but sophisticated. Great happy hour too!

Paul J.

Yelp
My wife and I had our first date here and have celebrated most milestones here ever since. The food is wonderful and the staff is fantastic. We like sitting at the counter exactly where we met. We highly recommend this to everyone. The owners are so nice and take the time to greet guests, such genuine special people! Can't say enough about this place!

Alex O.

Yelp
First time here and upset that I've never been here before. The fish dip was ok, nothing special. The street corn was yummy and the Jenny's dirty dip was fantastic! For dinner we had shrimp and pastel linguini and the chargrilled bone in pork chop. Both of the entrees were awesome! Megan was our server and was super friendly and gave lots of suggestions. We sat at the kitchen bar and enjoyed watching the team do such a great job. Will definitely be back!

Steve M.

Yelp
We are so fortunate to have Coolinary so close to us, it's one of the best restaurants in Palm Beach Gardens. If you're looking for a phenomenal dining experience, look no further than this gem. Their menu is a culinary masterpiece, offering an incredible selection of dishes that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is always friendly and attentive, making every visit a true pleasure. My wife and I dine here often, and have never been disappointed, it's truly a must visit destination for any food lover.

Brendon W.

Yelp
Great location, drinks and specials. Great place for happy hr on a Friday!! Always busy so expect to wait a little

Debi P.

Yelp
Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Drinks were a little slow to come out but worth the wait. We ordered baked clams, pizza, deviled eggs and whipped feta/yogurt spread to share between 4 of us. Very tasty! Would definitely come back.

Melinda K.

Yelp
We stopped by for Happy Hour the other night. First time since they combined both venues. Love the new set up. How wonderful to have access to the full menu but enjoy the Happy Hour at the bar as well. Definitely one of our favorites!

T B.

Yelp
This was our first time to the Jupiter/Palm Beach area and due to the awesome reviews we saw on Yelp, this was the only reservation we made prior to arriving. We are so glad we did! The food was delicious and the portions were ample. Every dish we tried had a wonderful and complex flavor profile. We had the chicken and waffles (a classic but with their own twist which was delightful) , the shrimp scampi (my daughter said it was the best pasta dish she's ever had), the clams (we drank all the broth - SO tasty), the okra (amazing and flavorful!), the lamb hummus (another win!), and the mahi mahi ceviche (again, another dish with their own twist that was amazing! - loved the ginger beer!). We wanted to try everything else on the menu, too. We have to dock one star because we ordered a glass of wine that we never got. Other than that, the service was friendly and welcoming and the ambiance was lovely. One of the "fancier" restaurants we went to this week but still comfortable and not at all stuffy. We look forward to coming back next time we are in the area!

Paul K.

Yelp
Had the White Bean cassoulet Saturday night It was one of the best dinners I've ever had Highly recommend

The grass grows greener on the other side of the shopping center? Maybe not. Coolinary's move to bigger digs, next to its Parched Pig, at least as it rolls out, has been less-than-optimal. The mignonette for their oysters went from perfect, to mercilessly salty. The pork chop was perfectly cooked, but tough as nails, and tepid. The cold relish topping was so cold that it was jarring. The pumpkin, under the pork, was the only perfect thing on the plate. The pear salad, too was excessively salty. Maybe it's the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives Triple-D curse: Featured restaurants sometimes never hit the mojo that put them on the map to begin with. We've gone from food so good that it makes you emotional, to going through the motions. I was at the old place, just before it shut down, and it was far better. The new menu is both visually and culinarily less impressive. I'll come back, after they've settled in. If it stays this way, then Coolinary may have lost its cool. Reservations are a must here. Even though

Yelp
Great spot and new location (they moved right next to Parched Pig). We went on their opening night and they did have a few kinks to work out, like the strand of lighting on the patio that was not properly attached falling and causing a light bulb to break. Food and service was excellent though...very attentive staff and great manager Kevin.

Yelp
We came to parched pig for happy hour around 4 and got a hightop without waiting. We decided we wanted to eat at coolinary but there was a wait until 8:00 ( it was a friday ). The hostess informed us we could stay at our hightop and order from coolinary ( it is the same menu). Every single item we ordered was absolutely amazing! The meatballs had great flavor - I highly recommend them for your app. I got the spring casarecce without the spinach or cherry tomatoes (love that you can take stuff out) and it was out of this world! The only thing I would say is I wish it had a few more shrimp in the dish. We also had the duck noodle bowl (no picture we forgot) and he ate every single sip/bite so YUMMY! We did not have any craft cocktails( just wine) but they have a LOT of signature cocktails that we will try next time because we are definitely coming back!! Our server was also amazing 5/5 stars highly recommend coolinary!
