Crab House Times Square

I had the opportunity to venture this newly open beautiful restaurant. This decor has a grand and theatrical—Versailles-style painted ceilings and walls. The food was amazing too. I especially like the lobster, crabs, grilled octopus, lamb chops and yummy Wagyu. There dishes were on point, flavorful and makes you want more. Even the Wagyu fried rice was good. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Our servers Tiffany and Jean were very attentive. This the place to have your special gatherings，girls night out, and holiday parties with their many spacious and elegant private party rooms.

I had such a great experience here. The service was friendly, fast, and really attentive, which made the night even better. The seafood was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, and the meat was high quality and cooked perfectly. The overall ambiance was really nice too! elevated but still welcoming, perfect for a night out. I’ll definitely be coming back again to try more of the menu!

The food was absolutely delicious! My husband and I went yesterday, and I have to say—we were impressed. Everything we ordered was fresh, cooked to perfection, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was phenomenal—definitely giving upscale crab house vibes. It's a big step up from the 55th Street location. This one has a more refined, classy feel, so you may want to dress up a bit (totally optional, but it fits the vibe). Now, onto the food: Scallops: Incredible—perfectly seared and topped with a rich, flavorful sauce. Dungeness crab: Fresh and cooked just right. Snow crab: Absolutely amazing. Fried shrimp: Crispy, juicy, and seasoned well. Crab Rangoon: WOW—SO GOOD. Probably one of the best I’ve had. Lamb chops: Just okay. Not bad, but not the standout of the meal. Dessert- BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS! The only downside was the service. Our server seemed pushy, trying to steer us toward dishes we clearly said we didn’t like. He even told us they didn’t have salt and pepper lobster, which we later saw being served at nearby tables. It felt like he was trying to move certain items, rather than helping us choose what we really wanted. That said, the overall experience was still very enjoyable. Great food, beautiful setting, and a much more elevated vibe compared to other locations. We’ll definitely be back—but maybe asking for a different server next time!

I had the pleasure of dining at Crab House Times Square, and it was spectacular! The elegant, upscale atmosphere made for such a great first impression. As soon as we walked in, the service was top-notch, the staff was so attentive, friendly, and really made us feel welcome. The party room is fantastic, a perfect space for hosting events or just enjoying a meal with a group. Now, onto the food... everything was incredible! The lobsters and Dungeness crab were unbelievably fresh and cooked just right. The Wagyu ribeye steak and Wagyu kalbi were incredibly tender and packed with flavor. The octopus was perfectly cooked, and the Wagyu fried rice was rich and satisfying. And don't even get me started on the spicy shrimp, the perfect amount of heat and flavor that had me going back for more. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to go back!

What an amazing spot in the heart of Times Square! 🦀 The Premium Seafood All-You-Can-Eat was beyond impressive — everything from lobster and crab to shrimp and oysters was so fresh and delicious. Definitely one of the best seafood experiences in the city. 🦞🍤 The restaurant itself is gorgeous, with stylish décor and private rooms that are perfect for birthdays, events, or group celebrations. 🎉🥂 I love how they make it feel special, especially with their Tuesday birthday deal where the birthday person eats free with a group — such a fun touch! If you love seafood and want a place that feels festive and unforgettable, this is the place to be. Highly recommend! 🌟
