"A cozy new American restaurant opened its doors on the the corner of Court Street and Fourth Place this week. Court Street Tavern, of no relation to Court Street Grocers two blocks south, focuses on tavern fare, like gruyere French onion soup and New York strip steaks, which comes from chef John DeLucie. The outdoor patio can seat 64 and, when it’s too cold for outdoor seating, there are plans to repurpose the space as an ice rink for children in the neighborhood." - Eater Staff

Went to Court St Tavern for brunch with my fiance and it was amazing. All the reviews were definitely on point. They have a cutely decorated outdoor dining space, as well as a moodily lit indoor area as well. Drinks were great. Food was equally delicious. I can't wait to go back to try all the other delicious food options they offer. Definitely recommend fir brunch or a date night.

The food & presentation of the food was amazing. Really tasty, delicious food & the atmosphere is welcoming too. The $40 DIY mimosas were soooo delish and perfect for 5 ppl! Our server was also very sweet & welcoming! Only downside—I reserved for 5 ppl plus stroller and when I got there, the hostess was trying to seat us at a table for 4. Kinda awkward when we came in but nonetheless it worked out. Definitely call to confirm seating arrangements because it could’ve been more comfortable for us!

Came in for dinner with a reservation, ordered the French Onion Soup and Ricotta Toast. As a main entree we had the Chicken Rollatini and the Rigatoni with Sunday Sauce. The place has a very fresh atmosphere, modern decoration. Giving a 3 stars because the server forgot about us after we received the entry and because the food was cold.

A lot of outside seating available and heat lamps in between each seat. French onion soup was perfect for a cold day and the burger was good. The disco fries don’t have enough cheese or flavor to them so wouldn’t order those even though they sounded good on menu. A lot of hot drink options and a full bar so will make anything you want. Make sure and order the spiked hot chocolate.

Great experience all around! The outdoor space is highly Instagram-able with the huge flora displays. The service was quick but not overbearing. The drinks were cold & tasty. The food was lovely— we had the fried artichoke hearts and the ricotta toast which were both awesome. Definitely want to go back to try more of the menu.

This place is super cute and the food is really good but the options are so limited and if you want a complete meal with a protein, starch, and vegetables plan to spend $40 easily. If you plan to use the seated app. Don't bother. They don't respond to the walk in request so I lost $15 on the app.

it was ok. the food is not worth the price - we steered away from the cocktails since they were 16$ a piece and nothing from the ambience to service seemed to call for that price. portions were small and not the best value. nothing was bad, but nothing worth going back for. if everything was 25% less expensive it would have been a more positive experience.

We walked in as they were closing, but it was the night before my daughter's birthday and they sat us all down (we were a big group!) They served us all several shots & cocktails and made the night extra special. Since then we came back to celebrate another birthday, big table, lots of good service and nothing but pure hospitality.
