Second visit to this restaurant and both visits have been great. We turned up without a booking and was seated promptly by the friendly waiting staff. When ordering they were very forth coming with recommendations all of which were great. Food came in great time and the service was fast. Quality and taste of food was great I felt like the food was fresh and quality. It’s on the posh side but not too posh so just right. The atmosphere was great and it was reasonably busy. I rate this place highly and recommend it to anyone thinking of going.

I really enjoyed the chicken Biryani which they serve here. They have an amazing selection of flavourful curries here on the menu and the food is reasonably priced for the portions they give. If you are stopping off for drinks and refreshments they also have a bar which serves really nice cocktails too! During lunch time hours they are not so busy but weekends and evenings for dinner they are. If you are travelling on transport the nearest London Underground stations would be Shepherd’s Bush or White City otherwise there is paid parking available at Westfield shopping centre car park. It’s worth the visit. I will definitely be back here in the future.

What a load of rip off on the main dish. Ordered it when arrived ther was tiny pieces of meat in the dish. As you can see in the photo. For the price paid I would definitely avoid this till they up there game. KEEP AWAY as a complete rip off.

Had a delightful experience at Copper Chimney. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. The menu offered a great variety of dishes, and everything we tried was flavorful and well-prepared. Special thanks to Prapti, who provided excellent service and made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great dining experience in Westfield!

Nothing is wrong with this place, tasty food, great atmosphere and excellent service. The staff is friendly and helpful. Must try signature cocktails.

Copper Chimney offers a delightful experience that beautifully blends traditional flavors with a warm ambiance. The Sheekh Kebab was perfectly spiced and grilled to perfection, while the Aloo Chaat and Chandni Chowk Chat offered a refreshing burst of tangy goodness. The Paneer Masala and the Butter Chicken was rich and creamy. The Veg Biryani delicious, the Dal Makhani was smooth and comforting, pairing well with the soft Roomali Roti. For dessert, the Gulab Jamun was a sweet finish, while the Kulfi was rich and creamy. The Gajar Pistachio Crumble added a unique twist, combining traditional flavors with a crunchy texture. Overall, Copper Chimney is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine in a cozy setting! The staff are attentive and welcoming! Highly recommend 🤎

The chai was nice, the butter paneer and lamb biryani were really flavourful, and the naans were so good. For dessert I had kulfi, which I also really enjoyed. Everything was delicious and came out quickly, and the service was really attentive.

Really huge shout out for Prativa and team who given me great explanation of all option and served me a nice warm food with good options. Whereas, Another great place! Loved the food! Had a party of 6 with us and the waiter was very helpful on recommendations and what to order. Service was amazing and food came out perfectly timed. Drinks were amazing, I got the gin drink and it was amazing! Good beer selection too. Make sure to order multiple dishes if you are trying to do family style.

The atmosphere was OK. Air-conditioning was inadequate. Especially during a heatwave. The veg biryani and chicken biryani was bland. Lassi was thick and sweet in a small glass. Service was pleasent and friendly.

It was such an amazing experience, the food and the service.Our server was so lovely, polite and making sure we were good. Would definitely come back with my family.

You can get better Indian food for less money basically anywhere in London. The achar chicken was overcooked and tough, and the sauce was watery and bland. The jeera potatoes lacked salt and any kind of spice, and were somehow inconsistently cooked, with some seemingly barely cooked at all. The Chandni Chowk Chaat had way too much yoghurt. The lamb biryani was nice though, and I liked how its lid wasn't just dough but was flakey and paratha-like. Service was friendly but seemed a bit disorganised, with one waiter promising a dish that never arrived (though fortunately we weren't charged). Each small beer was priced as a large would be in the majority of other Indian restaurants. We will just go to any number of Indian restaurants next time - we didn't expect to pay double the price for half the quality of Dishoom.
