Great first experience! 90$ per person for the buffet minus the lobster. We didn’t get the lobster buffet because there was a lot to choose from with the regular buffet menu. We tried mostly everything— service was so quick and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who likes seafood !! There’s a bib, napkins, and a small trash can at every table for convenience. We definitely needed those napkins! If you don’t mind eating in a quiet space, going afternoon (2-4pm) would be good. There was barely anyone at the restaurant during those hours which was nice. Some things on the menu that we loved: - spicy shrimp - seabass - snow crabs - scallop - crab Rangoon - spicy crab - iron steak I wouldn’t recommend the noodles or fried chicken

I came here recently for seafood and had an amazing experience! I tried the $125 AYCE buffet with lobster ($90 without lobster), and the amount of food I got could've fed a much bigger party. I felt almost full just after the appetizers alone because the portions are quite large. They have a lot of options to choose from but my personal favorites were definitely the seafood boil classics like crab legs, and I also recommend their lobsters and mac 'n cheese. Customer service was also great, the servers and manager himself made sure all your needs are met. I'm definitely adding this to my go-to list for seafood in NYC.

If you love unlimited seafood, you HAVE to try this spot! The place is clean, there are plenty of seafood options and everything was fresh. This place was amazing ! All You Can Eat for $120 with lobster !! Never seen another place like this !! Super dope , not cheap with their stuff ! It's all you can eat !! Cant go wrong with that . We ordered everything . We had a server/host Fred , he was super nice and knowledge. We will definitely be back or check out their city location.

Went here to celebrate our anniversary. It was our first time here. Our server Yung, was great he kept everything moving. The food came out quickly and sizzling hot. Everything was delicious, loved the garlic noodles, salt and pepper lobster and the iron steak. Drinks were also good.

The Crab House is perfect for special occasions like date nights or celebrations with family and friends, offering an impressive seafood selection for $90 and a 1-lobster option for $125. The food was exceptionally fresh, and the service was top notch, making it a must-visit again!

I'm giving four stars bc the service is great, they get real cute with the birthday stuff, and there's variety/quantity. So if you only liked one type of shrimp, you can eat as much as you want, so you're leaving full even if you're only satisfied with a few things. I heard someone rave about this place and when I went myself, I figured they were impressed bc they're not used to nice things so they think it's the best. By no means is this phenomenal, but it's good-ish. If you don't eat much, save your coin. The whole fish was probably my favorite thing, along with the sauce that the calamari comes with. Yes ... The sauce. Have the lobster cakes with the calamari sauce..... Yum! The strawberry lemonade was also really good (no free refills). I didn't drink any alcohol, I came to eat! I'd come back if someone else was paying but I've had better..... No shade. I also think the crab was kind of overcooked. Either the meat was sticking to the shell or there was no meat. The steak is clutch WITH the minced garlic, otherwise it's meh. I think our fav shrimp was the spicy shrimp, kind of overcooked but the best flavor of all the shrimps we had and the sauce on the broccoli? Hated it. They could add more sides to the menu in my personal opinion. I didn't take a whole lot of pics.... My hands were dirty lol (no gloves. And we did ask so idk if they forgot or don't have any). The cheesecake was also really good (my friend surprised me).

Came here for Mother's Day. Excellent all around and well worth the money. The highlights: Lobster claw, butter lobster, iron steak, sea bass and scallops. Great service. Only suggestion is to speed up how fast drinks are brought (even sodas).

For 2 hours you get to eat all the seafood that you can handle! It's $80 per person but you can choose the upgraded option if you want lobster for $115 a person. I love shrimp so I tried 4 different kinds (my fave was the sweet chili). But during my overall visit my favorites were the sizzling scallops, salmon, lobster Mac and cheese, the whole fish, clams, lobster claws, shrimp fried rice, the calamari and of course the buttery whole lobster! When I tell you the service was QUICK, believe me it was quick. Our servers were attentive and helpful with the best options to pick and pacing out our food options. As for drinks, I would definitely try the Hennessy sour if you want something to pack a punch. FOR MY BIRTHDAY PEEPS: Crabhouse offers an amazing promo where the birthday person eats free with a group of 4 or more!

I came here on a Friday during Lent so this was a perfect place to come eat seafood. We did we opted for the $85 meal and with lobster all you can eat it $115. We Really enjoyed the food. We did have some leftovers and was charged very little surprisingly for the amout that we had. To order they give you menu for checklist and as you eat, they bring all the items. I recommend the lobster cakes, scallops, shrimp, fried rice, and the Dungeness crab. The majority of the seatings are booth style, so it's cool that you have your privacy as you devour all this food that they bring to you.

Service was amazing. Izaya was very attentive abd friendly. Food was fresh. Drinks were great. Will definitely return.

If you're in the Coney Island area the Crab house is a must visit! The all you can eat style restaurant has great seafood options that don't disappoint. Must try's: old bay shrimp, crab legs, shrimp fried rice, shrimp Lomein, crab rangoons, steak, and spicy crab. These picks were top tier and are made to order!! So no day old food at a buffet. Also a great thing here is you CAN bring home left over food for an extra charge.

Worth every dime! Delicious. I appreciate the clean updated bathroom. The service was good. If u like seafood with some Chinese food in the mix go.

This restaurant is dope! The servers are on point. The space is bright and cheerful enough for the family, yet intimate enough for a fate. And the food. The Food. Delicious! You order by marking off a checklist - one for drinks and one for the apps and entrees. As soon as the server took our order we got the garlic bread and then maybe 2 minutes later our entree started coming out one by one. It was incredible! Tasty, fried, buttery, indulgent goodness. We'll be back!

I just left this place, and let me say, Omg, this place exceeded my expectations! For $80, it's all you can eat. If you want lobster, it's $115. Everything was delicious!! The service was excellent, and I loved the vibe. When you first walk in, you're like, what am I walking into? But once the elevator opens, it is so pretty. I loved their playlist. They played 90s RnB, which is my favorite. My daughter recommended this place, and I'm glad we went. This is an excellent place to celebrate a birthday or graduation. You cannot beat the price. It was worth it. My kids and fiancé enjoyed it! The drinks were good. The bathroom was spotless. My advice would be to pace yourself. Don't order so much at once. It is a lot of food; they charge you if you want to take it home. I can't wait to go back!

I enjoyed my visit! It was definitely different than what I'm used to in Virginia. We have Captain George's which is an AYCE buffet but you have to get up and go to the food area to get your food. This concept was more contained in that you just order on your paper menu continuously and get all you want in the 2 hours that you are allotted at your table. For me, I felt that we ate the price that we paid in an hour and 30 minutes! We had 5 rounds of the same thing... snow crab legs, Dungeness crab, crawfish... every now and then we'd add on some steak, fried chicken, fried rice, noodles, and broccoli. All that we ordered was great! The Dungeness crab was too over cooked for me but my husband had 0 complaints. I like how the snow crab legs were easy to crack and soft but not over cooked. The sauce on the crawfish was amazing!!!!!! I enjoyed that sauce a lot. Since this establishment was pretty average with what is on their menu, I'm giving it a 4. However, the service needs its own rating... 5 stars. They are so attentive to your needs and QUICK with getting you everything so that you waste NO TIME. I love it. They definitely didn't waste our time and I appreciated it. The day we went was on a Wednesday night and there was maybe 3 people working on the floor, taking orders. And then an extra 2 to help pick up any trash/done piles. Those 5 people were awesome!!!! Kudos to them for working so dang hard to get everyone their food and clearing off tables for guests to have more space for another round. Something to note is that if you need to take anything to-go, they do charge you by the pound. I think that's a great idea in hopes that it combats food waste and from people over-ordering. Make sure you come here ready to spend $$$$$ because AYCE seafood buffets are not cheap (and for good reason). :) Overall, solid spot for seafood in Coney Island!!!!! I def recommend this spot to seafood lovers like myself and my husband.

Once you get out of the elevator you will be shocked at how big & beautiful this place is ! It's sooo incredibly clean too !! The staff was sooo attentive and constantly taking the dirty dishes off our table and bringing our food super quick. The seafood is soooooooo fresh ! And the fact that it keeps coming and coming and coming is awesome. Definitely get a lot for the price and a lot of great options even if you don't eat seafood. Highly recommended the steak and scallops

This place is Excellent! The food was exponentially, fast and delicious. The service was phenomenal, the waitress always came and asked if my table needed any additional items. The ambience is stunning and gives a very much a "dinner vibe". Will come again! Love it here ! - Star was great-

The food was amazing. It's by far the best in comparison to the location in the city. The scenery was very nice and it's very clean. I was server STAR was amazing and will definitely come back with hopes that we get her again. AND STAR CAN SANG YOU HEARDDDDD!!!

I never expected to find myself happily shelling out $100 for a seafood buffet, but Crab House BK proved me wrong. This place deserves a spot in the buffet hall of fame. When they say 'all you can eat,' they mean it. I'm talking about endless lobster, scallops, and shrimp in every imaginable preparation. They keep it coming, and it stays piping hot. They serve it in bento boxes, and even after 5 or 10 minutes on your table, it's still warm. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to any seafood or buffet enthusiast. I left feeling absolutely stuffed - it was quite an experience. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance was just right. Despite being a buffet, it's not chaotic at all. They bring all the food to your table; there's no need to get up and fetch it yourself. Crab House BK is truly an incredible dining experience.

YOU WILL HEAR THE HAPPY BDAY SONG A LOT! The food was good, but I enjoyed the food a bit more at their sister store in Manhattan. Also, they only gave one order of everything despite writing 2 next to our selections. However we had a really nice customer service experience and she can sing! The end.

Such a disappointment. I ate at this Crab House location last night, hopeful that it would be as wonderful as the now defunct, Queens location. We took an elevator one level up to the dining area and we were seated immediately. The staff is attentive and the music is great but the dishes come out much too quickly which makes things feel rushed. We ordered several menu items-crawfish, Old Bay shrimps, snow crabs, spring rolls, garlic noodles etc. We also paid the extra for lobster which was NOT worth the extra money. Portions are generous and it's definitely all you can eat but none of it was flavorful. The seafood was bland and/or watery. Sizzling steak was rubbery. I was also annoyed by the fact that teriyaki sauce is the ONLY sauce used in nearly every dish on the menu, including the broccoli. I wish I could hit backspace and delete on this entire restaurant experience. Dang expensive too!

Not going to lie, the reason I knew about this place was the tiktok for the Manhattan location. But my sister wanted to go to Coney Island and it was her birthday so I thought it was a great opportunity. I missed having AYCE buffets like I did when I was growing up. I made reservations through their website and it was accepted for 9 pm. It is located right near the Coney Island FDNQ train station (3 minute walk) so access isn't a problem. Like others, the main entrance is unassuming and you had to take an elevator to get to the dining room which was gorgeous (my sister was a fan of their lighting). The main reason I have to give it four stars is the fact that the website isn't updated. On the site, it says the hours (for the winter) are from 4-11 pm with last seating at 9:30 pm Monday to Thursday. However, we were told that the kitchen closes at 9:30 when we sat down. So we only had 20 minutes to order. So for anyone else, I would recommend checking their Instagram page since it is up to date and to definitely get an earlier seat time (7:30 pm) to take best advantage of the ayce. Since you can't mix and match buffet options, we chose the $80 buffet option. I wasn't planning on having the $115 lobster option (especially since I was paying for everyone ). And they didn't have it that day so we were good. Overall even with the very limited time due to the kitchen closure, I think it was kind of worth it. Everything was made fresh to order (filled out paper menu like dim sum) and it came super quickly. So quickly, we had to strategize eating to avoid waste. My family's favorite dishes were the jumbo crab legs (of course), the Cajun garlic butter shrimp (flavorful and a top tier dish), the scallops and the little neck clams. I was a fan of the iron steak and my mother loved the ribs. One thing to note is that the Brooklyn location doesn't have a kid's menu so if your child is a particular eater, I would check the menu to see if they are amenable I want to give a special shout-out to our waitress. If we had someone else, our experience could have been 3 stars. She was so nice and I appreciated her honesty and flexibility. She let us know off the rip about the kitchen closure and made sure we were able to order in time and everything was good. I believe her name was Shema but I could be wrong. Overall, I could go back but only at an earlier time and on a weekday to fully enjoy. I could recommend it to others

Second time coming here and I gotta say, still amazing!! The food was nothing less than outstanding. Also ordered the unlimited lobster and that was so great. The salt and pepper lobster- highly recommended. The garlic butter one, not so much. Ambiance is beautiful and the service very friendly. Can't wait to come back!!

Came here while visiting in town from Cali. The food here is so phenomenal!! Everything here is well seasoned and so fresh. I was pretty surprised how good the quality for an AYCE. My favorite thing was the lobsters and the scallops. Once we arrived, we got seated by the host right away, the ambiance was chill and I really enjoy the music, it was a nice old school r&b. If I ever come back to New York I would definitely come here again.

Drove from Long Island all the way to Brooklyn and it was AMAZING! Will definitely be returning. Sammy our waitress was super sweet and explained the process to us before we began ordering. Food came out fast and everything was truly amazing, I would simply pass on the crab cales next time. Spicy shrimp was my favorite.

I got the all you can eat with lobster plan. The food came super fast and was very hot. Some of the portions were very small though, so we had to constantly reorder. They dont tell you that the lobster serving is just a half tail. After a while everything started to taste the same. But I definitely recommend a try.

My first time at an AYCE seafood buffet and this place didn't disappoint! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the seafood despite it being ayce. The portion size is pretty decent for each order so be careful how much you order. But if you do have leftovers, you can bring it home for a small fee too! The snow crab legs with old bay and the sea bass with sweet & sour sauce were my favorite, but everything was pretty good. For the price it's definitely a great deal! The service was also really good and the restaurant is very clean too. The owner served us and he was super helpful and all the food came out super fast too. Definitely recommend checking it out especially if it's for a special occasion. **also you eat here for free on your birthday!**

Came to Crab House for my Birthday & had the Lobster option ! First and foremost EVERYTHING WAS GREAT ! From start to finish every single item was sooooo good & fresh. Wasn't able to capture everything via pictures, however will for sure return here. The ambiance of the restaurant was GREAT ! The music playlist was so good , just made the eating experience even better for real. Service was prompt for the most part food came out hot & fresh and when we were done they took things away promptly. Being that I wanted lobster and it was my first visit I ordered it, moving forward if you don't plan to eat a excessive amount of it the $80 option will do Just fine versus $115. Try the lobster option if you love it lol. Crab House will see me again !

Very comfortable environment, good service (self service as well) The prices are well worth the amount of food given and flavorful. This was my first time going to this type of buffet. They give you a menu and you check off what you want and they bring it to you. Staff check in to see if you're satisfied . Clean bathrooms good music. I hope others have a good experience as well

Amazing service! I always recommend Star because her customer service is the Best!! She makes me want to come back every time! The ambiance is wonderful and clean. And let me not forget about the SEAFOOD! All of the food is well seasoned, cooked and delicious! 10/10 experience all the time! My new favorite seafood spot.

Third time is the charm but in this instance it's not. Came here for dinner twice before and had a great time, food was delicious and wait staff was great. This time around not sure what happened but was not a good time had by anyone. This time was to celebrate a birthday. Initially food arrived after ordering but then just asking for simple things (a knife, extra BBQ sauce, etc) took forever cause it seemed the waiter forgot or got caught up in other stuff. When trying to get his attention things didn't go off too well. Another person took over for the rest of service and things came faster but at times there was a mix up with other tables orders. After today, I'm not giving a recommendation for this place after today's fiasco.

Best Seafood Restaurant in a America!!!!! Service was amazing people were great! Lady who sang happy birthday had an amazing voice! Our waiter was amazing!!!! I give this restuarant a 10/10. We drove all the way from Philadelphia to go here and it was worth the trip! Definitely go here you won't be disappointed!

Very attentive wait staff. Every 10 minutes or so, someone came to clear our table, refill our water, and to check in on us. Food was delicious and well seasoned. Dungeness crab, snow crab legs, and scallops were the highlight of the meal.

Shady looking when you walk in, but after you get off the elevator, BEAUTIFUL... After being seated, (no exaggeration), the young lady waitress brought us our drink menu, soon as we chose, the drinks were on the table, then the food menu, son as we picked the food was delivered, still sizzling in less than 5 mins... everything was delicious, clean, quick service, pleasant people & and such a awesome experience... I WILL BE GOING BACK.

Soooooo i finally made it to the Crab House Brooklyn !!! So i was in Coney Island and was able to convince my Yelping partner for us to go since we were in CI , he agreed so we walked over to the crab house . So when you enter the building your not greater by much, just when hostess who tell you to take the elevator to the 2nd floor.. so once up stairs your surprised by the size and space that was up there, The space is utilized very well they have nice lighting and space for big and or small parties to eat. the hostess sat us and the the waiter came over to explain how things worked... so your given a menu at the beginning he ask if you want the lobster all you can eat or the $80 all you can eat we chose the $80 meal and I'll tell you! It was worth the money ... they bring water and some of the best toasted bread before your meal comes. for the 1st rd we got the snow & dungeon crab legs as well as the pan seared Scallops, and shrimp with cajan butter sauce .. so i wanted to see how fast it was for them to bring each meal to the table ( took out my stop watch and it took 2 min or so from When they took our marked up menu to the back and bring our first dish. And let's say that the dishes came fast, hot , and seasoned like they put so much love into the cooking lol cause everything i put in my mouth was delicious well seasoned and and i LOVED every single thing i got .. For Rd 2 (cause that's all we had room for lol ) we ordered the cajan butter shrimp , old bay shrimp , garlic shrimp noodles and ribs. Now i expected the sea food to be good there i really did but when you got the ribs and garlic noodle i was overly pleased with what we spend to come have dinner here. The ribs were so tender and the barbecue sauce was A1 ...

Honestly, I used to think this place was the bomb. But for those who have never tried Umi Hotpot Sushi and Seafood Buffet, you should. There are different locations of Umi and for about $40 per person there are a variety of seafood options along with other kinds of food. There was a brand new opening of Umi on Staten Island a few weeks ago. Its address is 1001 Goethals Road N. There are fresh oysters, clams, drunken crawfish and regular crawfish, stone crabs, snow crab legs, sushi, lobsters, clams, variety of small dishes, and so much more. It's just not worth the $80 anymore for the crabhouse. A lot of the seafood at the crabhouse is cooked in very heavy sauces and there's just not enough variety of food. $80 is not cheap, when it used to be $55 after the pandemic lockdown. I used to go to the Manhattan location. There's also another Umi location in Sheepshead Bay. I've never been to that one before, but the one on Staten Island is bound to have the freshest food options since it just opened not long ago. But make sure you go during dinner time to make sure you get the best bang for your buck! I went on a Thursday evening

After an hour long train ride from Manhattan, my wife and I were looking for a good place to eat. She adores seafood so we stopped here. When you first enter, you don't see anything except a beautiful young woman sitting in a chair at the end of the hall. It turns out, the restaurant is on the second floor and she is the one that take you up. Unusual but kinda cool too. Once upstairs, the first thing I noticed was the place was extremely clean. I mean, super duper clean. Even the bathrooms. I rarely take photos of the bathrooms but I did this time to show how modern and clean they are. The staff was really nice to use until we found out the buffet was 115 dollars a person and opted to just order off the menu. This seemed to annoy our waiter who never really paid much attention to us again. It seems they sell the buffet here and anything less they may feel is a waste of their time. That's just how it felt. We ordered salmon for her and garlic shrimp pasta for me. My wife also ordered clam chowder as well. This is where it got weird and but cool. Our meals came out within two minutes. Hot, sizzling for the salmon, and smelling great. I have no idea how they made it and delivered it that fast. It was impressive. The food was incredible. Extremely tasty and plenty of it. This would have been a three review but the cleanliness and the food quality made it a four even with sketchy table service. Not everyone is up for 115 dollar per person lunches. We should be treated "less" for it.

Went with a party of 5 on a Sunday night - not packed. Seated right away - very spacious seating - glove box and bibs provided - 80$ per person - no lobster at this location - order through a piece of paper -serves alcohol - birthday girl/boy free within 2 days of birthday - let the staff know, they will bring out a candle lit cheesecake and sing - Cajun shrimp was the best as well as the snow crab - loved the shrimp garlic noodle, but don't fill yourself up on this and stick to the expensive seafood! - clam chowder is not that good. - iron steak was just small meat pieces. Stick to the seafood -Broccoli with brown sauce. It tastes like teriyaki sauce but watered down -fried seabass not like what is in pictures on their website.

Yum!!! I saw this place floating around on Instagram and decided to stop by to give it a try. Service was great, food came extremely quick and the decor/ambiance is so nice and earthy inside. For $80, bring a nice appetite and a gang to help you eat for this all you can eat seafood spot! Personal favorites were the iron steak, Dungeness crab and the Cajun shrimp!

Baby, let me tell you. I have been to the one they had in Queens, when they first opened, pre pandemic, it cost $40 pp. They have a spot in Manhattan also. Ok so here's the deal. This spot is in Coney Island. When u first go inside it looks vacant but a quick trip up the elevator, escorted by host and your at a lovely dining area. We chose the $115 lobster dinner. At the place in queens they had lobster option but it was not all u can eat lobster just have a tail with your meal. My sister is a big food critic so when the first dishes came out sizzling she was excited. But when that salt and pepper lobster came out I got excited. We ordered fried shrimp that was great. The steak that was sizzling. Lobster, crab legs, sweet chili sea bass and sweet chili flounder. We ordered the lobster about 4 times. They give you a two hour time limit. Plenty of time to get in everything. We also ordered a few items that weren't that good. Like the broccoli in garlic sauce, the lobster cakes, and some other kind of stemmed shrimp and spring rolls. Oh and we had the lobster Mac and cheese which came out nice and hot and good and the garlic bread was good. The price for non lobster meal is $80pp. The music they played was old school r&b. We had a few drinks also. All in all this place was a hit! Don't hestitate to go. I guess cause it's new we went at 3pm on a Sunday and no line or wait and it was great!

Service was fantastic. They didn't take their time bringing out more food loke other places, all the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Nice ambiance great music. And they give alot per serving so don't over order.

I will be back ! Took my hubby here for a bday dinner . The birthday boy ate free. Food was good ! I liked the scallops , crab legs and steak . Customer service was cool and quick . I wish this location was a little cleaner downstairs with a little bit more pizzazz. But definitely a good value and I will be back !

Waiter was really nice and the vibes were awesome. Yong brought us out our waters and drink very fast and also made sure our food was phenomenal. Also whoever DJ always got the hits

In general, a fun seafood experience for all at a pretty full price. Of course, you can always come for a birthday with a group. It's on a 2nd floor right next to the Stillwell subway station. Didn't seem very busy, albeit I came for a somewhat early dinner, and not long after the place initially opened.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Staff was quite friendly, food and drinks were delicious. Everything we ordered had great flavor. Some may say it's a little pricey, but for the amount of food you can eat, I think it's worth it. Will be back soon!

The food was great! I loved their choice of music . It was a soulful 70's radio station. The service was even better. I would recommend to anyone . The manager Fred was very on top of things, he always stopped by to make sure we were okay.

I like the fact you order and the food comes out fresh and hot. Tip 1 Order only a few items at a time as the service is fast and all the food comes out at relatively the same time with each order. Tip 2 The portions are huge so pick your items carefully or ask them to make the portions smaller. Tip 3 Skip Manhattan location and come here on the weekend as it's new and there is no line or wait Tip 4 Sea bass was delicious

- good service - food comes with the quickness - no 'to go' or u have to pay extra don't try to over order and take the rest home - portions are huge - theres no much lobster options - although the crab legs are scrawny, they taste great - good ribs - good fries - good shrimp - great bread - 25% full on a Tuesday at 7pm - cocktails are small and expensive - no TVs unless u were tryin to go and watch the game - I liked the garlic noodle, but the portion is very large - ice cold beer ftw - almost no free parking the spot I found was $7 minute walk away
