Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant

We were quite happy with the service, ambience, food, and drinks here. They were quite busy, and we still got our food and drinks quickly. Claire gave excellent service, and I loved my spritz cocktail, it was so refreshing. The wedge salad I ordered to start was surprisingly large, and I also loved the filet medallions. What a great experience! I loved the vibe.

We have been going to this location for a while since we are wine club members. It’s usually too busy to snag a table on a whim so this time we decided to make a reservation after our tasting. Everything was absolutely perfect -The food, wine, presentation, and atmosphere! Our server Meloney was A++++++ she is a reminder that great customer service is still alive! She made our experience so fun! Her recommendations were spot on! We had the short rib risotto and gnocchi vodka something! Can’t remember the complete title, but she rocked it! We will be getting dinner again after our next tasting! Thank you a fabulous night out!!!

The atmosphere is like classy rustic, the front room has a broad selection of wines and fun party favors. The food was actually so good, a little expensive but what you would expect for a high end meal. The quality and taste did not disappoint - it was worth what we spent! Gluten free options too!! Server was nice and so helpful! Great night out! The espresso classico was amazing 😍

Awesome experience! We were there apparently during g change over. We started withstand and ended with Pam, which is very good service overall! We missed bruch, which is what we thought we were gettin, but lunch was good as well! I would defenetly return to experience multiple experiences. The food i had was absolutely delicious 😋

Never been, went with my husband for our 11 year anniversary. We got the chef recommended appetizer, a sausage cheese ball (picture provided). Delicious. My husband ordered the pork chops and I order the chicken gnocchi. Both dishes were amazingly delicious. I enjoy all wines, dry, sweet, sparkling, red, white. Our waitress gave me a her recommendation of top sellers in the flight, (picture provided). All so amazing. Dessert the creme Brulee. Yummmm. While eating the dessert I did have an amazing expresso martini. Highly recommended establishment. The waitress also helped up join the wine of the month club. Super excited about.

Our family came here to celebrate Mother’s Day. The ambience was wonderful service was good however the food was ok. Brussel sprouts appetizer was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend trying those. The calamari was also really great! The main dishes however one in particular sort was f tasted like a pot roast from a box meal. It was disappointing to say the least. Overall it was a good experience just was not overly impressed with the main meals.

Real nice steakhouse! Great martini, wedge salad was good, I prefer a little sweetness in the salad but it was good, the steak was excellent, perfectly cooked! Very nice wines also

Ok, I normally don't do reviews but this server deserves the praise! Me and my two best girlfriends came to Coopers Hawk (for the millionth time) to catch up. We were so fortunate to have Melissa L. as our server. First off, she's so cute and so personable. Me and my friends haven't seen each other in awhile so we were a servers worst nightmare (we stayed until close talking). Melissa didn't push us out or make us feel rushed whatsoever. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very patient! If you're going to Coopers Hawk, honestly most of the servers are great but Melissa is FANTASTIC, you're in for a great experience !! She made our day! Oh- the food was good too lol

My wife and I went to Cooper's Hawk for the first time last night for dinner. We both had the shrimp, lobster, and crab bisque, it was delisious. I had the soy ginger salmon and my wife had a bleu cheese burger. The food was very good. The absolute best thing about dinner was our server Melanie R. She is a star. She is super knowledgeable about the wine offerings and the menu. She took time with us with wine selection as well as the menu offerings. She was very personable and engaging. She really made our dining experience an excellent one.

The Leonard Burger was over cooked and dry without hardly any sauce see image. I asked to have my burger medium the waitress told me they only do well done which i find ridiculous. I'm not sure if it's true they only cook burgers well done or if maybe she was new. The mashed potatoes were bland to my taste and to be honest i think boxed instant mash potatoes are better in my personal opinion The Cooper's Hawk Chicken Giardiniera was a soggy. Imagine crusted chicken sitting in a pool of pickle brine flavored water see the picture i posted. I'm not sure if that is the exact flavor profile but that's what it tasted like to me. The chicken i believe is also pounded very thin so it's not very much chicken to begin with. One would think in the description of this dish they would mention that the crusted chicken is sitting in flavored water/broth. I posted images of the dish and the description on their menu. Could you deduce the dish would look like this from the description? Overall i think the food was bland, odd, unimaginative, with small portion size for the price. I will say i did like the pretzel bread they bring to the table. Probably the only thing that was enjoyable for me. I give the restaurant 2 stars instead of one only because it seemed clean and it had a good ambiance. I personally would not eat here again. It's totally possible they do have good food on the menu but i won't come back to find out.

Went out with couples for some wine and food. Let's talk about location first. It is a great location, right at Partridge Creek mall. Now, we had some wine, I did the flight of wines. Four wines, any choice. It was fun. I had a flatbread. Roasted veggies, goat cheese, forgot the full name of this side. It was good. There is a wine tasting section which was filled completely on a Thursday night. Wait staff great.

I've got to update this. They contacted us after my issue and sent us two free meals for the issue. It wasn't worth it. The food was really good at Christmas time. After that? The food was just average. I tried to give it another shot, but it's just not worth it for the price. And they were taking the menu items I actually liked off. So that sucked.

We came here for my son's birthday and it was a Thursday afternoon so we got seated immediately and he ordered a flight of wine which he really enjoyed. I got the soup and salad combo and I chose the lobster and shrimp and crab bisque, and the Caesar salad and they were both very tasty. My son ordered the country rigatoni and he said it was absolutely delicious and he was dipping it in his bisque soup also It's a little bit pricey, but the quality is always right on

The food and wine never disappoint here! I love getting a wine sampler. Great way to try a few things and maybe discover a new style you might like. I liked all of the wines we have tried! The moscato is my go-to. We both try and get something new every time we come! I like the surf and turf combo! It is a great way to try two things on the menu. Servings have always been hearty. A few of my favs are the pretzel crusted pork chop, soy ginger salmon, gnocchi carbonara, and Dana's parmesan chicken! Betty's potatoes (cheese potatoes) are soo good. I also love that the roasted vegetables are always seasonal veggies and not some frozen mixed veg. Hubs really likes the Churrasco grilled steak! Service is AMAZING!! Top notch. We have had outstanding service here. Servers always give great recommendations based on your likes/dislikes. They will carefully explain everything and go over the menus in detail Plates get cleared quickly and refills are just as fast. We recently went for Easter lunch, and the service was not Cooper's Hawk standards. She was nice, but very slow (it wasn't really that busy) and didn't explain anything. It was sort of jarring since everyone there is usually the best of the best. We won't let it stop us from visiting again, we enjoy this place too much.

Been going to the Clinton location since it opened. Always liked it here. The waitstaff don't rush you ! One of the best thing. Food is ok , not the greatest but they compensate on service. Last night was usual good service. All of our entree was salty though. Really salty. Especially these two that I have a picture on. Even the gnocchi pasta was salty :( Appetizers were ok. They were serving arancini balls... they could've made it real Italian and just served it with marina sauce instead of the orange thick sauce that was also super salty. This is not the first I heard of it , but Cooper's Hawk Clinton twp , listen up . The food is salty ! Ease up on the salt !

Tonight I came to Cooper's Hawk for Galentines day with a bunch of friends and we met Pam C. She was amazing so kind, so friendly, so helpful and so knowledgeable of the menu. She recommended so many great things and everything we ordered we loved. Thank you so much Pam C I can't wait to bring my mom back.

Tried something different and that it was! Wasn't too bad just not my cup of tea. Decent amount of crab the taste was just off to me. The sweet corn relish was pretty good and refreshing.

Always have had a great experience here. Tonight the service was horrible, food was poor, purchased wine and told you are unable to take it home corked. The manager mentioned a training tip I suggested was a good idea. Over all, deciding on dinner, Cooper's hawk will not be my first thought

Great upscale casual place. Good wines. Excellent old fashion. Good food. Brussel sprouts are great. Good flat bread and awesome meatballs. Friendly staff. A bit pricy but not crazy. Very nice atmosphere for business or casual.

The food was SOO tasty per usual! Every time I come here the service is SPEEDY quick! The salads are huge and filling, so if you want to enjoy a glass of wine and a yummy salad and apps this is a nice place to do so! Sitting outside on the patio on a nice day also adds the beautiful ambience!

Let's start off by saying, the customer service was good. Expected for what you should be getting for dining in at a "fancy" restaurant & winery. This place is not an everyday restaurant like most. It's on the higher end, more specifically for special events, such as birthdays, dates/anniversaries, holidays, etc. Take your spouse or S/O here when you want to make up with them. This will surely make them happy! I know if my S/O took me here for some romantic time, I know I would enjoy every second of it. This is the place! A good drink with a good dish, with good service, you're sure to come back. Food was delicious and I enjoyed it all. Wine is strong for any Cooper Hawk's Lux options. Good thing they have options for different types of wine. From red, white, sparkling to champagne. The chocolate cake and the end of the meal, was just the cherry on top.

Its a NO for me. The food was way too expensive and the waitress wasnt that great. It just seemed very boujie for no reason and I just wanted to leave. The girls I went with didnt care for the food either. I only liked my soup but the kids mac & cheese is a total ripoff (yes I'm a 30 year old child so I ordered that since nothing else was catching my eye....dont repeat my mistake lol). I swear that tiny bowl had like six penne noodles in it. I sent it back asap and they gave me a bread pudding dessert instead that I also wasnt a fan of. NEXT!

Great professional service all around with Verandit, our server, doing an excellent job. Tom Collins drink was one of the best. Great job, Melody S. I would gladly have traded the Asian Pork Belly for another Tom Collins. The Pretzel Crusted Pork Chop was moist and had good flavor. We are not sure if the pretzel crust was supposed to have a crunch or not. So, heads up, ours was soft. Overall, it was a good plate, especially when my wife said she would order again. Asian Pork Belly, eating with eyes, just feed my mind. On my taste buds, my mind fell asleep. The Pork Belly star just didn't show up. Prime Churrasco Grilled Steak, the Aioli, was the best tasting on the plate. Even the Parmessan Fries were marginal. The steak was for sure smaller than expected for the price, and the flavor didn't make up for it. I grudgingly finished this steak basically due to the cost. I did order a takeout of the Asian Ahi Tuna Sashimi. It tastes pretty good. Mine did not have that pretty color, and it looks like my serving size is half of those compared to a couple other photos. Luckily, I had one piece left to show. Good luck.

Cooper's Hawk is a great place to go for just about any occasion. It's always busy and you will quickly see why! I have taken many colleagues from overseas here as well as it's out go to place for mom's night out! The atmosphere and food is perfect!

Located in Partridge Creek has ample parking. A lot of interior space to accommodate a party of any size. Tried the flight of there red wines with the petite Syrah and Cabernet being decent. For an appetizer had the Brussels sprouts with a sesame aioli was phenomenal. For dinner had the Soy Ginger Atlantic Salmon with a vegetable medley. The salmon was cooked perfectly and had a nice glaze. The vegetables seemed a little undercooked but overall was very good

I really like Coopers Hawk, to me they have great selection of wine, food, drinks, almost everything to impress anybody. It's a great place for a date or friends and family hang out, atmosphere is great, service fast and pleasant

We had a gift card and made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary. While making the reservation we were asked if we were celebrating an occassion and we said yes. The host did verbally wish us a happy anniversary but other restaurants of this caliber will acknowledge by bringing an inexpensive glass of sparkling wine or a small dessert which is a nice touch. The server was pleasant enough but when delivered my martini glass was 3/4 full. My husband's manhattan was good. My lobster bisque was served immediately but my husband's appetizer (pot stickers) was served 10 minutes later. It is customary to serve at the same time so that one is not waiting while the other is eating. Our entrees were fine, but just average. As for the ambiance, we weren't impressed. There are many restaurants with the same price point that are far better. Examples: Eddie V and Seasons 52.

a good place to dine in with family and friends. They have a a lot of selections on the menu! The lunch portions were pretty big! Enough to take home like half of it and eat again for dinner. I'm definitely coming back

Hard to believe it because I am at Partridge Creek so often, but this was my first time to Cooper's Hawk! My niece is home from College, so I suggested we go see a musical. My sister unfortunately had to work until 5:30 so dinner in Detroit as planned wasn't going to happen. I still wanted to have my niece experience a nice dinner though. So I suggested meeting at Partridge Creek at this location for dinner. In the past I haven't been able to get in without reservations, so I was sure to make some. We didn't need them though. It was not very busy. We would have been fine without. Maybe not on a weekend though. This place has a great ambiance. When you walk in there is a shop where you can buy a variety of their wines. We were quickly seated by a charming young man. Our servers immediately came to us with water and to help us choose our drinks. I chose a peach Sangria and my aunt chose a German wine that I can't even begin to pretend to spell haha. For dinner my niece and her best got spaghetti and meatballs. My niece ordered the meatballs on the side to give to her friend as she is a vegetarian. Unfortunately the spaghetti came with meat sauce which wasn't specified in the menu. She has to send it back but they did correct it and prepare a new dish very quickly. My aunt got the chicken sandwich with sauce on the side. She explained she was just diagnosed with an illness and can't have the spicy sauce. Unfortunately the sauce came in the sandwich so she also had to send hers back. They were quick to return with a fresh order. I got shrimp and scallop risotto. Heaven!! Made me so happy :). I ordered another sangria which they forgot to put in. It was fine though. I didn't really need another drink. So it was better they did forget. Lol. A couple of hiccups with the orders, but our waitresses were wonderful and attentive. One was training the other but both were great! I loved the atmosphere and can see myself coming and sitting at the bar and having a refreshing drink this summer. Definitely recommend Cooper's Hawk!

Cooper's Hawk is certainly not the type of place that I usually go to for dinner, but I've really enjoyed both of my meals here! The short rib risotto was phenomenal as was the surf and turf, but I think the surf and turf wins as it's a really great value and I'll probably get a single order of the Churrasco steak next time. It was cooked perfectly and had a great char on it! All of the wines that I've had were quite good as well and the service is next level. Very professional staff. Certainly not an every day place for me, and it is a bit pricey, but well worth it!

Food and service were excellent. We made a reservation via OpenTable to celebrate a birthday. When we were being seated I discretely mentioned the birthday to our waitress and they mentioned they will do a small birthday dessert. At any other restaurant, this is usually free so since the waitress did not mention a cost I thought it was free. They brought out two truffles with a candle so we could sing happy birthday. Then when I got the bill, they charged me for the 2 truffles which surprised me since they never mentioned a cost. I just wish they would have told me this, we could have ordered something else off the dessert menu he would have actually wanted instead of the truffles.

We love Cooper's hawk for our fancy dinner dates. Excellent food, service, and wine. I recommend making a reservation before you go if you can so you don't have to wait because they always seem busy.

My family and I went to Cooper's Hawk before we travelled back to Omaha and we had the most amazing meal and service! Our server was AMAZING. he was so attentive and helped us navigate the menu for food and beverages! Everything we had was divine! I had the gnocchi carbonara--two of my favorite dishes in one! You can dress up or be pretty casual as well which is nice

Cooper's Hawk never disappoints. Usually we dine in because I like to get a flight of wine... however, my mom wanted carryout for Mother's Day so that's what we did. Everything was cooked to perfection! We ordered short ribs, filet medallions and a filet. She and I both liked the roasted veggies and ate them before we dug into our actual entree. No worries- The parm crusted medallions were sooo good! So was the short rib. She couldn't decide which she liked better! It was her first time eating Cooper's Hawk and she needless to say, her tummy was full & we had leftovers for tomorrow's lunch!

My date and I visited the Clinton Township location on 4/19/24. When I checked in for our reservation the host was a little rude. She said to me with a rude irritated tone you're checked in we will seat you when we can. When we finally were seated I almost slipped and fell because the floor had some type of film or oil on it. Our waitress started out nice and all of a sudden her mood and attitude changed. She all of a sudden became forgetful and less attentive. Leading us to have to constantly have to remind her when we did manage to get her attention about missing items. Next thing is our orders was incorrect. Two prime churrasoco steaks were ordered instead we received 1 churrasoco steak and a fillet mignon. The problem is we were charged for two fillet mignons. I don't like to send food back. I don't like confrontation. So we managed with what was served to us. The table behind us was celebrating a birthday as were we. She automatically offered and brought the guest that was sitting behind us the birthday desert but We were offered a dessert menu and she tried to convince us to purchase the cake. I reminded her that we were celebrating a birthday as well and it was written on our reservation card. She said oh.. and I asked her for the dessert. She went and got it. Over all the Ambiance is great! The wine is great! The service was poor. The ambiance is so nice that I'm willing to try the other Michigan Location to experience the full reputation of the restaurant.

Good food but TOO NOISY!!! That's the reason I rarely go there. I'm not going to pay $50 for a meal and not be able to converse across the table.

Ehhh not that great. Like a fancy Applebees with similar quality food. Not a huge fan but not terrible.

Outstanding management runs CooperyHawk. Blair found out about my knee surgery and delivered a dinner to my house on her day off.

What an amazing establishment. A beautiful selection of items to purchase and wine to choose from. Delicious food. Beautiful and clean, enjoyable atmosphere. I would certainly recommend that you dine here. The steaks are amazing as are the sides! I don't know what it is about the decor of this establishment but as soon as I walk in I feel this overwhelming feeling of calm.I just want to sit down and leisurely enjoy my dining experience.

5-5-23 Nice atmosphere. Family enjoyed the food. Service was good. They offer wine tasting as soon as you sit down. I ordered parm crusted chicken. They ran out of the cheese potatoes and green beans this is served with .I wouldn't recommend but I do plan on coming back soon. Also a good place for kids too!

Great feel... you walk into the wine tasting area, to get the juices flowing. Then you step up to the hostess desk before the walk into the bar area or dining room. The elegant lighting and decor set the mood. We were there for happy house and enjoyed all of the selections. Will be back for a full meal soon! **great iced tea!

Kinga in the tasting room provides great service. She is kind and efficient at her job. I appreciate her care to offer wines when I am unsure of a specific taste I am wanting. She is very familiar with all of the wines I inquired of and I really like her service. Thank you.

Excellent food and service. Very family friendly and not expensive either. Parking lot is always full and there is always a line when you get there.

The service and food are consistently good. Definitely try some wine tasting before your dinner, it's affordable and offers a great variety. The ambiance is slightly more upscale.

Mariah did an excellent job tonight. She consistently checked on us and was very attentive to our needs Food was great and thr Calamari was Top notch.

The food here is tasty, however the service and attention to detail was impeccable. I had dinner with family (including a picky and at times temperamental three year old), and all special requests were executed flawlessly. Cheese plate, Parmesan crusted chicken, filet and short ribs were all group favorites!

Me and my husband went to Cooper's Hawk for our 38th wedding anniversary and had such a wonderful time! Trish was our waitress and she put the Fab in Fabulous!! I'm telling you we had a great time with her and our service we received was top notch! We enjoyed our time so much that we have decided to come back and frequent this restaurant whenever we can because she was extremely outstanding!!!! Not part of the wine club here. Figured they might be more accommodating with our dietary restrictions. It's before 5pm and they are fully booked already for the entire night, that's madness.

The staff was great. They went above and beyond. The wait was long because we forgot to make a reservation. The tasting room manager was on it. She put us on the wait list and then checked the bar area for us to see if we could avoid waiting. There was a table in the bar area and we no longer had to wait. We then had the best and sweetest waitress. She recommended wine to us and even remembered exactly what wine each person ordered. So when we wanted a refill she knew exactly what to bring out. Our food came out quick and was also great. Definitely get the flat bread and eggrolls. We were worried it would be a long time waiting for a table and food, but the staff was on it!!

The food was really good! We had the shrimp appetizer and I had the shrimp scampi which was absolutely delish! The dessert was peanut butter cookie in a pan with ice cream which was out of this world! Sooo yummy! But the wine was not amazing for a winery! Food was 10/10 but the wine was like 5/10
