I want to be clear, this review has nothing to do with the food. The food is actually really great. Unfortunately, I've been forced to give this one star review due to the awful customer service. I attempted many times to call in my order before hand, so i wouldn't have to wait in the restaurant. The phone rang numerous times and no one answered. Instead of giving up, i decided to just go into the restaurant and place my to go order. Upon arrival, i was met with an empty counter. I waited for nearly 10 minutes before i was acknowledged by anyone.
Sadly the woman who acknowledged me was incredibly rude and very short when i had some questions about the menu. The look on her face said it all, she was clearly annoyed with me and made not attempt to hide her discontent. So much so, that in the middle of me ordering she walked away and went into the back leaving at the counter once again. Finally, after i ordered she basically threw the receipt at me. Once my food was done, she tossed it on the counter and decided to make the comment that i should have placed my order head of time. I said, i tried and that no one answered the phone, she rolled her eyes and walked to the back.
This woman, who i assume is the owner has no business working with customers. I will never be back to this place. I understand being shorthanded, i work in customer service. However, there is never an instance where a customer should be treated so poorly. My advice would be to hire someone to work with customers, because clearly you don't want to. Or change your attitude, before you encounter a customer that completely goes off on you.
