It’s such a pleasant surprise to find a restaurant like this at the airport. Since there’s only one staff member, you might need to look for them for a bit, but they’re very patient and attentive. We ordered a pizza that wasn’t on the menu, but after some discussion, the chef kindly made it for us—much appreciated! Oh, and their fries are fresh and delicious too.

Very impressive for airport food. As a frequent traveler, this did not feel like airport food. Prices are similar to any airport, and after leaving NYC, are similar to restaurants we visited on this trip. I hope more airports will begin to achieve this level of food and service.

Ordered the Carbonara with steak based on the waiters recommendation. It was pretty tasty! Just needed more salt for my preference and I didn’t know the side of steak was $13 more as an add on which is pricey! Steak was thin but cooked right. I’d go back but no add ons

Highly recommended. We ordered the avocado toast and khachapuri. Both were freshly made, beautifully presented and very tasty. The ordering system via QR code was efficient and easy to navigate. Food is brought to your table. Vanessa took good care of us! She was friendly, attentive and even packed some coffee to go at the end of the meal. For an airport restaurant, this one really delivers! They have a well-stocked bar that looks great, though we didn't indulge. The manager, Marlene, was also so helpful and engaging to speak with. *****

The only visible sitdown food option between Gates 64-68, food was decent for airport dining places. Prices were on the high side (e.g. $23 for an appetizer) but not unusual for airport food. My Margherita pizza tasted a bit bland (I was expecting the tomato sauce to be more flavorful), but the crust was better than most Italian restaurants I have even to. The calamari appetizer is mixed in with crusted fried vegetables like what you find at Japanese restaurants, so that is unique. It was large enough to be an entrée so order another dish only if you are super hungry. My food came within 15 mins of ordering despite the place being completely packed.

Very accommodating. Got here early before my flight for a drink. It ended up getting delayed and so I had more time to try the food as well. The menu has a large variety of food, drink and also has dessert options. The bar also has charging ports. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The chocolate molten lava cake was really good!

Do not sit at the Cotto tables if you purchased food and drinks in the Cotto market. The Cotto employees will make you move out of the less than 1/2 filled space mid way through your meal, pack up and balance your half eaten opened salad and soda can as you cart your luggage. When pointing out it is the same company and seemed like an available option the employees could only repeat… “this is the restaurant and that is the market. “ I get it, I have been a server in my past, but I would have been the server to let the guest finish their meal as they cleaned up after themselves or tell them before they even start. Please either tell people before they start their meal or allow your patrons to sit there. It was a good salad from the Cotto Market, just take it away from the Cotto chairs. This isn’t the inclusive Newark Airport Restaurant Market where their restaurants let guest mix and match.

Abhay was a great server. The steak sandwich was dry and over cooked. Expensive for a not so great sandwich. They need to ask how you want it cooked. No one I know likes well done.
