"Outdoor lovers get a taste of the Old West mixed with Mexican flair at this restaurant at Bryce Canyon Resort. Steaks, chicken, and burgers have a campfire flavor. The restaurant uses Utah-raised fish and beef and produce from local farmers. Must-drink Baba Black Lager and HooDoo Golden Ale sit on the 12 taps behind the bar. Stop by for the breakfast buffet with eggs, hash browns, meats, and Danishes starting at $12.99." - Susan Stapleton

The ribs were great. Sides like the baked potato and sweet potato fries were okay. Baked potato was over baked. The sausage was dry and over cooked. Tri-tip was good. Ice tea was fresh brewed.

Only giving it two stars and not one because our server was friendly but could not provide good service because of how understaffed they are. The food was not good at all, two burgers that were not seasoned and were overcooked, and a kids mac and cheese that was Kraft with some shredded cheese sprinkled on top. Very overpriced for the quality of food.

The restaurant I planned on going to was closed so I decided to give this place a chance, despite the mixed reviews. That was a mistake. They serve some of the worst food I've ever received at a restaurant, it was barely edible. The prices were high for the area and especially considering the low quality. The next night I had much better food down the road for cheaper.

For the pricing of this food, it’s was SOOOO BAD. I have never left a 1 star review for a restaurant. Our server was very kind, I’ll give them that. But I’ve never paid so much money for such low quality food in my life. Our burger had very little seasoning, no pickles, and just not good quality, they were $20 burgers. Anytime I’ve ever paid that much for a burger, even half that, they’ve been SO much better. The kids meal was also not cheap, and just Kraft macaroni and cheese, didn’t come with a drink. I tried the ribs, they could have used 5X more bbq sauce, and because of that, were so dry! It felt like they skimped on absolutely everything. If the meals were all 1/2 as much. I wouldn’t have cared, but I paid higher dining prices, for cheap food.

The food was excellent and our server, Allie, was knowledgeable and personal. I had the Elk burger which were perfectly cooked, my fiance had the vegetable pasta with Alfredo which was light, filling, and delicious. My parents had the chicken as well and it was also excellent. A great all-around experience.

For a bustling town, there aren't a lot of food options, but this place seemed like it was close to the Canyon, and local hotels so we stopped in for dinner and to find a hotel for the night. When we arrived, we found a seat at the bar, and was greeted by a friendly bartender. She was extremely helpful, and just very pleasant and upbeat. There weren't many vegetarian options, but they were very accommodating to my requests. Food was good. Nothing to rave about, but we didn't leave hungry that's for sure, as the portions were absolutely huge! Beers were cold, and the cell reception was 100% which was exactly what we needed. Definitely would come back here if we are ever in the area again. Our hotel we found next door, also offered free breakfast here. Breakfast was hot, filling, good choices, and was delicious.

It was okay. I had the trout, which was petty dry and not the flavorful. The sides were just mediocre. The service was good for how short staffed they were. That might have been why the food was just okay as well? It was better than fast food at least though.

Kasey our waitress was amazing but wow the food was bad. The mac n cheese was literally Kraft for $8. Identical. The wings were undercooked and basically nothing really tasted that great. We had a large group and tried quite a bit of the menu and we were all very underwhelmed. Kasey did a great job regardless. We heard this was texmex but there was no mex and very little tex.
