This dining experience at COR was a fantastic journey, blending clever and talented food combinations with a strong connection to the staff. Each team member has their own unique character, and their passion for food and customer service shines through in everything they do.
My friend and I were absolutely inspired by our first visit to COR. The decor is clean, neat, and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides, creating a cozy, well-organized, and comfortable space. Seeing the chef at the end of the room made us feel more connected to the staff.
The sourdough bread was fine, but the rest of the dishes were outstanding. The coppa stagionata was amazing—so smooth thanks to the abundance of fat, and the pickles on the side were a lovely bonus. The Mozzarella di Buffalo salad was the highlight for me. The ingredients were superb, and the combination was thrilling. The peach was perfectly ripe and flavorful, the fennel was delightfully crunchy, and the creamed onion on top added both flavor and texture. Highly recommended!
The anchovy dish had a tangy base and was full of pistachios, and the Iberian pork presa was superb, served with incredibly juicy tomatoes. For dessert, the Fior di Latte was unique and delicious—a pure milk gelato topped with fennel, sea salt, and olive oil. Truly exciting!
The staff were all friendly, helpful, and energetic, adding to the overall fantastic experience. Everyone was so nice, making the visit even more memorable.
