"One of the more iconic Scranton locations from “The Office,” this seafood joint (which plays up its connection in its marketing) is known for crab cakes and gets about half a dozen mentions on various episodes, and was memorably the site of a Michael/Holly lunch date. The restaurant itself also has a huge “Office”-themed gift shop and also sells memorabilia online." - Missy Frederick

I found Cooper's Seafood House in Scranton! I just got an appetizer, but it was such a bright spot in the middle of dark times! It was a museum, a restaurant, and a roadside attraction all in one! I took so many pix and enjoyed exploring the whole place! It was such a fun place that I am so happy I found! They even had a The Office themed gift shop! And I love everything nautical! Crystal, my server, was awesome. The appetizer was huge and I gave half of it to my son when I got home. The service was great, I absolutely appreciated this very bright spot it a month full of stress. I am so happy I found you!

Great local seafood joint. The best interior design and decor with attention to detail. The ambiance, theme, and atmosphere are amazing. We liked the food items on the menu, and the staff was kind enough to substitute a few things based on our request. The chessy dill haddock was just okay. We found it to be a bit out of flavor. The classic shrimp basket was good, and the fries accompanying it were great as well. The chocolate mousse was just phenomenal. My son liked the giant pretzel as well.

The way a restaurant should be! Awesome spot! The Office gift shop! Tons of great memorabilia on the walls. Waitress was great, all the employees seemed super happy to work there. Food was homemade and tasted great. Love the big cups of coffee too!

We went there because of the Office fame! However it turned out that we ate so many local and American dishes that changed my opinion of quality of American restaurants! Thank you all for keeping the tradition alive and letting new generations try and enjoy the homemade quality dishes! Highly recommend with “must go at least once in a lifetime “ we will be back for sure ! Owen was helpful and knowledgeable about the food !

2 POUND LOBSTER TAIL!! What more needs to be said. We visited this place towards the end of summer and wish we hadn’t waited so long to visit. This place has an excellent deck for outdoor dining and the food was just amazing. If you are a lobster lover 🦞 this is the place for you.

Anytime I go to Scranton, I always go to Cooper’s. Their food is so fresh and delicious. The service is absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere… where do I even begin? Cooper’s is a collector’s dream- filled with unique artifacts and quirky items. If you stop by, make sure to take a look around as there is something for everyone. I also love stopping by The Office gift shop… they have a bunch of cool stuff if you are a fan. Can’t wait to come back again!

The reviews all look great so maybe I had the odd ball experience. I thought the food was boring and tasteless. I must have ordered the wrong thing. I also sat in my booth for quite awhile before being waited on. Atmosphere was strange. Is this place a garage sale museum? Random transformers and Beetles collections? They had a really big The Office gift shop, but the shirts were all on really ugly colors. Most of the memorabilia felt like it was just mass ordered off of Amazon.

Go there for the vibe! Luv all well curated photos, collectibles since 1950s or earlier. People spend time trying to find themselves in those history photographed. My favorite spot is lady's room with super handsome photos of Elvis. The food is so so.
