Winery Restaurant Chain Cooper’s Hawk Flies Into Partridge Creek in June - Eater Detroit
"Oenophiles in Clinton Township are about to receive a new spot to swirl and sip wine when Midwest chain Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant invades Michigan this summer. The 10,500-square-foot restaurant debuts on June 25 at the Mall at Partridge Creek, according to a release. Cooper’s Hawk touts itself as offering an atmosphere inspired by California’s well-known Napa wine region complete with a wine tasting room, restaurant, and retail market. The first Michigan location at 17440 Hall Rd. will seat around 270 patrons. The restaurant’s menu features items like short rib risotto, gnocchi bolognese, prime rib, and soy ginger salmon as well as plenty of wine from Cooper’s Hawk’s own label." - Brenna Houck
