First time eating here. There was a little line to get in, but the line went fast. Good food, but the hash browns became a little cold quickly, think it was due to the a/c above me. Love the coffee, strong, like I want it. Will return

steak and chicken noodle soup are good. The pancake is sooooooooo sweet.

I was seated right away. I only saw a couple of big groups so the place was not full. I got my drink order taken right away by the buser. My waitress was not too friendly though. She took my order while walking by and she didn't give me enough time to order what I wanted. Every time she talked to me, she was behind me and walking by without stopping. I ordered the cheeseburger medium with potato salad substitute. The burger was cooked perfectly but it was really big. I could have shared it with another person. The potato salad did not taste good so I would not recommend. I paid $21 plus tip for the meal with a soda.

The food was good, nothing special but definitely large portions and cooked well. The service took forever to wait on our table, but once our server finally came, she was attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was ok. Not many good choices in the area, but this place will serve your needs, just don’t go if you are in a hurry.

If you crave Hospital food ,sit down ,you are in the right restaurant. Even toast the cooks can't master. Horrible sodas ? Pepsi is not Better food at the food court

Idk why there's so many negative reviews, the portions are large, the coffee is really hot and the food tasted great! I got the chicken fried steak with scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. My total was $23 with the coffee. The eggs tasted real and not out of a carton like most places and were cooked perfectly. The hashbrowns were a little mushy more like fried mash potato, the biscuit was amazing. Overall I recommend this place. Food came quick and very friendly waitress.

Google
Excellent prices, great portions. Super delicious turkey club sandwich with fries. My husband had the fish and chips (fries). He enjoyed his dish as well. I will say our server was sweet but disappeared half wat through our meal. We couldn't get our drinks refilled until another waitress noticed and offered to fill. Towards the end of our meal, a cashier brought us our bill and said our waitress had left. We paid, as we were getting up to leave, our waitress appeared. Very odd service. Hopefully it doesn't happen again. Food was great!

My wife and I went for breakfast on Wednesday morning before checking out of our room at the Orleans. We have eaten at this restaurant before and enjoyed it at times but lately it’s really gone downhill. No need to tell them how you want your food cooked it will just come out the way they want. We had breakfast and the bacon was hardly cooked and I asked for it to be crispy. Hash browns tasted burnt and the eggs are real small and runny. Coffee does not seem fresh and when they refill the cup it’s actually luke warm. Service is slow and they don’t really seem to care. Just get you in and out. The ladies at the register also don’t seem to care if you explain to them that you’re unhappy with the service and food. Definitely will not return.

Yelp
Renea our server was super nice and accommodating, food was plentiful and good. I will return

Yelp
Food was good but way overpriced. The 25% fee for carry out is highway robbery. Definitely will order from outside the hotel next time.

Yelp
I went here a few times when I was staying at the Orleans hotel in Vegas. One time we went, my friend and I had to ask other waitresses staff for assistance with getting water and silverware for our table and with refills. The staff were always friendly however. The cafe is cute inside. The food was pretty good. The eggs we weren't sure if they were fresh tho.

Yelp
Kinda what you expect, but would definitely prefer to go elsewhere, if it weren't so convenient as a guest in the Orleans. We went twice, once for lunch as part of a large group and once for breakfast. We had ~30 in our group, so it was good that they could accommodate us at two large tables. The server had no clue about alcohol choices. One of the women asked if they had Prosecco and the server didn't know what that was. I asked what kind of beer they have and he didn't know. The menu just says domestic, import of craft. There wasn't a list or QR code. This is inside a casino; how do you not expect drink orders often enough to have choices known. I asked for a hazy IPA and they did have one in a can (it was pretty good). I asked for a glass and, although he acknowledged the request, it never came. Not a big deal, but gives you an idea. Food took a while, but it's a large group. They didn't seem to mess up anything, so big props for that. The Kalbi rib bowl was actually super tasty. My husband got chicken and waffles. They were mini waffles with chicken tenders; fine but not a nice crisp piece of chicken with a fresh waffle. Breakfast was standard diner fare and quality. My daughter and I shared a French toast platter, which was plenty for us - eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns and French toast. It was probably my least enjoyable meal of our trip so far. Breakfast 2/3 Lunch 3 (kalbi rib bowl highlight) Service 3 Atmosphere 3

Yelp
Extremely slow service. Wait for one of the hostesses to become aware you're waiting in line, then they look at a map to seat you. Only 1 waitress was available for the entire restaurant, and she was on a short break. A beverage lady finally came by for coffee and drinks. Finally the waitress came out, but not before the hostess gave her strict instructions on which tables were hers, all the while customers were sitting waiting just like me. Seems like the hostesses were on a power trip, and paying customers were the last thing on their mind.

Yelp
We walked by this place again and again because they only have one sign that happened to face away from us. They are also only open for breakfast to late lunch: 6am to 3pm so when we went hunting for it at night to know where to go in the morning, all we saw from the side was and empty restaurant and didn't realize this was what we were looking for! Servers were friendly and checked on us often. Anyway glad we found it! Went for an early lunch at 11am. Nice looking menu with a lot of choices, but we are from Hawaii so we had to try the Hawaiian plates listed under Island Favorites. Hubby got eggs with Portuguese sausage. Slightly spicy as it should be. Cut differently than how it's cut in the islands but it was delicious. I got the spam. Both plates were huge. Each had three generous pieces of meat, a huge scoop of steamed rice (cooked well - not set) and the eggs were cooked to order. This part of the meal was awesome! Just like home with a slight twist on the sausage but very satisfying. We actually couldn't finish all it. I had Cole slaw instead of macaroni salad. It was ok. Hubby had the featured macaroni salad. This was a disappointment. Not at all like home and not a good interpretation. Would have been five stars if the macaroni salad was on point. Tip to the restaurant - use Hellmans/Best Foods real mayonnaise and it will help a lot. Add a dash of pepper and an additional pinch of salt. We definitely would come back for either the Island plates or one if the many other breakfast/brunch options.

Yelp
Bad service and super slow even when it's empty. Had to grab creamer and condiments from another table, my order came incorrect and the waitress argued with me about it until she finally admitted that she didn't understand my request. The food is so-so, I haven't found anything blow your mind amazing here. Sadly, it's one of the only quick and convenient breakfast places in the hotel and it just seems to get busier and busier with declining service with every visit.

Yelp
Long wait on a Monday morning with plenty of empty tables. Bad start. Then the staff wasn't very friendly. Grumpy and rude. Not a good vibe upon entering.Ordered biscuits and gravy. Very bland. Also tried their corned beef and it was ok. Could use more seasoning. My kid loved her pancake. The coffee was good though and the food came out fast. I think I'll skip this place next time out.

Yelp
Breakfast pricing is pretty decent and inexpensive for Californians here. Huge variety of selections for breakfast/brunch, salads, entrees, etc. Good find inside The Orleans Hotel & Casino. Absolutely huge food portions. You really need to take your time eating here. Very good customer service too. The place is packed with love. Lots of tables and chairs available. Gorgeous room views everywhere. The decorations and colors inside the restaurant setting really shines. My very berry salad was delicious and fresh. They pretty much gave me the full basket of fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc. Good portion blue cheese. Apple slices were actually more sweet than sour. Loved it. Traditional large breakfast plates are amazing, especially when their sausages and ham bacon are very smoky strong in taste and good. Coffee, tea, or whatever you prefer is brought to your table, including condiments are on each table fully stocked. Lots of generous creamers for coffee. Good positive vibes inside. I couldn't stop looking at the beautiful colors on the carpet/flooring throughout the restaurant. I only ate half of my very berry chicken salad and took the rest in a box back to the hotel for next day fruit breakfast. Satisfying. Freshness is key. Great first impression. Lovely decorated breakfast cafe. It was good enough that we would consider coming back next time. Service shines. Come hungry.

Yelp
This is the cafe at Orleans. I found it clean and friendly service. Might be a little slow but I'm not going to ding them a lot, with the help shortage still affecting a lot of places. Had an omlette that was large and a good price.

Yelp
Came here early morning hoping to have some good oxtail soup to only get served with a disgusting soup!!! The oxtail pieces were inconsistent! Some meat dry like it was days old and reheated in broth and some that was red and raw looking as if they threw it in. Served finely chopped ginger in a plastic container that smelled and looked spoiled! Cilantro that looked old and wilted! We barely could eat our food! Our server offered to have the manager come to our table but return to say the manager was too busy. Hubby and I felt disgusted of being there! Left our money on the counter and told the lady at register that they should be ashamed serving nasty food here!

Yelp
My son and I came here twice in a night. Once for dinner and once for a late night snack. The food and service is great. Breakfast options all day is my absolute favorite. For our late night selections, I ordered the breakfast parfait and my son order the healthy & fresh. Both were great! The healthy & fresh omelet was larger than expected, it the omelet and breakfast potatoes were a hit. We both ordered a coffee, which was a warm touch on a cold night in Vegas. On both visits were ordered seasonal fruit and it was fresh and delicious. This restaurant closes early Sunday through Thursday, so make sure to stop by before they close. They are open late Fridays and Saturdays, which was perfect for us since we were here for the Raiders game this weekend.

Yelp
The food was fresh and delicious. The service was exceptional. The atmosphere was perfect for everyone. Special shout out to our servers, Sandra and Janeen. We ate here 2 times while staying at The Orleans. Even if we don't stay at the hotel on our next visit, we will definitely dine here again.
google avatar

Yelp
I have to say besides a slow waitress or 2 the food here is very good. Way better and more consistent then bailiwick! I just wish they'd open up for dinner on the weeknights also. They're only open till 10pm Friday and Saturday nights.
google avatar

Yelp
The service was good. And our server Reid was on point. He let us know he was going on break and who would be our server while on break. I had the Turkey Club and was pretty big plate where I took half of it home.

Yelp
While staying at the New Orleans for a conference it was a perfect spot for breakfast. The food portions were just right. The food was seasoned just right. I was able to order my breakfast and take my dinner to go to my room as the conference provided me lunch. The waitress was friendly and the restaurant was busy with a mixture of guests staying at the hotel or just those gamblers coming for the day for a bite to eat. It was definitely very busy place!

Yelp
I met a friend from the East for breakfast. I was early but they seated me before my friend got there. The Copper Whisk seemed smaller than when it was the Courtyard Cafe but I may be wrong. When you take into account that it's three separate rooms, I think the seating would be pretty comparable. After my friend's arrival, our server was there and asked about drinks. I got coffee and we were both brought a glass of water. After looking at the menu, she returned and we ordered. I got the Southwest frittata which had onions, black olives, sweet peppers, fire roasted green chilies, jack cheese, avocado, and a small plastic container of pico de gallo. There was hot sauce on the table but I took a pass for this breakfast. We had a brief time to chat before the breakfasts were brought. The frittata was quite good. It was served with hash brown potatoes and I chose rye toast. When I got my coffee after we first aarrived, she set a carafe on the table so I had a refill for my coffee whenever I wanted. This was my first time being back to this coffee shop under the new or old names in many, many years. I was pleased with the meal and service was very good. It's a good place for a tasty, quick (or not) meal!

Yelp
I really wish you could give places half a star instead of being forced to choose between scores. In actuality, this place was more of a 3 and a half star kind of place but it is what it is. After being seated, it took a while for someone to take our order but it turned out one of the older waitresses was assigned to our section and she seemed to have difficulty getting from place to place so I'll cut her slack on that. Waiting on the coffee took a while too but she was nice enough to bring a pot and leave it so props for that. Our order consisted of an omelette with homestyle potatoes and a short stack of pancakes with a side of 4 pieces of turkey sausage. The pancakes were nice and fluffy and came with 2 cups of whipped butter rather than the usual slabs of butter so that was a nice touch. The turkey sausage links were better than I expected so that was nice. My wife's omelette was pretty much standard fare. The potatoes were nice and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside but weren't very flavorful. The menu offers a decent number of options and the restaurant was clean. Support staff was a little lacking in checking refills of water. All in all an acceptable choice of you're staying at the Orleans or visiting. I would probably find someplace else if you have time to find something special.

Yelp
The cooks are great! However, we had ridiculous treatment for take out this morning, this place has a really silly policy. We've been eating here since 1999. The restaurant has gone under several names since then. We wanted to grab takeout breakfast so we could grab coffee at Starbucks. They said we must be seated to get food. So we had to wait for a table which we weren't going to use. Once seated we had to wait for the food which was plated not in to-go boxes. Then the waitress said she could only give 2 to-go boxes. Then, they said they didn't have any utensils for to-go food. Idiotic. What manager thought this would promote in-house seating and more room service. They ought to be reprimanded and demoted for an antiquated concept and waste of time and money. This restaurant has always been good under any name, especially when they served Chinese/American and BBQ with the normal Americana fare. But now the staff and management have really made it difficult to have a meal with options. Casino business is not known for saying no to customers. We'll see how things change here. I sure hope René Werner, food and beverage manager, is aware.
google avatar

Steven M.

Yelp
The Orleans Casino isn't a place people generally think of for being a Las Vegas food Mecca, but it's also not a terrible place to stop and grab some food. I was at the Orleans last weekend to see Bone Thugs and Ja Rule and had some time to kill so we decided to grab some food at one of the restaurants inside. The Copper Whisk Cafe is a pretty basic American style diner/restaurant that offers plenty of burgers, sandwiches, salads, and various other entrees to fill you up at a not so expensive price. I ended up ordering a turkey club sandwich because for some strange reason seeing it on the menu made me want to "gobble" it up immediately (I'll never be a comedian). The server we had was super quick and friendly during our stay and the food didn't take too long to come out either. The sandwich itself was pretty huge, although the french fries quality was lacking a bit, but there was definitely enough food to fill me up. The turkey club itself tasted good, although it was pretty much just a standard sandwich, so not exactly something to recommend or write home about, but still a solid meal for the price. Overall, Copper Whisk Cafe is a pretty solid place to eat for a pretty solid price. The staff was great, the establishment itself is huge and offers a ton of seating, and the menu was a good size too. Although this might not be the best place at Orleans to grab food, it sure isn't gonna be the worst!

Yelp
The staff are amazing and attentive. Shawn and. The other staff made my mom feel special. Sang JPpy Birthday turning 90. Will definitely return to eat her
google avatar

Yelp
For what it is, it's a good place to get decent food at reasonable prices and with generous portions. Iusually stay here, and will eat here for various meals during my stay. Stand outs for breakfast were: breakfast quesadilla (special), smoked salmon with bagels, steak and eggs. Their hash brown is very good. The service and endless pot of coffee is a good thing. During day, I've had their turkey club (really good), steak specials, prime rib and other dishes which doesn't dissappoint. Prepandemic, their Hawaiian offering were more but has been trimmed. Busy place, give yourself time to sit and enjoy the food while sights and sounds of the casino flash and ring outside.
google avatar

Paul B.

Yelp
Ordered Ham & eggs. The ham was the size of the plate which made them serve my eggs and hash brown on top of my ham, there was no room on the plate. Everything was perfectly cooked and served by Rosemary, who was warm and personable. I'll be back!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Several hostess, one wouldn't sit us in a booth. There was no one behind us. The delay was on called for. I asked , Do we need a reservation? She never answered with two booths open? Was it us or our waitress? So another hostess saw what was happening and grabbed two menus and took us the one of the booths while the other hostess tried to stop her. Our hostess pushed her to side and allowed us to sit. Incredible. Our waitress cheerful and welcoming after what happened to us. They were COVID19 compliant, social distancing, and mask requirement. The oxtail soup was far better than California Casino's Market Street as well as the service. My Loco Moco was excellent except that rice was a little dry...asked for more of their Marsala brown gravy to moisten the rice...still a winner! The beef patty was well done to my specifications. Oh so yummy!!! I enjoyed my meal with the wonderful interactions with people on the side of us. I had macaroni salad which was good tasting and went with my meal! This is another alternative to Market Street! Ciao!!
google avatar

Karen T.

Yelp
We liked the food and service so much the first night we went back for breakfast the next morning. It's very convenient if you're staying in the Orleans hotel. I really wanted to try their cinnamon roll but it was just huge!

Brittany H.

Yelp
We were given filthy silverware and water-stained paper napkins. When I asked for a new set I received so much attitude from the waitstaff. I'm not sure why though, like y'all gave it to me dirty. The food is okay but nothing to write home about. Wouldn't recommend dining here. There are better options in the city of Las Vegas.
google avatar

Pat P.

Yelp
Last time I was here, it was still the Courtyard Cafe. Love what they have done with the renovations and rebranding their cafe. Marisol was excellent and on point with her friendliness and service. Portions were plentiful and food was decent. Par for the course for a cafe.
google avatar

Jeff L.

Yelp
It's been a bunch of years since the last time but I enjoyed the lunch with a couple of friends. The orders were a Cobb Salad, Rueben Sandwich and Eggs Benedict and a side of garlic bread. It was good food and our waitress was so outstanding, thus the 4 rating. I wish I remembered her name but she was really good. Lunch for 4 with tip came to $78. Well worth it.
google avatar

g y.

Yelp
This gets a 3 rating only because our server was very responsive to our concern with the cleanliness (see pictures). Otherwise, the person that put out the dirty dish could not care less, which gets a 1 rating. Food was typical coffee shop fare and very plentiful. Still a lot can be improved if they cared.
google avatar

Tom B.

Yelp
It's the only cafe in the casino the food is really good plus it's open late night I always get the breakfast special. No complaints you can get casino food vouchers if you gamble
google avatar

GLENN F.

Yelp
As far as a hotel coffee shop goes. This one is pretty good. Been eating breakfast here mostly every morning and even a late night fruit plate. Still haven't tried the Ox tail soup but maybe tonight! The staff is friendly and attentive. Wait line can be long, depending on the time. Enjoy. We always do.
google avatar

Jennifer F.

Yelp
I tried with no luck.... I come here for the oxtail soup. And honestly the oxtail soup is alright but the rice is terrible. If i dont have to A pro on making rice will gross out on how the rice was made. wait till 11 o'clock pm to go to the other place where everyone goes to get thier oxtail soup i will not come here. The service is not that great either. I didn't get the straw and we have to wave on out waitress a couple of times just to get her attention. But 3 stars because this place is always open and its a great place to go to have a variety of something to eat on a late night ( if you you not somewhat picky ) i am sorry Copper Whisk but I'm afraid there will be no next time.
google avatar

William C.

Yelp
Ordered oxtail soup and my dad had the Ruben. The first thing you'll notice when you get here is at how large and spacious the restaurant is. This isn't your run of the mill cafe. It feels a lot more luxurious than a local casino cafe. Great looking space! The oxtail soup is great. Rich beefy broth loaded with 3 large oxtail pieces, bamboo shoots, shitake mushrooms, peanuts, baby bok choy, and water chestnuts. This is a very tasty bowl of oxtail soup. Definitely recommend it. The Ruben came with some thick cut natural fries and coleslaw. The sandwich is packed with meat. The marbled rye bread was grilled to buttery perfection. The food prices at the cafe are similar to what you'd pay at a restaurant outside of the casino. No price gouging going on here. You get good food at a good value.
google avatar

Amber R.

Yelp
Absolutely the main reason why I like staying at the Orleans is because of this place. Between the prime rib and the oxtail always being on point I really like the waitress. Wish they had more help though because they are understaffed but there still very friendly.

Robyn F.

Yelp
The food was good, prices were also good. It is conveniently located next to the Sports book area so it's easy to grab a bite as you sit and watch the game!
google avatar

Dan M.

Yelp
Finally a place that knows how to cook well-done eggs! And the eggs were awesome (free range). I don't really like eating bacon, but I like the taste and it was good (not amazing). The muffin was excellent, the cantaloupe was great and a nice surprise (I didn't even order it), and the fries were good (not great). Based on the itemized information above, you would might be surprised that I say this meal was amazing, but it was. It just ... hit the spot. Great service and comfort, too. Lastly, open 24/7. Come and get some me!
google avatar

Joyce T.

Yelp
We will usually find our way here late night when staying at the Orleans. This night was an especially fast delivery of our food order. We will usually order, go out on the floor and gamble, come back to table and maybe our food would be there. Tonight, just finished a Yelp review and *wallah* food appears. So our go tos r the gumbo and oxtail soup. Pal that always orders oxtail soups wanted to say day, night or times, the tastes and special sprinkles of things are always different, but good. My gumbo tasted gr8 but seemed lacking in the protein ingredient dept. this night. Overall, a clean and dependable place to get hot food.
google avatar

T S.

Yelp
Convenient if you staying at the New Orleans hotel... however we had one friendly waitress, the rest looked as if they hated their jobs. The food was subpar, we tried a few different options and nothing was worth the price. Not sure if it was bad timing... but we will not be back nor would I recommend to anyone... they have other dining options in this hotel which I would recommend you check out first.

Yelp
Food was ok , one of us got the Hawaiian Breakfast it says it comes with seasoned rice, the rice was not seasoned . The male host was very rude !!
google avatar

Judy a.

Yelp
Stopped in for A quick bite before competition. The wedding soup is actually very good. The french fries are big steak fries and that is my favorite. Downside is you can't order to take out you have to sit down to order and then take it with you.
google avatar

Jennifer D.

Yelp
This place is absolutely delicious and the staff is so wonderful that we had to go 2 days in a row! Roland, the one with me in the picture, had his first day on the job and he was absolutely the cutest ever! He laughed with us and provided such great service. Nivi was the sever who trained Roland and she was also our server two days in a row and provided excellent service! 10/10 recommend! The food was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious! Go check it out on your next Vegas trip!
google avatar

Jim W.

Yelp
I always seem to get my oxtail soup here. Lots of side sprinklings to make soup even better. All day on the stove flavor. I feel so good after eating it. Service can be slow, just say something. My food after that came rather quickly. Different decor. There is fancy couch seating and the light fixtures are brass musical instruments. Bring bill up to cashier to pay.
google avatar

Yelp
Damn fine brunch for five on a busy Saturday. Actually boiled broccoli for a little one. Ham steak HUGE, barely finished half.

Yelp
The service was very good and we had the same server both days when we ate here. Marice may have been the servers name but I'm not 100%. Regardless, the server did a great job of taking care of our party of 7. A variety of food was ordered and everything was good. I had the two egg breakfast with hash browns, bacon, and toast. The portions were large. My only disappointment was that the food could have been hotter. My eggs were warm, not hot. My hash browns were at room temperature and basically had no heat. I believe it was sitting in the kitchen for a few minutes waiting to be delivered to the table. This was the case on both days. The restaurant was very busy and the employees were doing the best they could to take care of everyone and everything. We waited for our check to get delivered to the table but we didn't get it and didn't see our server. The cashier was kind enough to split our check into 4 checks. I should also mention that the prices are reasonable. The 2 egg breakfast was $10.99 plus tax. If I ever find myself at The Orleans casino again I wouldn't hesitate to have breakfast here again.

Yelp
The staff and the waitresses were great. The Huevos rancheros were pathetic. Like cutting cardboard with the tortillas under the eggs. The extra tortilla was wrapped up and soggy from being in the eggs and cheese. Also, the coffee was descent... charge was $4.00 for a bottomless cup. Should've walked down to Blueberry Hill, but this was closer. Live and learn

Yelp
Probably would never have walked in here if it weren't for Bailiwick being closed at the time we were looking for something to eat. Maybe it was meant. And we were seated right away. Thanks ladies! After birthday girl's movie we planned on lunch. I'd say the bright atmosphere and instrument chandeliers sort of invited us over. Cool thing is birthday girl was easy going with a short notice change in lunch plans. For the ambience, service, location, and food presentation their menu pricing is about right. I suggest to share a carafe of wine. If you're allergic to avocado, make sure you ask to omit it. Rach had chicken; I had salmon. Note that the salmon doesn't advertise avocado within the menu item name. Happy joy lucky for you avocado fans! Appreciated that we sort of had two servers, and checking in on us throughout our meal. Thought however, that it was kinda early to drop off the bill soon after our plates were served. Perhaps it's just my sometimes opinionated self. In any case we enjoyed our meals and birthday wine. Their specials are on a standing board in front of the restaurant. Yes, a marketing attraction - we read it! They hand you a regular menu upon seating. Good balanced meal selections. Picked out what I wanted easily. They have three seating sections in this restaurant. Doesn't look like it at first, but toward the back there's enough space for a private party. Definitely fond of the decor; of course my favorite is the instrument chandeliers.

Yelp
Decent spot to eat breakfast at The Orleans Hotel. Its even nicer if you have the Vacations Hawaii Meal book as its the only restaurant on site that is currently open and participating. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Just got done with a seven day stay and after the first three days we did everything to avoid this location. It is sadly terribly understaffed and I get the feeling management doesn't really care. Servers are trying their hardest but they have no sense of urgency. One speed = slow. One day waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged after being seated another 10 minutes for water and then 30 minutes for food which was mediocre at best. Overcooked eggs, cold hash browns and a dry piece of sandpaper country fried steak. Look, I get it it's hard to find staff but I think management should be out on the floor helping the servers more. They are severely lacking support and it's very obvious. Someone needs to stand up and be a leader And stop kicking the can down the road. Customers and employees deserve better than this.
