I really wanted to love the Super Bowl experience at Cosm Dallas, but unfortunately the food was a huge disappointment. First, I will say the VIEW was incredible; easily one of the best game-watching environments I’ve experienced. The screen, atmosphere, and overall setup were top-tier. However, the food quality did not match the premium price we paid. The pre-fixed Super Bowl menu was underwhelming across the board. Flavors felt flat, portions were small, and nothing tasted fresh or memorable. We even ordered additional items outside of the tasting menu hoping it would be better, including the garlic fries and wings, but those were just as disappointing. We actually left hungry and unsatisfied, which should never happen at an event at this price point. The package included unlimited drinks. Since I’m pregnant, I stuck with soft drinks, which were fine, but my fiancé said the cocktails were just average; nothing special or elevated. This was my second visit. The first time I came for the Willie Wonka show, the food was much better (even though it felt overpriced). Unfortunately, the Super Bowl experience was such a downgrade in food quality that it will likely be my last visit. I was hoping to receive a post-event survey to share feedback directly, but I never received one, which is why I’m leaving this review here. Cosm Dallas has an amazing concept and an incredible viewing experience, but for the price being charged, the food needs a major improvement.

I took my son here to see the Cavs vs Lakers game on Jan 28. We sat in the dome on the 2nd level, middle row, middle seat. In short, the experience was awesome! We were amazed at the realistic feel of the dome screen and the camera angles. For those wondering, there were 4 different camera angles that the operators were using, changing angles at various parts of the game depending on what was happening: 1 camera below each goal, 1 camera at center court just above the floor, and 1 camera at center court at a higher level (felt like it was roughly 15 rows up). The audio was great as well. We could hear the players and refs talking. You definitely hear more there than watching at home on a standard broadcast. We had great service as well. Our server was mostly attentive and kept our drinks full for the most part. We got an appetizer, 2 entrees and churros for dessert. The food was great. Overall, it was a 5-star experience. I'd love to come back and experience an immersive movie, maybe bring the whole family.

This has gotta be the best place to watch h sports games. I’ve been here for the Jets football game in the Knicks basketball game and they both blew my mind. If you’re gonna go, you gotta splurge for the Dome tickets. They’re a little bit more pricier but worth it. It feels like you’re at the stadium. I posted a picture with me if you’re on the screens and my friends thought that I was at the game! Not gonna lie I went a little overboard there and the staff was nothing but helpful. Shout out to the staff for being cool. Best part about this last time I went I bought tickets for the hall when I got there my tickets were refunded and instead they gave me tickets for the dome for free! That was awesome!

We went to see Willy Wonka. WOW!! From the minute we walked in, the place is impressive! Every single staff member we interacted with was amazing--Amanda was our server & she was very attentive without being intrusive. We sat on the 3rd level & had great views of the entire show. The graphics were beyond amazing!! The movie was remastered, and the clarity was so sharp. The offscreen animation was so good that one could forget it was only graphics and not actual set. The sound was very high quality as well. I didn't take pictures of the food, but hubby & I split the flatbread & chopped wedge salad and an order of churros. It was really tasty, and service was fast. Beverages were kept filled as well. It was a bit pricey, but it was a very fun date, and seeing an old favorite movie brought back so vividly was fantastic! The decor and generated murals throughout were just fascinating.

Cosm Dallas was an incredible experience. The atmosphere, the technology, and the overall energy made it unlike any other place I’ve been to for live sports. There are three levels, but if you really want the best experience, make sure you get a reserved Dome seat, preferably on the 2nd floor. The view is amazing and it truly feels like you’re right there at the game. The DJ playing during commercial breaks was a nice touch and added to the overall vibe. The food is just okay and a bit pricey, but the immersive viewing experience more than makes up for it. Tickets can sell out quickly, especially for major events, so plan ahead and book early.

So much better this time than our previous visit. The first one we couldn't get drinks and we couldn't order. Finally we did and ice cold food came out. We asked to speak to a manger (a big muscular dude) and he started the take visit with "So who's got the problem here?" Not a great impression. Now, the experience is amazing! The closest you'll ever get to going to the game. This visit was tremendously better. The server Santos gave great service and kept my kid's poweraid. Full and the food cane out hot and tasty. My only complaint would be why on earth would you try and tab someone out with two minutes left in the middle of the game winning drive? I realize there was another game after but 2 minutes left on the game winner? Cmon' dude, think! You can't beat the experience.

This was my first time visiting this venue to see O by Cirque du Soleil. I’ve seen a few Cirque shows live before, and honestly, this one didn’t have quite the same energy or colorful vibe I’m used to. Maybe the immersive screen format just can’t match that live feel. If it had been Alegría (which I’m familiar with), it might’ve been easier to compare. Before the main feature, they showed how the venue is set up for sports events — super cool! I had seats on Level 2 in a booth, and the view was excellent. I also checked out Levels 1 and 3 — I wouldn’t recommend Level 1, but Level 3 looked pretty good. Even though the Cirque show didn’t wow me, the venue itself was really impressive. I definitely plan to come back for a sports event — can’t wait to see it in action! Maybe this venue might get rated with 5 stars. One more detail, staff was friendly.

This is a very unique place to watch any sporting event. The ticket prices are a high especially if you sit in the dome. If you can afford to sit in the dome it is the best seat in the house period. The food is very good but again it's a little pricey. I have been to the Cosm several times and enjoy the experience. The name says Cosm Dallas, but it is actually at the Grandscape in the Colony.
