"With a drop panel ceiling, duct tape on the booths, and plastic chairs, Courtside in East Cambridge isn’t pretty. But it’s got its charm, and thanks to a bunch of TVs, arcade games, and karaoke, it’s basically the rec room basement you dreamed about having when you were 10. The food should probably only be consumed after you’ve had a few drinks, but since the drinks are cheap and not watered down, you’re going to want to have a few drinks anyway." - Dan Secatore

A dive bar with a great location, sports on the TVs, pitchers of well priced beer, food, karaoke and Mark the Shark! What's not like about the place? Now I looked at other reviews... Its a dive bar... Up the street they have drinks 3 times the amount and will kiss your ass. Go there instead... Please! Seriously, if someone's rude to you, it's probably because your either acting like an ass, come off as one or just are a self important whiney assh*le that mama told was special too many times... Childish reviews... Wish I could comment on theirs

We went here for karaoke, it was great, I don't sing but my wife does. The beer selection is ok nothing special but the rest of the actual bar had a good feeling. There are TVs so I suspect there will be some hockey watching karaoke singing evenings in the future.

Went last night with my girls it was so packed with all positive walks of life jamming out! Even though we came later and didn't get a chance to do karaoke ourselves we had a great time and will definitely be coming back soon! Great place and crowd!

Beer, sports and free meatballs. Honestly, how could you go wrong? Perfect dive bar atmosphere on the east side of Cambridge. They also have a decent beer selection on tap! If you're looking to watch a game hang out with some of the locals, this is the perfect place for you!

Definitely a dive but a great dive! We go before Boston Bruins games and tell food and service is always excellent. It's definitely ok to grab just a drink and play some Keno but it's also a great place to grab a meal and watch the game. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in Cambridge before I go to a Boston Bruins game

Lots of televisions for games, lots of tables for surprisingly good food! OK beer selextion, but, definitely a more run down eating area and bar. The owner was friendly and the staff is quick to help with any mistakes or broken glasses.

Terrible management. Our friends were inside and we couldn’t get in after being stand “in line” outside in the snow for 40 minutes. A simple “we are at capacity” would’ve sufficed for us to go elsewhere, but the owner and bouncer were too busy in their phones under the warm lights to care. Not ever going there.

Ok for karaoke it was fun not a place I would go just to have a drink very dark inside. One side/ room has very long tables with a few round ones around the edge. Other is bar with very few square tables.
