visited [Cozy] with my two children, ages 12 and 5. It was very cold outside, so we went inside. The interior was nice and warm, which we appreciated, but our experience was ruined by the staff. A lady working there treated my son disrespectfully—she scolded him and asked him to put his legs down from the sofa. When we asked if they had fries for kids, she dismissively said it’s a ‘high-end restaurant,’ which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. Ultimately, I decided to leave and canceled our order. While the space itself was pleasant, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on how we were treated.”
