The Champagne brunch features peel and eat shrimp, apple crepes, smoked peppered salmon, roasted pork belly porchetta, butternut squash salad with cranberry vinaigrette, maple-glazed thick cut house bacon ambrosia, biscuits and southern gravy, and mixed cheeses and seasonal fresh fruit. Updated on online hotel booking sites, the Corner Market Buffet now expects to open on Sept. 14 with proposed hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m daily. A current description, also subject to change, promises 'a global array of cuisine with live-action stations including barbecue, Asian, pasta sauté, a rustic pizza oven, salad station and a bakery.'
