Yelp
I ordered the Phoenix Smoothie and it was fantastic! The staff here was very friendly and polite. This location also had live music, which was very entertaining as well. They have an outdoor patio you can sit on that is across the street from a small park. While I visited this location, the park also had live music! I would definitely visit here again for another smoothie.

Yelp
my husband and I were just driving through, headed to Louisiana. we googled vegan restaurants and seen this menu and wanted to try it out. the restaurant is lovely inside and we were excited about the menu items. the African American girl in the front was very rude. she's the one with very short hair. she wasn't helpful at all and had a hat on that said "I don't care"...we should have left based on that because she really didn't care the customers. her shirt had dandruff flakes on it too. i ordered food anyway because we were so hungry and there's no closer vegan spots around and we got the Nashville vegan chicken sandwich and the smoked tempeh sandwich. when we received our food, I asked if I could get a little extra bbq sauce for my sandwich and she said that it will cost $2. even after leaving her a generous tip. after placing the order, i seen her go back to make the food and she was touching the food, for the customers before us, with her bare hands with no gloves. when we opened our food, the food looked terrible. the tempe sandwich had such a small amount of temphe on it and was replaced mainly with fillers such as sweet potatoes. it was basically a sweet potato sandwich with no bbq or smoked flavor and was topped with cucumbers. it was disgusting and flat and tasteless. and the vegan chicken sandwich was awful too. it had zero hot sauce on it and we kept getting a weird unpleasant rancid cinnamon/cloves taste when we ate it. we were so confused and dissatisfied. the fries were limp and undone. the food looked absolutely nothing like the pictures and the flavors were disgusting. this experience was terrible and I'm surprised they're in business. foodies, beware.

Yelp
A quick service vegan restaurant with healthy bowls and smoothies as well as heartier fare. When I walked in a little before noon on a weekday, a solo performer was plugged into the PA. It was a bit loud for 11 am, but I can see that this might be nice for those on vacation. I had to sit outside (which I wish was better shaded) because I had a video meeting. While the lady taking orders was nice, the set up was a bit off-putting and I didn't know where to stand while I waited. Quick service places like this need to hand you a number so that you can find a table and not loom around the ordering area. It understandably takes the staff a while to put together orders, longer than you may be used to in places that are similar to this one, so be prepared to wait. Also I had paid for a bottle of water which I was supposed to take myself from the fridge but I didn't know that until I asked after getting my food. Management needs to come up with a more efficient system, please! I was pretty disappointed in my food. I ordered the General Copper bowl that came with an overly sweet but flavorless General Tao sauce, over lettuce which didn't go well with the sauce so that was a wrong sub for brown rice on my part. The tofu was OK but I was expecting more than simple marinated tofu. The wings have good flavor but an unpleasant texture, like overly chewy/stringy chicken. I might have ordered the wrong things but the price point is pretty high for quick service so my expectations were accordingly high. I later went back in for a smoothie because honestly, the bowl was not that filling. It was after the lunch rush and there was one employee on her phone and she ignored me for a few minutes before serving me. I appreciate their intentions as a vegan "quick service" (but don't expect it to be so quick). I just didn't have the best experience here. I will always support vegan restaurants so who knows, it could have been an off day and I could have just ordered the wrong things?

Yelp
Just around the block from The Holston House is an adorable vegan spot. I had The Trippy Truffle pizza which was absolutely delicious despite being slightly overdone. The menu has so many options for vegans. Thank you! It's super cute inside. You order at the counter. You can fill a water cup or they have a drink cooler with a lot of options, even kombucha. There's a small outdoor seating area too.

Yelp
I ordered for delivery ,twice in one week, while in town. I frequent Nashville and alternate between my favorite restaurants on each visit. The first order was for 3 piece Wings and the Oven-Baked Nachos with added shiitake. The second was for 6 piece Wings and the Shiitake Burger. All of my food was absolutely delicious; so flavorful! The way they process/make their shiitake is reminiscent of a chicken texture; I'd add it as a topping on just about anything! I do wish the buffalo wings were a bit more saucy. My only real issue I had was that they did not provide 2 ranch sauces with my second order. I left a note in the item's note box asking them to be sure there was a second ranch. The order of 3 wings comes with 1 ranch, so I'd imagine an order of 6 would come with 2. 1 ranch was just enough for 3 wings, so I was disappointed that there wasn't enough for my 6 count.

Yelp
I always try to try at least one local vegan spot when I travel and was so glad I found Copper Branch! The food was delicious, particularly the General Tso's Bao Buns, and everyone there was very sweet and helpful when I had questions. I sat outside on their patio, which was very clean and cosy, overlooking the park with plenty of shade on this hot day. Wish we had one of these back home!

Yelp
I was excited to check this place out because the menu sounded delicious....unfortunately was disappointed. It's nicely decorated with ample seating. The service was good, although I said I wanted water and the girl charged me for a bottle of water, instead of asking me if I wanted a free cup of water which is settled on top of the cutlery/napkin station. I ordered the falafel wrap with fries. My friends each ordered the bao buns and deluxe burger, with sides of fries, sweet potatoes and chili fries. Overall it was okay but largely disappointing- especially for the price point. My one friend said the bao buns were delicious. My falafel was okay, but the fries were soggy and cold. My other friend said her burger was satisfactory. All in all, I could whip up something at home that's hot, savory and delicious for a quarter of the price. I'd your hungry and in a pinch for vegan/vegetarian food? Sure. If not, save your money and find somewhere else.

Yelp
It was OK. Not sure if I would go back. The girls working the front were very nice. Although they seem to have been kind of new. I asked for a particular pizza and was told they don't have that one right now. But when I was about done ordering, then one of them said they actually do have it. I decided against it bc the uncertainty made me think it might not get made correctly. I ate my salad at the restaurant and took the rest to go. I'd like to have sat inside bc it was a bit windy out, but it was way too hot inside. Superfood salad: $14.95 Quite disappointing. I expect vegan restaurants to excel in salads. This one did not. The salad itself was reminiscent of a basic bagged spring mix from the market that's close to expiry. Not very fresh. And the pieces were huge making it somewhat messy to eat. Blueberries and strawberries were not fresh. The blueberries also lacked any flavor. Personal opinion but the onions didn't seem like they belonged. Was given a chincy amount of dressing. The little container was only half full. Did not feel full or satisfied after eating. Nashville hot chikin sandwich w fries: $17.49 It wasn't terrible. I don't recall any pickles like the advertised photo but maybe there were a couple small ones. The photo also leads you to believe the chikin will be pretty saucy, mine was dry. The overall flavor was good but the sandwich itself was dry and could have been more as advertised. Also wasn't too spicy. The fries were soggy. Sandwich should be available w out the fries. Cinnamon roll: $5.50 Utterly disappointed. Not fresh at all. It was very dry, except where it was mushy on the bottom, and hard to tear a piece off to eat. Other than the frosting, it was barely sweet at all and had little to no cinnamon taste. Maybe I just ordered all the wrong things but from my experience I probably won't be back.

Yelp
I was super excited about this place because 1) a coworker highly recommended it and 2) the menu looks great. Overall, I'd give it an 7 out of 10. Let's start with my complaints. I walked here so this didn't affect me, but parking sucks so don't even try it lol or plan to walk a bit. I ordered the Cobb salad, and as a self proclaimed salad snob, I expected better. The portion size was fine but the level of freshness and quality were not great. A few pieces of the lettuce were wilted. The just egg doesn't belong. I get the concept but no. Cold just egg is not good. Other than that, the flavor was good. Would I get it again? No. Only if I had no other option. Plant-based restaurants need to come through and the salad needs to be exquisite because...ummm...salads are like plant based 101 The garlic bread was quite delish, as was the coffee cake muffin. I also got a Recess drink and two waters. The service was fine--young folks just working to get money. The ambiance is okay. It's clean and casual. There's a breakfast sandwich and smoothie I want to try, so I'll give it one more chance tomorrow. But as of now, I'm unimpressed and hesitant about my co worker's other recommendations :-(

Yelp
Great food--not great service/staff.... Was in around 1400h on Memorial Day and was thrilled with the breadth of the their menu, and the visuals on their menu boards. It was hard to decide from so many great options! Then. Noticed that their self-serve water pitcher was empty, as was their single napkin dispenser. Bathroom revealed same for the paper towel dispenser... and they weren't all that busy so there wasn't much of an excuse... The great pizza made up for a lot of their service "misses" but it looks like they're not hiring well.

Yelp
We had a 5 hour layover in Nashville so why sit in the airport. We took a Lyft to see a bit of the downtown and get some excellent Vegan food Cooper Branch is a very industrial look with tables both in and outside. Although they ask for tip in advance I was happy to pay it. Good Vegan food is worth every cent. The portions where generous however I had to admit that I forgot to take a photo when my food arrived with garlic toast on the side. This is something I don't have often and I was really excited about my meal so empty bowl is all you get The cinnamon roll was also on point! Not overly sweet Which is important to me My husband ordered a very large burger with sweet potatoes bites. Quite good Thanks for great service and really good food

Yelp
Parking: They are located in a semi busy street, definitely recommend walking or taking a Lyft to get here. Food: THEY HAVE THE BEST FRIES. Yes their food is vegan but the flavor and menu options were amazing. Service: You order at the register and then they reliever the food to your table. The owner was so kind and welcoming, he ensured we have the best experience. Highly recommend if you want to try a vegan restaurant in the city.

Yelp
What a delightful find in Music City. The bao buns were incredible. Ask for Miss Kelly, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Extremely personable and smiled all the time. Gracious. Loved the food and the whole experience.

Yelp
I started a little wary, not expecting much since it's mostly prepared foods (Just egg, etc), but the combined flavors REALLY hit the spot to start our Nash trip! Hubby got the Ultimate, and I had the Just egg Wrap (minus the cheese since I'm watching my oils, and they were great enough to put the South West sauce on the side). Both were super filling, good sized portions, served hot, and very tasty. We'll be back for sure!

Yelp
This place has incredible food but unfortunately, the service leaves too much to be desired. It's a beautiful building on a busy Nashville street right off the main drag, so it's strange to walk in well before the restaurant closes and be greeted with eye rolls from the staff. The unfriendliness was so palpable the two times we visited that it made ordering awkward and put a damper on the whole experience. Bad service is puzzling in a bustling tourist town, and it's especially disappointing when the food is so tasty.

Yelp
The copper branch in Nashville, Tennessee is the only one of its kind in the United States. Stemming from Canada we get this delight in Nashville Tennessee. Of course I have to represent because the owner of this wonderful restaurant is from Massachusetts . I got the Bao Buns light refreshing chewy protein three just enough. And a nice cup of mud with oat milk sealed the deal I was not overly fall. I was just right when I left. The best part about that coffee is normally I don't drink coffee because it gives me the shakes, but this didn't it just did its job originally looking at this restaurants menu I wanted to try the poutine because I've never had that before, I may have to come back. . My friend got the chili that she liked but Save the day was the french fries. Incredibly flavorful, awesome spices had a little bit of grease. Not sure if they bake them or fried them but they were yummy. Nice size because my friend couldn't finish them and somebody went up to her and asked if they could finish her leftovers. Of course, my friend offered to buy this person a meal And waited in line with this person so he could eat in dignity. . What I really loved is that the owner said she's going to make his meal extra special. I wasn't there, so I don't know what that actually meant, but I'm hoping it was bigger than usual. I really enjoy when people take the highroad and take care of their community. She has a lot of things on the menu that are fusion between Mexican and Asian. Lots of bowls, pizza just an overall nice variety of food. The establishment is really nice and clean and also live music which is a nice treat. I hope you enjoy this restaurant as much as I did!

Yelp
THIS IS MY FAVORITE AVOCADO TOAST IN NASHVILLE!!! If you are scrolling Yelp looking for somewhere to get some healthy fresh food downtown look no further. This toast is next level. All the good stuff on top while maintaining the integrity of the two main ingredients. Lots of incredible vegan options too, including a grab and go section.

Yelp
I'm so glad we decided to stop by Copper Branch during our visit to Nashville. It's located spank in the middle of Downtown Nashville and very close to broadway for my other tourist bitches. I think restaurant may be a little bit misleading because you order at the counter and then they kindly bring your stuff to you. Staring at the menu while the staff stares at you always provokes anxiety so I rushed my order a bit. I quickly settled on the tempeh bacon and just egg sandwich. GF ordered the ultimate bagel sandwich. At the last second I added an order of their chili cheez fries to share. For beverages, I ordered an iced, salted caramel cappuccino and GF the iced chai latte. Everything came out quickly. Both beverages were on the sweeter side which is the way I like it and therefore were DELICIOUS. Speaking of delicious, both of the sandwiches were incredible. They were served on the smallest and cutest little mini bagel thing I've ever seen. They were small but mighty. The ultimate bagel sandwich was literally taller than it was wider and filled with delicious shit like hash brown, vegan sausage, tempeh, and veggies. There was also some creatively named sauce and who doesn't like a good creatively named sauce? The chili cheez fries were heaven. The fries were on the soggy side but they were almost better that way. The chili and whatever the white creamy shit was were so flavorful and the combo of textures was very enjoyable. While I was sitting and waiting for the food, I was looking closer at the menu and noticed my eyes just happened to stop reading before getting to the "Nashville hot chikn sandwich" and I was DEVASTATED that I did not see that because I would have loved to have tried theirs, I'm sure it's delicious. This place is awesome and serving up delicious food.

Yelp
Expectation vs reality. The Galaxy burger was so disappointing. A tiny portobello mushroom, if the zucchini was there I didn't see it, and sad lettuce that looked exactly like McDonald's burger. Huge piece of bread though, but that's not what I wanted out of this burger. Supposedly this is plant-based "power food" but this burger was not that. The menu photo by comparison looks loaded and stacked. I feel cheated. People working here are super kind and nice, it's not their fault. The salad I ordered was better but not fantastic - the broccoli was yellowed. So much promise but didn't come through. I wouldn't come back here for any reason!

Tim G.

Yelp
Great food, great staff, and able to accommodate just about any dietary restriction. I stopped in for dinner and breakfast during the same week. I was surprised at how good the food was. The Shiitake Teriyaki Burger was tasty with a nice combination of textures. The Field Roast and Just Egg Sandwich made for a great breakfast. My wife go the Avocado Toast, substituting a gluten-free Pumpernickel Bagel in place of the usual bread. It was delicious. The cinnamon roll was good but not great, but I would have never guessed it was vegan. When we stopped in for breakfast a few days after having dinner here, the woman behind the counter (who provided fantastic customer service in general) remembered our order from a few nights prior including my wife's substitutions for gluten-free requirements. Impressive! They are very flexible with modifications, so you can customize your order based on your dietary requirements. I think it is worth noting that this restaurant is focused on creating foods that you wouldn't guess were actually vegan. The "JUST Egg" product, for example, is a very convincing egg replacement. However, the ingredient list makes it sound a bit like a chemistry project. So I'm sure Copper Branch doesn't represent the absolute healthiest meal option, but they do create some impressive food that is tasty and that I don't think most would necessarily realize was vegan.

Kurt I.

Yelp
This did exactly what I needed. I came for a Nashville Chicken sandwich, and this was a solid vegan chicken sandwich. The fries were a bit old and recooked, but slather in ketchup and there were tolerable. I'd come here again if I were in town.

Kate M.

Yelp
The taco supreme pizza was amazing! It was packed with so much flavor and a nice subtle heat. I'd order that again in a heartbeat next time I'm in Nashville. Fries were well seasoned, though they had no crisp and had to be eaten with a fork.

Kim W.

Yelp
I am OBSESSED with this place!!!! Ate here every day of my trip to Nashville. I wish we had them in DC!! They have a large menu of super delicious and healthy plant-based dishes. The breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, and general copper bowl were my favorites. Great service, too. Def come here if you're looking for delicious vegan/healthy food!!!

Rebecca B.

Yelp
The lower reviews are valid. Tried this twice, thought the first time was a fluke. Second time, same experience. Took over an hour to get the food 1st time, about 45 mins the second. I had to go check both times and it was just sitting on the counter. First time the employees got pissed that I had the audacity to check, followed me out to the patio with the food tray and slammed it on the table and said nothing. Second time the food was just sitting there. When I asked if it was my order they got mad and slid it across the cashier counter at me. There were no other customers there, so they weren't slammed. I'm vegan, I never rate vegan places low and I don't believe in "service with a smile," but between still cold in the middle food and a staff so hateful toward me both times that I wanted to cry, this place is kinda insane. Go to Wild Cow, Sunflower Cafe, Southern V, or Vegelicious, they'll treat ya with love. Update: I went on google reviews to see what's going on there. Almost every bad review is a result of abhorrent staff behavior, all followed by a vague apology from the manager. Idk what's going on with hiring at this place and it doesn't seem to be resolving sadly.

Corey R.

Yelp
I was back in Nashville so I had to make my way back to Cooper Branch Vegan. The experience was no different. I went with the Portobello Mushroom Galaxy Burger and made it a combo with sweet potatoes fries. This sandwich brings a collage of flavors together; sweet garlicky, and tangy. Even though I forgot to take a photo of the sweat potato fries they were great in combination. Also the service was fantastic . I was unable to find the sandwich on the order menu as I called ahead. The manager on staff made it easy told me to order the Copper Burger Deluxe on the website and put in the notes I want the Galaxy Burger and she would take care of the rest. If you haven't tried this location I definitely recommend giving them a shot.

J K.

Yelp
I'll start by saying I'm not vegan but was looking for something healthy and have had vegan food before. Their bagels are just rough pieces of bread and the "bacon" was just . Bean sausage or whatever was same but not as bad. Suuuuper salty as well. Coffee wasn't great either. So if you are vegan please don't torture your non vegan buds by bringing them here.

Anna A.

Yelp
My friend and I visited Nashville for New Year's and every time we visit a new city/place we always google the best vegan/veggie restaurants in the area because she has so many food allergies and I'm vegetarian. Needless to say, this place was that amazing that we stopped by 4 times during our 5 day visit. The service is decent and the preparers and cashier were all super sweet. In addition, the ambiance was just right, no complaints. We read the reviews and we can't agree with everything, however, we do agree that the food is amazing, if you're vegan/vegetarian you may believe the wait time to be reasonable for the food you will enjoy.

Akash P.

Yelp
I've had the opportunity to visit this place twice, and I must say that my initial experience left much to be desired. It felt rather bland and unremarkable. However, on my second visit, I found myself regretting not giving the food a chance because it turned out to be absolutely amazing. First and foremost, what sets this place apart is the fact that it is entirely vegan. They offer a diverse range of delectable options, including burgers, wraps, pizza, and incredible smoothies. Inside, you'll find plenty of seating available. When it comes to parking, it's worth noting that there isn't an abundance of space. Personally, I parked at the library garage, which conveniently offers parking validation. By visiting the library, you can obtain 1.5 hours of free parking--an excellent option to consider. Don't let my initial impression deter you. Give their exceptional food a chance, and you won't be disappointed. Despite the parking situation, this place is truly worth a visit for its vegan delights.

Yelp
I placed my BREAKFAST order at 8:00am and received message it would be ready to pick up between 11:45-12:00?? How is that possible? I called the restaurant and staff said they would make sure it was ready when I arrived. Ok fair enough. Got there - no one in the restaurant. Why would it take almost 4 hours to prepare my order? Very strange. Food itself - smoothies were great. However, the TBLT was not as advertised. The bagel as advertised was supposed to be a sesame pumpernickel. No sesame seeds and not pumpernickel. Lettuce was McDonald ms quality. Taste was not bad, but unfortunately not what is presented in their menu. I'd go back for a smoothie, but not the food. Service - cashier seemed she could have cared less if we were there. Not a very welcoming experience.

Tara B.

Yelp
So many options, all vegan!! The woman who took our order was awesome! Great customer service and super friendly. At the time we arrived, they were only serving breakfast. Other options available starting at 11 am. ULTIMATE BAGEL SANDWICH - Pumpernickel bagel, tempeh bacon, Field Roast patty, JUST egg, Hash Brown, lettuce, tomato, Copper sauce. It was ok, but fell short of my expectation. It needed something go else to pull it together. Maybe more of the sauce? The patty on it lacked flavor and took away from the sandwich because it was also a little dry. TEMPEH BACON AND JUST EGG - Pumpernickel bagel, tempeh bacon, JUST egg, lettuce, tomato. This ended up being better than the sandwich above. Guess less is better? We came here twice in one day because we were interested in the menu! Lol. This time they had live music. Not the greatest but might be awesome to others. COPPER BURGER DELUXE Patty (beets, organic brown rice, pea protein, sesame seeds, organic hemp and sunflower seeds, lemon juice) with caramelized onions, alfalfa sprouts, lettuce, Cape Cod kettle-cooked chips, guacamole, Copper Sauce. My thought after the first bite was that it tasted "healthy". Not a fan and would not order it again. The patty could use a good bit of seasoning. While it has several toppings, none added to the burger being better. Ordered purple cabbage as the side, wasn't tasty either. NASHVILLE HOT CHICK'N SANDWICH- This wasn't on their normal menu but it's a featured dish and the reason for our se cons visit. Disappointed. That great spiciness that you expect with Nashville hot was not there. Had a slight bit of spice but there was sweet, cinnamon flavor that over powered it. The seitan they used did not have a chicken texture or taste so the whole sandwich was just off. The fries was good but unfortunately they were cold when the sandwich arrived. CARROT KEFTEDES WITH AIOLI SAUCE - These were pretty good. Think falafel style but made with corn. Not sure that I would come back. The food itself is probably a solid 3 stars but the service added a star. Expect the food to come out slow. Both times that we visited, the place only had. A few patrons but food is pretty slow to come out.

Jessica L.

Yelp
We were kinda 50/50 on this spot. We enjoyed the live music, which we didn't think we would get in a small vegan spot! That was cool. The food was good, for the most part, and it was a bit pricey, but that's to be expected in downtown Nashville. I got the General Copper Bowl with tao, as well as the spicy Buffalo wings with aioli. I really liked the copper bowl, but the wings were really weird. They were supposed to be tofu, but they had a film of some sort around them that made them have a weird texture. My girlfriend and I were not fans of them after taking just one bite, so I was glad we only ordered 3 of them. My girlfriend got the Nashville chicken sandwich with fries and really liked the sandwich. The fries were mushy & even the ones that looked crispy were mushy, so we didn't even touch them. We loved the ambiance, and we ended up sitting outside, because it got a little crowded inside the restaurant. We enjoyed ourselves quite a bit, but we probably would try a different vegan restaurant next time we come back to Nashville.

Chris R.

Yelp
Healthy vegan food in downtown Nashville! Food**** The food was superb. We got the Asian-Fusion salad and the Pepperoni Pizza (vegan obvi). Both dishes were so delectable. The pizza was more savory while the salad was a mix of savory and sweet. Atmosphere**** Cute and charming atmosphere with lots of seating and clean bathrooms! Service**** Awesome counter service. They give you a number and bring food to your table. Everything was very convenient and easy! Price $$$ over $15 a dish on average

Roxy A.

Yelp
JESUS FCKING CHRIST this place is GOOOOD!! im a new vegan (less than a month) and in town only for 24hrs. I am SOOO glad I stopped by. I was received by the loveliest gentleman named Daniel. he was so kind and welcoming-- even let me try some of the proteins so i could decide what i wanted. THE PORK BAOS ARE THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD, including real pork baos! i was SHOOK. How delicious. absolutely love this place. gonna try to make it out one more time before flying back to florida tomorrow. absolutely delicious and the best customer service. thanks daniel!

Christine L.

Yelp
If you're looking for a healthy and hearty bowl, Copper Branch is the spot! It's a vegan restaurant, but their protein options are pretty good and tasty. Shoutout to the amazing staff behind the counter! I got the Aztec bowl and the ingredients were fresh and the sauce made the bowl delicious. The teriyaki shiitake was yummy and that teriyaki sauce makes a difference! It tasted like chicken. Parking was a bit tough, you'd have to find street parking nearby.

Logan T.

Yelp
This is a hard review to write because as a vegan I want to celebrate every place that's catering to plant focused eaters, but this place whiffed in a couple big ways. Pros: The pepperoni pizza was solid, the mushroom burger tasty, and the sweet potato side was amazing. Cons: When I ordered the Keto bowl I was given no optionality, and as a first timer didn't know I had any, yet what came was on soba noodles (which were disgusting), rock hard dry tempeh, also disgusting, and a tasteless sauce. Finally the service was terrible. When I was done I asked the worker where best to dispose of the pizza box since it was larger than the garbage hole and he said "I don't know" then looked away. Ok.

Yelp
The service was amazing. They're very warm and greeting in the execution of my Gandhi smoothie and a pumpernickel breakfast sandwich. Feel was light it's a healthier fare. There are hash brown on the sandwich. Yum. The smoothie has perfect balance between sweet-and-sour, making it a delightful morning drink.

Yelp
After having two amazing food experiences, I was ready for a third. Another day of work completed and a whole appetite worked up. The restaurant is what I would call a feel between a deli and a tavern without the alcohol. Breakfast is served all day which made my day. Service was good and the food was good. It wasn't great but it was good. I did NOT like the smoothies. At $7+ I tasted it and threw it in the trash. It was chalky tasting.

Yelp
Very disappointing. Visiting from California and wanted to try the Hot Nashville Chicken. Ordered it and wow... I could actually use the term fraud. See the attached pictures. What I got for $18.00 was thin Gardein chicken patty with lettuce. It was not even spicy. The poutine fries were good although just gravy no cheese, Chicken legs were good. But once again, they didn't even bother to bread the Gardein patty and at least pretend to homemake it. No do over.

Yelp
While I was happy to find a vegan spot during my downtown Nashville stay I was just a slight bit disappointed. When I placed my order I couldn't hear my own thoughts let alone what the staff member was asking me, due to a band playing. When I asked her to repeat herself she acted impatient and bothered. :-/ The vegan bowl I ordered had some tasty elements such as the "chicken" but the broccoli was bland and there was too much brown rice. They can really cut the rice portion in half and no one will notice. The vegan cheesecake was a 7 out of 10. A little sweet but pretty good.

Yelp
One of my favorite meals so far in Nashville! So happy to have bumped into Copper Branch! We got the Aristotle Bowl with Tahini Turmeric vinaigrette, all of the ingredients were in this bowl were so healthy and protein was the Shiitake teriyaki and brown rice. Bowls are huge and filling! We could share between two people. So definitely recommend for those looking for healthy option in Nashville!

Yelp
Serious kitchen staff problems. I'm there at 5 pm on a Wednesday with very few customers. I order and wait. No food is coming out at all and no one else ordered. Again, restaurant is empty and I wait 20 min until cold, oily, limp fries along with a cold beet burger. They were out of the Bennie. When the server delivered it...it looked unappetizing. She came back a minute later with a side sauce and I told her I wasn't eating it. I took a picture and walked up to the counter to tell the manager that it doesn't make sense to wait 20 min for a cold dish when there is no one else in the restaurant and no other dishes being served or packaged to go. I told Joe, the manager, he has a kitchen staff problem. Whether he chooses to fix it or not is up to him. I'm not spending any more money there until the prep and cook staff and process are improved.

Yelp
During our Sunday evening stop at Copper Branch in Tennessee while traveling to meet family, my vegan sister discovered this gem. The pleasant surprise of an open mic night added to the charm, and the evening weather allowed us to enjoy our meal outdoors. Despite not knowing her name, our server made the experience exceptional. Her outstanding customer service, especially with my talkative little one, left a lasting impression. If there were a customer service award, she would certainly get our nomination! He was beyond excited for the delightful cinnamon bun that served as the perfect road trip snack. Thank you so much!! We hope to see her next time pass by.

Yelp
Great food. Service was just okay but they were really busy without enough help. As vegans, we were really worried about finding plant based options in a town known for BBQ. This was such a great find.

Yelp
I've eaten here twice, and the food is just phenomenal! I love that you can order from this Yelp app, as well - very convenient. They always have the order ready way ahead of time, too. Folks who work there are always nice, and I love eating out on their patio. A hidden gem near enough to the hubbub of Broadway to walk from there, but far away enough that the trashy loud tourists won't be swamping every inch of your personal space. Bonus: it's next to the library! So if you're a bookworm like me, you can grab delicious food and get a library run in all in the same trip - I approve! This place is definitely on my list of Nashville favorites.

Yelp
We were on a road trip from Orlando, FL to Louisville, KY. After overnighting in Chattanooga, TN we headed out on the final leg of our journey. It was a trip where we wanted to experience new places. Originally we were only going to drive through Nashville, but I convinced my hubby we should stop and try some vegan food there. After carefully checking out Yelp, we found Copper Branch. I cannot say enough great things about their breakfast. Guys, they have GLUTEN FREE bagel sandwiches!!! It has been forever and a day since I have had the pleasure of a good smokey bacon-tasting egg bagel sammie. I had the Tempeh Bacon and Just Egg bagel and it was SO GOOD. 5 out of 5 would recommend!! My hubby had the same and loved it also. I took a couple of GF muffins to go, they were also incredible. I was a little bummed that we were so early that we could not experience the lunch menu and hope that we will be able to do so soon. It was such a pleasure stopping by here. Note: You can park in the parking lot for the Library and have them validate your parking.

Yelp
I ordered the smoked tempeh sandwich- it was surprisingly amazing! It was my first visit but I was happy surprised with the amount of options and variance of the menu. If you're interested in trying something vegan I'd drop in!

Yelp
Copper Branch, this spinach artichoke pizza is heaven on earth. Your service was amazing and the ambiance was also a delight. I shall return soon.

Yelp
I was excited to try this place menu looked good. Ordered the ultimate bagel. They were out of bagels so they put it on an English muffin instead. It was just mediocre. Ghanda smoothie was good. The staff seemed bothered that we were there. There were no napkins out or water cups. The free water out was not cold. One of the employees on break was eating chick fillet inside.

Yelp
Was not a fan. The cashier had only been working there a few days and her co worker was not assisting at all as she asked questions. We were unable to get our questions answered about the menu. I ended up with a smoothie i didn't like and my partner had a mushroom burger that looked more like fake chicken than mushrooms. Surely not the most popular items on the menu like we were asking for (now that I can see what popular on Yelp). Perhaps the other items would've been better. Also, the seating is cold.
