Corinne's is lovely! The service was undeniable, everyone was incredibly kind and on top of their game so well done. Food: husband ordered ribeye medium rare. It was overcooked and it was incredibly bland. It needed more butter and salt and I've never seen him add salt before to his steaks at restaurants. But the quality of the meat was great but not what you expect when you pay $45 for a steak. I ordered the diver scallops and they were absolutely delightful. Cooked to perfection, as were the mushrooms and the sauce included was bursting with flavor. We also ordered the French onion soup and the crab coquettes which were brilliant and would definitely order again. I had the mockingbird for a beverage since I'm pregnant and not drinking and it was absolutely delicious. Topped it off with key lime pie which was very sweet but oh so good. My baby girl was kicking my belly after eating it so I'm guessing she loved it too. The chairs were a bit small then again I have wide hips as does my husband but they weren't very comfortable if you aren't petite (I'm 5'9 and my husband is 6'2). Overall we had a lovely dining experience with superior customer service (shout out to Ryan our server, he killed it), they really stole the show so thank you for your smiling faces and a great time. Pics were after we started earing, we were pretty hungry so I forgot.

Josh was our waiter tonight and we were having the best experience in Denver eating delicious food in the restaurant Corinne. He was the best of the best!!! Funny and tactful, everything was right on time. He was great! Thanks a lot, Josh.

Google
A real fine dining experience. I was just hanging out in Denver and wanted a nice dinner. I didn't have nice clothes to wear so I just looked like a dude from the street. The server and staff all treated me with respect and like a valued customer even though I didn't look the part. This is a place business professionals go or people dress up for. I felt out of place but that was my fault. The steak was amazing. The French onion soup was exactly as it should be. The bread pudding was a little different than what I'm used to but the flavor killed it. The only complaint was that the ends of two out of three asparagus were woody. You need to snap the asparagus off where it naturally breaks. Not bad enough to drop a star or complain, just frustrating from such a quality meal otherwise.

Google
I got the wild mushroom bolognese with lamb meatballs, and it was excellent and filling. I also got the bread pudding and it was larger than expected, so I recommend sharing with at least one other person. I ate about half of each and saved the rest as leftovers. As for the service, everyone there was super friendly. Payton specifically was my server and their recommendation to add the meatballs was perfect. Give this place a try!

Google
Our breakfast here was amazing! We tried the Fresh Start mocktail, the Sweet Corn Cake Benedict, and the Eggs Your Way. They were all beautifully presented and delicious. The dining area has a beautiful, modern vibe and the service was great!

Google
A trendy modern restaurant with great food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommended as is the French Onion soup - tip you can share the soup - they will split the soup into two bowls. Pasta was great.

Google
If I could leave a 6 star review I would. The entire staff was SO welcoming to us dining on the patio with our older doggo. They brought him water (2x) and treats and never complained when he got in their way. The food was also perfectly fresh and seasoned. I wanted to order everything! Great menu. Can’t wait to come back - TY Ryan!!! You really made our night.

Google
Definitely go here! Had the tuna avocado, watermelon gazpacho, and kale apple salad as appetizers. All exceptional. Main was chicken thigh which also was fantastic. Meat was succulent to a fault. The only downside was that the bread pudding was perhaps overly baked. It wasn't soft as it perhaps should have been but rather quite crispy. I told the waiter, and he let me exchange it for a key lime pie which was alright. The cream was very lime-flavored, perhaps a bit too much for my taste but if you like that, definitely give it a shot. I tried to order decaf espresso but they didn't have it, so I ordered a decaf coffee which came out lukewarm. The waiter - maybe Josh? - who was a football player in college treated me with the care any customer would wish for - very knowledgeable, helpful, and honorable. He comped the entire Dessert and coffee due to the bread pudding issue. I would have been happy to pay for the pie and coffee but this gesture was very kind and means a lot. I overheard also other waiters interacting with their customers in a similarly stellar fashion, so do go here. You won't regret it! Also, I ordered a Hugo spritz minus the strawberry per Josh's recommendation based on my preferences, and it was nothing short of delicious. Thank you, Josh, and team. Next time I'm in Denver, I'll be back. Ps - the table next to me had two men talking at great length about when the right time is to fire people. One man was talking about a woman and the issues with her ad nauseum. I know the restaurant is not responsible for that but their callousness left quite a bad taste in my mouth.

Yelp
One of the best meals I've had in a long time (out at a restaurant). In town on a work trip and this was worth the ten minute walk from my hotel. Strawberry & Mint Mule was on point and I'm usually picky about my cocktails. I had the Kale & Apple Salad with Salmon as my entree and it was excellent, very delicious. I finished with the Bread Pudding and it did not disappoint - cooked perfectly, crispy around the edges. My husband is a private chef and pastry chef (yes I'm spoiled) but even he would have loved this place. Service was great too. Would highly recommend if you're visiting Denver! Especially for foodies with high standards.

Yelp
Had a wonderful breakfast experience! Food delicious & Vince was not only an outstanding human but also fantastic server! Bartender and hostess also incredible customer service, thank you!

Yelp
The food was delicious and service excellent. Our server Peyton was lovely and so charming! The ambiance was modern rustic and they have a beautiful private room for parties. We ordered the croquettes, calamari, and French onion soup to start and pork, scallop, chicken, and halibut entrees- all well seasoned and adequate portions, though I wish they came with sides. Topped it off with bread pudding a la mode which was a great end to an enjoyable meal.

Yelp
I am always super excited to have experienced what others have raved about after being sold on their reviews of a restaurant. Disclaimer: the reviews did NOT lead me a stray... I am pleased to say that the reviews were accurate and was far from overhyped! Upon entering Corinne, we got the sense that this was a nice restaurant. It was chic, yet cozy, and had a lively element to it. The hostess quickly got us seated, where we were immediately greeted by our waiter. Our waiter gave recommended dishes and was flexible with the subtle changes we desired to our orders. I ordered the ribeye (medium) which was superb! My tastebuds were truly delighted. Each piece made me want more and more. Needless to say, I ate everyTHING on my plate. Even the peppers and potatoes were cooked perfectly. The ladies I went with were also thoroughly impressed with their dishes. One ordered bread pudding, which we all shared... And as bread pudding connoisseur, they put their foot in it! Absolutely a fan of Corinne Denver and would recommend others to visit!

Yelp
My girlfriends & I had brunch here the other day, and had an awesome experience! CJ was our server, and he was absolutely amazing. He made us laugh the entire time, was super attentive and best of all, personable! People like him in the hospitality industry are such a breath of fresh air. You can tell he loves his job and he's incredible at what he does. We loved the food too! The Philly cheesesteak skillet was not at all what we were expecting, but it was delicious nonetheless. It tasted like a marsala chicken to me... We also had the BLT deviled eggs, the crab fritters, the corn cake Benedict with smoked salmon, and a side of their breakfast potatoes.. phenomenal! I will definitely be back here for brunch sometime soon.

Yelp
This restaurant happen to be walking distance from my hotel! We had a couple drinks to start with, and the cocktails are very nice! And the baked oysters are covered and way too much sauce and cream, that it Hideaway the oyster flavor! If you happen to not like oysters, or just starting out with oysters, I would definitely recommend this one! The salmon was great, and the selection of pasta was so hard to choose from, but the mushroom Bolognese was amazing! The service was just all right. I didn't find anything that really stuck out! The ambience is quite nice as it is a upscale restaurant in downtown Denver.

Yelp
I had a wonderful brunch at Corinne. The service was top tier, the host, our server Mauritzio and kitchen team all worked together in harmony and that was very apparent. I ordered the chicken Philly skillet and highly recommend this dish. It was rich in flavor, creamy, and served hot. For dessert I got a Carmel with vanilla latte and that was really good too. I just lost a pet and the heart design in my latte was such a lovely and heartwarming surprise. I'll be back again soon for more.

Yelp
Corinne in Denver is a hidden gem that may not stand alone but shines brightly within the vibrant lobby of Marriott's Le Méridien. From the moment you step in, you're enveloped in an ambiance that effortlessly blends trendy sophistication with welcoming charm. Despite being in the midst of a cleanse, I found myself irresistibly drawn to their offerings. With a quick inquiry, they swiftly accommodated my dietary needs with a piping hot bowl of Butternut Squash Bisque and a side of savory mushrooms. And let me tell you, I devoured every spoonful, much to the amusement of the staff who gave me curious looks as if I had three heads! But it's not just the delectable cuisine that captivated me - it's the stunning ambiance that would bring me back in a heartbeat. The sleek décor, chic furnishings, and lively atmosphere create the perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience. So whether you're in need of a quick bite or a leisurely meal, Corinne is the place to be. Just a word of advice - maybe save your cleanse for another time. Trust me, you won't want to miss out on indulging in everything this gem has to offer!

Yelp
Sat outside - beautiful weather. The ambiance, food, service and drinks are top-notch!

Yelp
The miso halibut was delicious and swimming in umami with the depth of flavor and arrangement of filling vegetables. The pork chop good and served on a large wood cutting board to make everything easier. The sides were smaller than expected for the price (asparagus was $9!) although it tasty we had expected more on the plate. Likely would have gotten an appetizer instead of the two small side plates. We sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and quick to meet our needs. The restaurant itself is a bit upscale without being super intimidating. We would eat here again and I would for sure order the halibut!

Yelp
I saw a wedge salad delivered to someone next to us at the bar. It looked good, and I ordered one, but I received the order with half the bacon of the person next to me. Won't be back.

Yelp
Came here for breakfast and it was fantastic! Ordered their Spanish and mushroom egg white omelette and it's one of the fluffiest eggs I've had! The eggs paired so well with the havarti cheese and made it so cheesy! Even went back for seconds and did not disappoint! Even their lattes were great! Service was amazing from beginning to end. They were inviting and friendly and overall great people. The ambiance was very inviting. It has chic interior that makes you want to linger there. Great place! Would come back!

Yelp
Beautiful brunch spot in Denver, Colorado. I came here on a girls' trip with 3 friends. I found Corinne on Yelp and chose this place because the menu was attractive, including the detox juices! Our reservations were for 9:30 am on a Sunday. This restaurant was busy, but very spacious, so did not feel crammed. My friends and I were seated at a corner table with a booth style seating and two chairs. Our table was large so we could spread out DRINKS: *Ginger Sunrise Juice* carrot, ginger, beet, orange, ginger, turmeric - just what we needed after a long night! SHAREABLES: *Biscuits with Jam & Butter* these biscuits were so buttery and delicious and huge! The order comes with 3 large biscuits, a side of butter and strawberry jam. Very tasty! *Pancakes with Fruit* these pancakes came with a bourbon syrup, and unfortunately, I was not a fan of the syrup - it had too much bourbon for my taste. I should've tried a little before I doused a pancake in syrup- tasted like a drunk pancake instead of a fruit pancake. We also were incorrectly charged for this item. On the menu it shows that adding fruits cost $4 extra, but we were charged $7, which is the charge for a side of fresh fruits - The server explained it was because for the amount of fruits that were added? That explanation didn't make sense since that is not what we ordered or received. *Crab Croquettes* crispy on the outside, flavorful and moist on the inside. *Roasted Fingerling Potatoes* *Sweet Corn Cake Eggs Benedict* I loved this rendition of the eggs benedict instead of an english muffin, very light and fluffy corn cakes made this dish feel lighter. Absolutely loved it! A few of us shared this so we could try and enjoy other items on the menu, but I probably would order just this again! The overall vibes of this brunch spot is modern trendy with a classic twist. Food and drinks were delicious and service was great despite the pancake order mishap. There is a particular attention to all the furniture and light fixture details that make this place extra special. Great for family or friend gatherings!

Yelp
Truly outstanding brunch! The ambience, service ... thanks Carli and Leo (see photos) ... was genuinely friendly, from two wonderfully engaging people, that added to the fantastic food ... which was expertly plated. It is quite obvious that both Carli and Leo enjoy working at this restaurant and assisting in their customer(s) positive experience. Leo was very well-trained and knew the menu extremely well and made excellent recommendations at my request. My tasty cold beverage, see photo, was delicious and refreshing. The coffee, along with constant refills, was served at a perfect temperature and was full - bodied and smooth. The deviled eggs , see photo, were memorable and I am really glad that I got them! The crumbled bacon was a perfect addition to an already tasty egg. The chicken scramble was a very large portion, see photo, with tender, well seasoned chicken, delicious melted cheese, peppers, and potatoes. I'm very pleased with my choices food wise. This was a memorable brunch, in a extremely cozy venue. Management deserves credit for hiring and properly training Carli and Leo. And three cheers to the chefs. Food and beverage quality was top-notch, and although some might say that this was a pricey breakfast, it was well worth it without any question. Nicely done Carli and Leo, and others whose names I do not know.

Yelp
Very trendy. I had the belly-on pork chop. It was huge! It was good but needed more seasoning. My husband had the braised wagyu. It was smaller in comparison to my meal. The wagyu could have been more tender but great flavor. The bread pudding was out of this world amazing. The service was just okay. There was a huge conference that had just got out nearby so the restaurant was extremely busy so there is that. I live an hour away, but I'd def return to try other items on the menu.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of dining at Corinne recently, and our visit was centered around indulging in their delectable desserts. From the moment we stepped inside, the immaculate aesthetic of the restaurant captured our attention and set the stage for a delightful evening. Despite the bustling atmosphere of a Friday night, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated promptly, which added to our positive first impression. Our anticipation for dessert was met with great satisfaction as we savored every bite of the bread pudding and the chocolate peanut butter pie. The desserts were not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious, leaving us with a strong desire to return to Corinne for a full meal in the near future. It's a definite must-visit for those with a sweet tooth and a penchant for exquisite ambiance.

Yelp
This meal was delicious! The house bread starter alone will bring me back to Denver. My scallop entree was great and just the right size, so I could still sample desserts. My colleagues really enjoyed their steaks and burgers. We also enjoyed the calamari and raw oyster apps. For dessert my #1 would definitely the bread pudding a la mode but the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie was in a very close second and the Gooey Butter Cake was also not far behind. All of our cocktails were phenomenal. Service was wonderful. I will definitely return. Don't miss this place.

Yelp
Cute and Classy Date Night! *Make reservations Came here for a double date and it was a very nice spot. We came a few minutes early but they are sticklers about time, so we sat at the bar and had drinks for a few minutes. Attire could be relativity casual to dressy, the ambiance allows you to go either way. The host Saul and our server Lauren were great. Lauren gave wonderful recommendations, and I ended up loving the salmon! All of the food had a great presentation and was cooked to our specifications. Calamari, starter bread and Salmon were my favorite. I did take off one star because the tables are way too close together. Trying to get in the booth my booty was in another tables face. It was a tight squeeze and we all made a joke about it, but it was uncomfortable. Would have wish for more space in between especially for privacy in conversations. Even with that though it was a very good experience. I would enjoy coming back here and do recommend. Overall 4.5/5

Yelp
I recently dined at Corinne Denver, and I must say, the fries were a standout highlight. They were perfectly cooked and seasoned. However, the real star of the meal was the heirloom tomato salad with sea scallops. The combination of fresh, colorful heirloom tomatoes and succulent scallops was amazing. The dish was a testament to uncomplicated, simple preparation that allowed the simple ingredients to stand out. Corinne Denver lives up to its promise of serving food with honesty and effortless simplicity. The menu offers a diverse range of options, from hearty to healthy, making it a flexible spot for dietary restrictions. The modern and comfortable design, along with the welcoming neighborhood environment, creates a fantastic dining experience. I'll be back!

Yelp
I ate here for breakfast... twice! The first time I went because it was simply convince, I was staying at the hotel. I ordered the chicken sausage sandwich and it was so good. The eggs were fluffy, the bread was toasted but still soft, the chicken was seasoned so well. Our server was friendly even after she spilt hot coffee all over her hand. The second morning I went because it was just that good. I got the chicken tostada (pictured) and it was even better than the day before. Such a nice spot even if you're not staying at the hotel. They restore at looked super busy for their night crowd. While i didn't go for dinner the bar area in Corrine was eloquent and i could see why it's a hot spot for people to enjoy dinner and drinks.

Yelp
First of all, big shoutout to our server CJ as his customer service skills were top notch. He knew the restaurant menu in detail and made great recommendations for us to order. We felt at ease ordering, waiting for our food, and enjoying our food because CJ is so attentive! We knew we were in good hands. Thats the kind of customer service that makes us love and enjoy eating out. Steak and eggs were a perfect size to share and same with the full portion of the Cobb salad. The steak was cooked well (we ordered medium). The avocado in the Cobb salad were fresh and beautiful (no blemishes). The salad ingredients paired nicely together and the vinaigrette dressing was light with some acidity. Prices were higher for what you order but we can't be mad because our awesome service experience from CJ! Give CJ a raise!

Yelp
Came here upon the recommendation of colleagues I'm in town with for our annual conference. The location is conveniently located one block from the convention center and two blocks from the 16th Street Mall. I was able to snag a last-minute reservation being alone and I noted that they were packed by the time I left. Sau was a newer but super friendly and helpful host, and Jessica my server was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. I wanted a salad to start but didn't want a whole one and she offered me a 1/2, which was perfect. I chose the chicken dish and it was delicious. I had a mocktail which was enjoyable also. The venue is beautiful and I really enjoyed it. I'm sorry that my husband wasn't with me because it would be the perfect place for a date night.

Yelp
The food was great! The wait was a little longer here than typical ai would say but worth it, and we also were not in a hurry. It is beautiful inside, and so is the hotel that connects to it. I would totally come back for the burger!

Kristine S.

Yelp
One of the best breakfast I've had. The coffee, the homemade biscuits and granola were amazing. The ham and Gruyère cheese omelet was served with fingerling potatoes both cooked to perfection.

Yelp
I've been here twice now, and in just those two visits, Corinne has quickly become my go-to for pre-show dinner. Just down the street from the DCPA, it's in a great location - and every dish is delicious! I would describe Corinne's interior as classic and chic and their staff as friendly and helpful. Both times I've been, my friends and I asked for recommendations, and both times, our wait staff was happy to make suggestions. They're very knowledgeable about their menu! Every drink and bite I've had here has been delectable - my personal favorite being the Wagyu Beef Tartare (SO good), and close second being the Truffled Bucatini. It's hard to make a choice when everything on the menu looks amazing, but if you're considering either of these, I would recommend! The Warm Parker House Rolls are also a must; they're served warm and salty with a generous amount of butter - a great app to share with the table. My friends and I also split the Buffalo Cauliflower app (a waitress rec), and that was probably the best way I've ever eaten cauliflower. Other notable mentions are the French Onion Soup and the Kale & Apple Salad. I realize I've listed so many dishes, but they do everything well! Everything I've tried was worth positive acknowledgement. I'd be remiss if I didn't also mention libations. They have a great wine list - very well-stocked with good options without being exhaustingly lengthy - and some tempting-looking cocktails. I got the Strawberry & Mint Mule, which was divinely summery and refreshing, and I promised myself I'd try their Signature Old Fashioned the next time I come in. I'm so happy I discovered Corinne's and I'm looking forward to enjoying many more meals there in the future.

Yelp
Had breakfast on our last day in Denver and wished we stopped by earlier! Located in the Le Meridien hotel, the restaurant is gorgeous! Max was our server and he was amazing! Sassy, funny and had us drinking at 11:30 before our flights... lol. We split the corn cake eggs Benedict and the buttermilk pancakes - sooo good! We had the fig mules - don't judge ! - and they were really good! Only regret, we didn't have time to check out the rooftop lounge!

Yelp
This meal was phenomenal! We went here for a friend's rehearsal dinner and absolutely everything was dynamite. My favorite were the diver scallops (which were huge) and d delicious with the sautéed mushrooms and spinach cooked to perfection! I was also a big fan of the burrata. I don't know if these are the same items as the regular dinner menu since this was a private event but I would love to try soon! Also, not pictured but they had a chocolate and peanut butter pie option for dessert and it was very good! 10/10 recommend

Yelp
This was my first time eating at Corinne. As a non-local--I can say the prices are good, the food was amazing, and everyone should come try a bite. I ordered from the Prix menu so I could get a bit of everything. I was not disappointed. If you do come I do recommend that you make a reservation as this place was jam packed.

Yelp
Restaurant is connected to the AC hotel on their lower level. Came here for breakfast, the food was good, but also a bit pricey. I liked my Greek yogurt parfait, all ingredients came out fresh. The service wasn't slow, but felt like the wait staff could have worked with a bit more urgency.

Shruti J.

Yelp
Ah this place is so under rated! Loved our dinner experience here - such amazing service and delicious food. The ambiance is cozy dim lit with very comfortable seating. They have partitioned sections which I liked. Perfect for a nice date night or even anniversary dinner. Food was spectacular - loved the crab croquettes, beet salad, roast chicken OMG and the truffle bucatini! Food here is so rich! Recommend and definitely will be back.

Yelp
Came here with my hubby while we were staying in Denver for the night. Ambiance was great as well as the service. Our server was such a joy, I think his name was Christian? He was great. I'm only giving 4 stars because my king salmon was extremely rare but they were kind enough to make me a new one. I wish they would have expressed the temperature or the way it's prepared ahead of time or asked if on the rare side was ok. I was pregnant at the time so it was important for me. But nonetheless they rectified it. I had to sit for a while without a meal which is never fun, and the dish was just OK. My husband LOVED the pork chop. Also - I highly recommend the crab bites!

Yelp
This walking distance from Embassy Suites and in the same building as Marriott. There were 7 of us in our group. Our server gave us exceptional service. She was friendly and gave us good recommendations. I had the Truffled bucatini and i ate every single noodle. It was very good. My daughter had the kale & apple salad with salmon and that tasted fresh and delicious. I would definitely come here again.

Yelp
I had a great time at Corinne! Walking distance to DCPA so it's perfect for a dinner and drinks before the show. The service was super fast and friendly, food was pretty good for a hotel type of a place. We got oysters and burrata as appetizers, and both were delicious. Salmon was perfectly cooked and I thought it went really well with the special sauce they used. Great selection of wine and various cocktails. I thought everything was reasonably priced for the size and quality of their portions. Overall, it wouldn't be the place I crave but it's a good option within a walking distance of DCPA.

Yelp
A 3 star at best. How this got voted best in Denver is a mystery to me. Then again, it proves that Denverites are happy with mediocre. Three of us went for Denver Restaurant Week tonight. Got a three course meal for $55, which was pretty close to menu prices. The place looks nice. The host was friendly, our waiter friendly but not great. One of our gripes was that the tables are very close to each other. 15 minutes after we sat down they seated 4 people next to us with one loud mouth buffoon who didn't shut up talking about Netflix and movies. We could barely hear our conversation because of this nimrod who didn't get the concept of an inside voice. The food was ok, but not "best restaurant" worthy. I asked for a spoon to eat my pasta dish and was given a desert spoon. A miss. We didn't want drinks at the start of the meal and we never got a chance to order them later. For me, the crab croquettes were a bit moist on the inside. My pasta dish was ok, the bread pudding a la mode was a bit of a wet mess. Good flavor, but definitely not baked to the standard of a good bread pudding. Glad I tried it, but no need to go back.

Wow what can I say. During a quick 4 day weekend getaway in Denver, we dined at this location 3 times. On top of other great restaurants in the area, I was blow away by the service and menu at Corinne. We enjoyed their happy hour and dinner menu and truly loved the ambiance and service we received from Lauren and Paige. The food dessert was also amazing. I would highly recommend all the dishes I tried: Wild mushroom bolognese Caesar salad Truffled bucatini w/ flank steak Wagyu burger Calamari Truffle eggs Crab croquettes BLT deviled eggs I would prefer the Wagyu tartare to have a different bread vessel than the thick toast such as a light shrimp chip or small toast crackers to pair but honestly enjoyed everything. Will definitely be back when I am in town!

Yelp
Excellent food that is rivaled only by the service! Streamlined menu with enough to interest all parties served by honest, friendly staff. Great atmosphere for both small gatherings and larger parties. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I really wanted to like Corinne, but I strongly do not recommend due to lackluster food (for the most part) and questionable health practices. I came for dinner after a Sunday afternoon show at the Buell Theater, and the place wasn't super busy which was nice. I ordered an app, main, and dessert. Wagyu beef tartare: I actually loved this dish which is a shame because the rest of my experience was terrible. The tartare was well seasoned, and the included bread was a great complement. Wagyu steak frites: straight up bad. I had never tried wagyu that tough before. Wagyu should be melting in your mouth and very easy to cut through, but instead, I had to fight just to cut through the meat. The portion of fries were massive, but they were also a bit cold/soggy, almost like they weren't fresh and had been just sitting there. Chocolate peanut butter pie: pretty disappointing for $12. The portion size was very small, and nothing about the taste stood out. Definitely not worth it. One other thing that really turned me off is that there was a fly in a customer's drink, and rather than making a new one, the bartender just poured the old drink into a new glass and mixed it up. I know that the customer had been causing other issues up to that point, but seeing that really grossed me out and made me never want to go back.

Yelp
This restaurant is located in Le Meridian hotel, though there is an entrance from the outside as well. I was staying at another hotel nearby but decided to pop in here after seeing good reviews. I liked the space, good for a business meal or casual dinner with a group. They have a three course price fixed meal offered for dinner, though you don't have to go with that and can order individual items from the main menu instead. The food was great and came out fast. They also have a good list of drinks you can order from their drinks menu. The server Payton was great at checking in and giving updates on the courses during the meal. Enjoyed everything and would come back again if I'm ever back in town.

Yelp
In Denver on vacation--staying downtown--it's difficult to figure out where to eat. After hitting our researched spots we ran short. After some sleuthing we came across Corrine. We almost didn't go. That would have been an error. Corrine is inside a hotel and it's decked out in the de riviera contemporary style. That is to say it's nice, it feels refined yet relaxed at the same time. We walked in at 4:00 and were told by a very nice (waiter?) that dinner starts at 5:00. Not being happy hour people we ran around for 60m and came back. He greeted us when we returned. Our waitress was pleasant and asked if we were from Denver, etc. Food was all delicious it's good portions, properly seasoned and fresh. We could see garnish applied with tweezers through a view into the kitchen. Parker Rolls: soft. Pillowy. Sweet. Get them. Burrata: what an amazingly balanced sensory delight: creamy cheese meets light acid and sweet from the apricot mostarda meets crunchy and salty nuts meets yeasty slightly charred baguettes. Also get this. Truffle Buccatini: garlicky and buttery and lightly truffle forward with a good portion. A real hit. Mushroom Rigatoni: who needs meat? The sauce was complex with pepper and the depth of flavor one associates with long-stewed meat. A must-try for vegetarians. If local or on a trip, give Corrine a try.

Yelp
This is a great choice for a pre show dinner! The atmosphere is modern comfort. The staff are exceptional. Our server, Matthew, was professional and very helpful without being intrusive. The manager was hands on making sure things ran smoothly. Kudos The menu is not inspirational, but my dinner date liked that the menu was straightforward and not complicated. The Parker roll and butter was good. The crab croquettes were the star as they were crab forward and very light. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the diver scallops were delicious. The same sauce was on the salmon and scallops and this is an example of limited creativity. The food was executed properly and we ate every bite. We finished by splitting the bread pudding and I know it is a fan favorite, but I found it cloyingly sweet with an incredibly large scoop of ice cream in comparison to the thin layer of bread pudding. It kind of reminded me of something you would get at a chain restaurant. My biggest complaint is the lackluster coffee served lukewarm. Throw away the coffee pumps and buy a professional espresso machine along with high end beans or at the very least, a French press. There is a side room for large events - I would suggest glass doors since these groups can get rambunctious which can impede the dining experience.

Yelp
Food was so delicious. I loved the sweet corn benedict! I added smoked salmon for an extra $4. It isn't as heavy as a regular eggs benedict, which is nice, because it uses a sweet corn cake instead of the English muffin. The spinach & mushroom egg white omelet was really good too! My bf really liked the omelet, which came with toast and hashbrown The server was super nice. Talked to us about local spots, like Meow Wolf. The restaurant wasn't super busy. It was really aesthetically pleasing and clean.

Yelp
Yum yum! We had a group of 10 for dinner and ordered the calamari, rolls, roasted carrots, and cauliflower appetizers. For dinner there were variations of the chicken, mushroom pasta, filet minon, and steak frites. Pretty sure I didn't hear one complaint! The bread was delicious with that sprinkle of salt on top, I didn't snag any of the other apps but there were devoured. My filet was perfectly cooked and no pics taken because I scarfed it down (elegantly of course). And when dessert is offered, I no longer say no! So I got the peanut butter pie. If you're not allergic get it, if you are allergic get it because it's that good (I kid I kid, don't put your life at risk)! It was so beautifully layered, the top layers were so light and mouse like, then comes the chocolate ganache which was rich and delish, lastly the crunchy bottom and the whole thing topped with pretzels. Man oh man I was almost licking the plate.

Yelp
My last lunch in Denver before heading to the airport and I chose to go to Corrine and I'm so happy that I did the food was amazing, the wine was delicious, and the atmosphere is above standard. I had the French onion soup with grilled cheese and a glass of shiraz. If you are looking for a great place to have lunch and you don't mind spending $90 on 2 soups, a grilled cheese sandwich and 2 glasses of wine.

Yelp
So this is a very very unfortunate review, I was in town for convention and went out with my group last night before I headed home. I never order pork LIKE NEVER but based on the reviews of this establishment, the understanding of this being a fine dining establishment and the overall recommendations of the waiter I said ok why not. I was enjoying the meal, my glass of wine, and speaking to members in my group. However I had noticed a few bites were a little **chewy to my surprise I had cut a piece of the meat and it looked to be undercooked not raw but definitely undercooked. I decided that was enough for me and ended my meal. I was with work colleagues so did not want to cause a hassle or scene. However a few hours later I really wish I had caused that scene.... I am having stomach pain, have had to use the restroom multiple times and just feel incredibly off. All this well I am boarding a plane this morning at 5:00am to head home. Not only am I worried about food poisoning but due to the fact it is pork I am worried about other possible hazards such as trichinosis ( YIKES ) I will never ever order pork again even if it's a 5 star Michelin star restaurant. I will be calling tomorrow once they open to question if they use a meat thermometer to ensure that the pork reaches temperatures of 145 - 165 which is recommended for pork and to ensure that it was above 137.5 to ensure that temperatures were heightened to reach terminating possible parasites. ( which without saying should always be used in any establishment preparing food ) I would have never ordered this meal if I was at an establishment I considered to be subpar or entry level dining, but with me considering this establishment to be higher end I felt confident..... Also if I get a response of any kind stating that my pork belly was cooked at a temperature they deliver anything less than " well " I would continue to state that this is something that I as a customer should have been informed of and I would of highly requested it was cooked "well " as I assumed it being pork it would be unless spoken to me by the wait staff. I honestly for this reason will never eat here again on a trip to Denver nor will I ever recommend this to anyone. The way I am currently feeling is absolutely horrible.

Yelp
We had a really lovely brunch here over the weekend before leaving town, the space is beautiful and the service was attentive and friendly. I went with the classic two eggs breakfast, my friend had the omelet, and we split a half order of biscuits (which was plenty, they are BIG). Enjoyed our time here and would return when we were in town next.

Yelp
During our staycation at Le Méridien Denver, we dined at their restaurant Corinne for dinner. Corinne is an upscale American eatery & bar with southern inspirations. We were seated in the back of the main dining room in a brown banquette. The aesthetic of Corinne was warm and inviting with large gold & wooden light fixtures and gauzy drapes throughout the space. Our server Lilly was great. She was attentive and knowledgeable on Corinne's menu and answered all of our cocktail & food questions with ease. Chef Jose came and checked in on us during our meal - he had great energy and was evidently passionate about everything him and his team put of of the Corrine kitchen. I started off dinner with a Craft Cocktail - Gin with Some Tonic. The Gin with Some Tonic is made with gin, tonic-infused orange & vanilla soda, & lemon juice. The Gin with Some Tonic tasted like an orange creamsicle for adults - this was a creamy and citrusy summer cocktail where the botanicals in the gin upped the taste complexity. For Starters we had the Crab Croquettes and the Oysters. The Crab Croquettes are made with pommes purée, lemon, chive, & citrus aioli. These were the best crab croquettes we have ever had. The croquettes were delicately crisp on the outside and sensationally creamy on the inside. The croquettes interiors were smooth and buttery which went perfectly with the sweetness of the crab meat - a must order! The Oysters were served by the 1/2 dozen and paired with mignonette, cocktail sauce, & lemon. The oysters had brilliant shine, were very mild in taste and had smooth mineral notes to them. For Plates we had the Ora King Salmon and the Wagyu Steak Frites. The Ora King Salmon is made with beluga lentils, soubise, lemon, fresh herbs, & grilled broccolini. The Ora King Salmon had a flakey, meaty texture with medium-fattiness and full salmon flavor. The beluga lentils the salmon was served over were similar to black beans but had a richer, more intensely earthy flavor. The full-bodied lentils went well with the salmon. The Wagyu Steak Frites are made with flat iron wagyu, garden herb butter, poached egg mayo, & watercress. Yes please - the wagyu steak was perfectly cooked (medium-rare) and topped with a garden herb butter that melted into the meat adding in delicious flavor. The wagyu had a deep, earthy richness to it making it a stellar pair for the salty fries. The supple, meaty bites against the crunch of the fries upped the textural contrast of the dish. For Sides we had the Roasted Mushrooms. The Roasted Mushrooms are made with miso-ginger butter. The Roasted Mushrooms wowed us; the umami flavor of miso really made this side exceptional. The miso ginger was a smooth, salty-sweet sauce that generously coated the earthy, piping hot mushrooms. For Dessert I had an Espresso Martini and Ross had an Espresso. My Espresso Martini was strong, rich & smooth - a lovely coffee, liqueur, and dessert combination all in one. What a meal!

Yelp
I was in town for a conference and we chose this restaurant because it was conveniently across the street from the Hyatt. The restaurant/hotel had a nice vibe and ambiance. The food was delicious from the appetizers to the entree. We had the house rolls which came out warm, super soft and delicious. We also had the calamari and it was very good, not too much breading and the aioli dipping sauce paired really well with them! I had the beet salad and added warm salmon to that. Everything was so delicious and we all enjoyed our meals. I will definitely be back if I am ever in town again!
