Winery Restaurant Chain Cooper’s Hawk Flies Into Partridge Creek in June | Eater Detroit

"I’m excited that Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant is opening a 10,500-square-foot location at the Mall at Partridge Creek on June 25; the first Michigan spot at 17440 Hall Rd. will seat around 270 patrons and includes a wine tasting room, restaurant, and retail market with an atmosphere inspired by California’s Napa region. The menu features dishes such as short rib risotto, gnocchi bolognese, prime rib, and soy ginger salmon, alongside plenty of wine from Cooper’s Hawk’s own label. The Midwest “lifestyle brand,” which operates 31 locations across eight states, is currently hiring to fill about 160 positions and is looking to expand further in Michigan with as many as three more metro Detroit locations, possibly including Troy." - Brenna Houck
