Estaño Will Open on St. Claude Avenue in the Bywater - Eater New Orleans

Had dinner last night there, and enjoyed the food. We had chicken fricassee, turbot, nicoise salad, and truffle ravioli. We were given to homemade potato chips on the house, and while there was only one waiter serving multiple tables, he was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. I only wish there was a bit more sauce with my chicken fricassee and the breast meat was less dry. The turbot was perfectly cooked. It’s a good restaurant in the Saint Germain area where we are staying (Hotel de Buci).

Pictures don’t do it much justice compared to video but…Before and afters say it all (sorry, missed the after shot of the escargots as they were devoured too). From starters to plates to desserts - MAGNIFICENT! The service was top notch. All recommended by our very personable and hospitable host/server, Karim. Thank you!

We went for lunch time and had the plat du jour. Œufs mimosa, Boeuf bourguignon were so tasteful and filling. It was a lovely atmosphere and the service was good. The lady was super sweet. It was such an amazing experience overall, zero complaints.

We had a quick overnight in Paris and stumbled upon this hidden gem! The tuna tartare was absolutely outstanding, and we loved the snails and truffle ravioli — all bursting with flavor. Despite the challenges posed by the Paris tax system (which seems to stretch restaurant staffing thin due to high costs), the chef and host went above and beyond. They were not only incredibly kind but also truly passionate about what they do. A memorable dining experience — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

We ate arround Paris in many restaurants. In different price ranges and all was so tourist made quality that we got disappointed. But not this place! Absolutely worth every penny! Delecious food, professional service and cozy atmosphere!

This is the absolute best restaurant in paris. Every single item on the menu is perfection and the passion fruit martini is a winnerr. We come twice a year at least and we must eat there everytime. The staff are amazing. We literally never want to leave. Go there! Trust me snd get you some fois gras and some tuna tartar😍
