The Best Willamette Valley Wine Tastings and Wineries | Eater Portland

"Dedicated solely to sparkling wine, Corollary’s singular focus on sophisticated bubbly — made with both traditional Champagne grapes like pinot noir, chardonnay, and pinot meunier, as well as pinot blanc — is already enough to turn travelers’ heads. But the winery’s Eola-Amity Hills tasting room, opened in 2024, is even more of an eye-catcher: an avant-garde, fire-engine red space that sits high on a hill like a beacon. In the scenic breezeway and shaded patios, sit down to pours of effervescent sparklings like blanc de blanc made with old-growth chardonnay from the windy Van Duzer Corridor and tart, punchy rosé. Reservations are required." - Katherine Chew Hamilton

The Best Wineries In The Willamette Valley - Willamette Valley - The Infatuation

"Quite a few spots in the Willamette Valley focus exclusively on sparkling wine, and Corollary is the newcomer we’re prioritizing for any subsequent wedding toasts. Their space, which appears to be a fire-engine-red shipping container perched in the heavens, is silent save for birds and breeze, and a superb architectural setting for gulping the proprietary fizz. This isn’t just any Méthode Champenoise—you’ll find spritzy carbonic rosé with the personality of salted strawberry soda, an electric pinot blanc that tastes like taking a flying lime to the face, and more. As a bonus, each flight is accompanied by bubbly’s platonic soulmate: kettle chips. The rippled kind." - aimee rizzo

The 2024 Eater Portland Holiday Gift Guide - Eater Portland

"Corollary is an Amity, Oregon winery that produces sparkling wine exclusively. The winery’s highly rated 2020 Cuvée One, released this spring, has notes of orange blossom, lemon, and raspberry, with a touch of warming spice. Corollary owners Dan Diephouse and Jeanne Feldkamp suggest pairing the blend of chardonnay, pinot blanc, and pinot noir with potato chips, caviar, shaved ham, or popcorn." - Janey Wong

We traveled to the Willamette valley to celebrate our 20th anniversary and our hotel the Allison Inn and Spa recommended Corollary. We enjoyed the bucolic drive out to the winery. The views from the property and the sleek modern finishes of the tasting building are spectacular (including built in ceiling heaters and blankets for the cool mid morning temps). The views from each side were breathtaking. Christy was an excellent host and gave us a great lesson in regional wine making (volcanic vs oceanic wines were very interesting to learn about). Dan, the owner, is great and spent time with us as well sharing the story of how he and his wife started Corollary. It was such a lovely time and I recommend visiting if you enjoy sparkling wine and beautiful views

We had such a great tasting at Corollary Wines with Dan, one of the owners. All the wines we had were fantastic and we walked away with three bottles! The wines we tasted were all amazing and the winery itself is such a peaceful and relaxing place to visit. I highly recommend it.

Attended a pick up party with a friend, and every taste was SO FUN! We love bubbles, so it was a perfect fit. They were serving some special bottles, so the whole experience was top notch. You will not see a tasting rooms that looks like this in the valley. This is a destination, you won't just happen to drive by this venue. Do yourself a favor, and make an appointment to visit.

We had an incredible visit to Corollary. Dan and his wife, the owners, ran our tasting and the entire experience. It is so clear that their family has a hand on every aspect of the business and the wine (traditional Champagne method) is incredible. For how young their business is, they are already producing incredible wine! We would come here every time we visit Willamette Valley.

We started our wine trip off at Corollary. Highly recommend and the owners are great hosts. The pairing suggestions with the sparkling wines will change the way you think about sparkling wines. Excited to find this great place in the Williamette Valley. I can't wait to see what they do in the years ahead. I am excited about the wine club and wines we are taking home!

Wow! We all had such an amazing time tasting and admiring the view. The tasting room is a comfortable place to enjoy fabulously effervescent wine. Corollary makes the experience of wine tasting feel unique and special. I left thinking about when I can come back!

Amazing sparkling wine producer using traditional methods to celebrate the Willamette valley region. The tasting room is minimal, clean and had a great balance of indoor and outdoor space. The views of the valley are stunning, it's one of the most beautiful tasting rooms in all of Oregon. The owners are super friendly and knowledgeable. This is a must stop for anyone that likes sparkling wine!!!

Yelp
Book tastings by reservation and prepare for a lovely time at a unique vineyard. They produce 100% Oregon sparkling wines and you will be tempted to become a member. If you're like me, you want something different and you want to support small business. Jeanne and Dan are incredibly passionate about what they do and can explain their process in a story that is surprisingly relatable and humble. They make sparkling wines the traditional way and it's delightful but they also explore new ways to get the most from their grapes. The thoughtfulness is noticeable in each sip. The views are amazing and the architecture breathtaking but most of all the wine is the reason to check them out. It is worth it!

Yelp
Jeanne and Dan at #corollarywines provided a magical afternoon on the Tasting Deck. Sun shining, birds singing, tasting and learning about some very special Willamette Valley sparkling wines from these artist/makers. You might want to schedule a tasting before their dance card gets filled. Info at the website.
