As foodies who appreciate exceptional cuisine and fine dining experiences, my husband and I were impressed with our date night evening at Cork and Table. We made reservations for a Wednesday evening and it felt like we had the restaurant to ourselves. We chose the cheese tasting for two and the six-course chef’s tasting menu, and each dish was a thoughtfully and elegantly plated and some featured a creative use of plant-based ingredients that I really enjoyed such as quinoa, chickpeas, coconut milk and agar gelatin. I'm not a big watermelon fan, but the watermelon salad was a dish I could eat a whole bowl of!
What really set the experience apart was being personally served by Jim, the chef and owner. His hospitality, passion, and culinary artistry elevated the meal into something truly memorable.
The menu changes with each season, so we plan to come back and try future menus. From start to finish, it was an intimate and refined dining experience that we’ll be recommending to fellow food lovers.
