New restaurants opening soon in Las Vegas include second locations for Dave’s Hot Chicken and Oming’s Kitchen | Eater Vegas

"A boil-in-the-bag seafood concept expanding into a 3,229-square-foot restaurant that will seat about 100 indoors plus a shaded patio for another 30–40 customers. Diners pick a sauce (from mild spicy up to the spicy Assin8) and order seafood by the pound—options include crab legs, Dungeness crab, shrimp, mussels, clams, and crawfish—and can add sausage, corn, quail eggs, or potatoes. Recommended accompaniments include garlic noodles or Cajun pasta. The interior will evoke a pier setting with wood beams, ropes, pine wood and brick accents, and outdoor misters; the chain originated in 2014 in California and was aiming for an October opening." - Bradley Martin

Google
It was mine and my silly sisters’ first time here. The environment felt so welcoming and calm. The customer service was impeccable. Our server checked on us multiple times to make sure we were okay. The owner was talking to everyone and was very frolicsome. The food was very fresh and came fast. I got the lemon better and CNS sauce. The seafood was cooked perfectly. I got the beignets to go and they were probably the best I ever had. This place was a 10/10 and will definitely recommend to my friends and family

Google
I don’t know what that other reviewer is talking about with the “terrible flavor” comment, because that was not my experience at all.. The flavors here were outstanding. I enjoyed every bit of it. My husband and I tried the AYCE seafood boil, and it was fantastic. We’ve been to plenty of seafood boil places, and this one honestly surprised us. I was even expecting to get heartburn or acid reflux afterward (because I always do), but I didn’t! The sauce was spicy, flavorful, super saucy, and just a perfect mix. Definitely try the Cajun coconut flavor. The Cajun fries were delicious too, and the Nutella beignets were so good. My only minor complaint is that I wish they offered more side options for AYCE. Other than that, great service and amazing flavors. Give it a try.

Google
Hands down the best seafood boil I’ve ever been to! Service was beyond amazing and even the manager checked on every table making sure we had everything we needed. Celebrated my birthday here! I got the all you can eat and it was full of so many selections. Also got some complimentary birthday beignets! Best ones you’ll ever have in your life! - Birthday Richard

Google
Crab and Spice was okay for me. I love seafood boils, especially garlic butter, but I didn’t really like the garlic butter sauce here the taste just wasn’t for me. The seafood itself was a lot and really good, and the Filipino guy who helped us was super nice and friendly. Maybe I should try the other sauces next time because my friends really liked the Cajun one.

Our experience today with Jay was wonderful! He was very kind and attentive. We celebrated my mom's retirement here and the food was delicious! Service was exceptional. Thank you Jay! We will be back! P.s Lemon Garlic is where it's at! All In was also tasty! 😋

Google
We got the AYCE king crab legs and whole lobster. We definitely used up our alloted 90 minutes and ate around 5lbs of each. The service was super quick at first then slowed down a bit towards the end when the kitchen started getting busy. Our server and busser were very friendly and attentive the entire night. Not once did we feel like we were being rushed. I have been waiting for them to bring back AYCE king crab legs and am so glad I finally got the chance to try it and definitely feel like I got my money’s worth. It’s a steal for sure. If you love seafood boil, I’d make my way over here to take advantage of these deals before they end again!

Google
Came with my Gf to get the AYCE. Vilma was our server and she made sure to come by often to get us what we needed especially with the AYCE being 90 minutes. When it comes to the AYCE there is alot of rules however, Vilma made sure to explain and point out information regarding the rules without even asking. as we sat and watched she and others did the same to the neighboring tables. Definitely recommend!

Google
Our waitress Lala dark skin short with red braids !! Man she’s the best ! Costumer service 10/10 she made sure we were straight the entire time and she really looked out for us like we were here folk ! Will definitely recommend shopping by ask for Lala tell her Jay sent you. Thank you Lala and continue to be a blessing to those you serve. Until next time

Yelp
Johnathan was an excellent server. Very attentive and prompt. Did not have to wait long for the food to come out and was very hot.

Yelp
Hands down one of the best dining experiences I've had in a while. The food was incredible, fresh, flavorful, and packed with just the right amount of spice. You can tell they really know what they're doing in the kitchen. But what really stood out was the service. Our server, Adrian, was so friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without ever rushing us. Everyone there made us feel welcome, like we were regulars. We left stuffed, happy, and already talking about what we'll order next time. If you're craving seafood with amazing flavors and outstanding service, Crab & Spice is the spot.

Yelp
Food was 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Garlic Noodles tasted like it had a pound of sugar and garlic on it. The Cajun shrimp boil bag with potatoes and corn tasted butter and oil. The shrimp was old, some of the potatoes were cooked and some were hard, the corn was extremely over cooked and when bite into it was mushy. Ordered and Cod Fish basket with Cajun fries and hot sauce. The outside of the fish was cooked nicely but the fish was over cooked and had a fishy taste. The fries had no seasoning tried to dipped the fries and fish into the boil bag seasoning and tasted nothing but butter oil. The hot sauce was sweet, sour, tangy, and nasty. The waitress Cynthia was nice and attentive did her best to accommodate us.

Yelp
Quite an experience coming here! I would say the ChinaTown location is significantly better. I understand that the servers we had may have been busy with a large party at the time of our serving. Our server was nice and airy, but was so "on the move", she almost forgot to take my order every time, but would remember to ask for my partner's bag at least. She also asked if it was an occasion multiple times and we informed her multiple times no occasion. I get that she may have been trying to be nice but it also feels very superficial when you are not listened to. BUT our actual bags of crab were not the best quality like the crab was overcooked and very hard to remove from the shells.
google avatar

Yelp
Vegas has all the good food. Most of the time, at unreasonable prices when it comes to seafood. Not here, you get an AYCE experience at a great price! The quality of the food is good. I don't expect fresh, but I expect frozen seafood goin into that hot water that turns out slightly overcooked which is okay, because it is a seafood boil after all. The service is quite slow every time we go in so that is a big downfall however all of my ratings are purely based on food quality. For the price, it's good. If it were more expensive, I would tell you to look elsewhere but this is a good place for a good value. Their sauces are great and high in sodium so make sure you drink plenty of water while you consume your delicious food!

Yelp
An amazing experience! The all you can eat is definitely worth it and everything comes out nice and hot. It is such a good deal! The place is nice and clean as well. The service was superb and I didn't have to wait long to be seated.
google avatar

Katherine Forred F.

Yelp
The service was terrible. There were only 2 tables in the restaurant. The waitress old Not even refill our water. The crab was not all you can eat. They have a lot of add on charges. They charge to peel shrimp! Never again!! Save your money

Yelp
After our much needed girls trip to Vegas, we wanted to close off the week with a good meal. We saw this place on many social media platforms and as seafood boil lovers, we knew we had to try it out. We got sat very quickly, but we came at a good time as this place got very busy very fast. You can choose up to 4 main seafood "pieces" per orders and if you want you can double up on anything to complete your 4 "pieces". It was a little bit difficult to get in our second order as our server was hard to reach and track down. It was still very yummy and once they're able to get the quicker service to really feel like an AYCE then I'd love to recommend this place to others!

Yelp
We did the AYCE option with snow crab and it was worth the extra $18 per person. My husband and I really enjoyed this location because the service was great and our food came out very quickly. We always order our bag plain and get the sauce on the side. My favorite is the coconut sauce since it is both spicy and creamy. We arrived around 5 pm and were seated shortly after. Drinks came out fast and our order was taken right away. After the first bag, our waitress put in the next order so we never had a long wait in between. The inside is nice and spacious and the overall experience was great. We have done the AYCE option at different locations about four times and this is our go-to spot rather than a regular buffet with snow crab.

Yelp
Here visiting family and decided to try this place because they are AYCE seafood boil. I love me some seafood boils. It's $38.99 per person and for an additional $18 you get AYCE snow crab legs or an additional $21 for AYCE lobster. Their service was pretty good. They had someone come and empty your shell bucket often so it doesn't fill up. I appreciated that. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. It's a cute place and seemingly clean for a seafood place. Music wasn't too loud and it was a fun place to eat at. Their sauces were mid. We got the crab n spice sauce in a medium and it wasn't too spicy. I tried their coconut Cajun ads side dipping sauce because I heard people say it was good. It wasn't that good. Nothing really about it stood out to me. Some of our seafood bags seasonings came out a little too salty. We also order their captain chowder to share and that was delicious! All in all, I would come back and eat here again.

Yelp
I came in without an idea of what to expect here.. but, wow! The service really blew us out of the water. We had the best waitstaff - multiple people checked on us and helped us decide what to get. They could have recommended to get the more expensive options but helped us make the best choice for our tastes and table size. The food was great - yummy seafood with delicious seasoning. This is the place to go to get your hands dirty and eat great seafood!

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday evening about 6pm, with my family (party of 6). It was about a 5 minute wait after checking in, so we had just beat the rush. Our server was so warm and friendly and happily explained the AYCE menu to us. I came here with the intent of ordering AYCE snow crab but after my first round I was so full. Everything was delicious, except there were a few pieces of shrimp that were slightly overcooked and some of the crab legs were hard to get all the meat out. I ordered the "all in" sauce and it was one of the best I've had from a crab boil restaurant. Will definitely return next time we're in Vegas again!

Yelp
Food and service were great for our party! Watched a couple with a toddler come in to dine. They had nuggets for the child and were hoping to enjoy an adult meal. They left when they were told the toddler couldn't have "outside food". They lost revenue and I felt it wasn't appropriate to restrict a young child.

Yelp
The food is always good! Always enough sauce in the bag! Crab and spice never disappoint! Jonathan our server, was attentive and friendly!!!

Yelp
I reviewed this location 3 years ago and my review remains the same! Same great service, same great flavors! Our server was Teresa and she was the absolute sweetest! When I'm on this side of town I try and come eat here.

Yelp
I kept trying to decide where I wanted to go for Vegas to get crab and decided to check this place out. Currently they are doing all you can eat you get your first round of crap free but if you want to continue having crab, you have to pay 18 bucks. Overall for myself with a soda came to about 68 plus tips. Server was super nice. Though I wish they had better utensils to crack the crab I feel the scissors would break. Reminds me a lot of angry crab back in Az but still a good place you are time limited and after my second I went to bathroom and thought about ordering more but my bill was ready for me even though I prob still had a hour left.
google avatar

Cheryll R.

Yelp
Pro: The food was okay. Cons: fairly long wait & they don't take reservations. It is not really an all you can eat. There were things on there like the lobster tail, which were not included in the all you can eat price but on the all you can eat menu and had an upcharge of $18 for one. + more charges after 1 snow crab cluster. I felt the menu was pretty deceiving as well as confusing for the 1st time. Very MESSY and we were told they been out of bibs for awhile so don't where anything nice! We had to continuously ask for water/soda refills. The food & Sauces were ok but I wouldn't come back.
google avatar

Lisa M.

Yelp
We will definitely NOT be returning. There were literally TWO tables occupied when we walked in and they still asked us to scan a QR code to be added to a waitlist (why??). As soon as we pointlessly sat down, they came over to say a table was ready. Food was just barely edible. Crawfish were black underneath. My shrimp were completely inedible. I ate one and spit it out. Also spit out the one mussel I ate because of how much sand and grit was in it. No tools provided to try to crack into the crab, so good luck with that. Potatoes and corn were okay. Seats are extremely uncomfortable, I'm assuming in an attempt to get you to leave sooner. Wood benches with no padding. It was like sitting on a 2x4. The soap dispensers at all 3 hand washing sinks didn't work. They had soap in them, but the pumping mechanism didn't work so you couldn't get any soap out. $20 fee for leftover food and then they don't even let you take it! I understand you can't take a to go box at an AYCE place, but if you're going to charge me literally more than 50% of my entire meal, you could at least let me take it home. Glad we tried it so I know to AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
google avatar

Yelp
An interesting tad bit about the service is that there is one person designated just to empty the bucket and the trash from your table. That sounds standard for most places we eat at. However, at this place he was rather efficient and consistent which is great in clearing the mess that is made with the style of eating that restaurants like this incorporate. Fun, all hands style of eating. I had the shrimp already peeled with lemon garlic sauce and not spicy and my wife had the shrimp all in sauce with mild spiciness. The flavor is not too intense and the longer the shrimp and crab legs it came with stayed in the sauce the better. The chicken wings were a great compliment to the flavor I already got with the shrimp and crab legs. Nice crunch, really juicy and tender. and the lemon pepper fries had an amazing citrus balance and it was really crispy yet fluffy on the inside. And it's all you can eat. It can't get too much better than that. you can add the lobster tail and the king crab legs for an added one time charge. I think next time I'll do that. This does not come cracked already but that's okay. If you love boiling crab and other restaurants like that, I highly recommend this place. Junior was our server and he payed a lot of attention to our needs and anticipated what we would ask for.

Yelp
This place is Awesome! Make sure that you have the "All U can Eat dungeness crab. When you stop by please ask for Adrian! He is "Da-Man!"

Yelp
Was craving seafood boil and my cousin suggested this place. It was probably an hour to closing, so we decided to order take out. It was of course busy on a weekend and there was still people waiting to dine in. We were able to place our order with one of the staff. He was very patient and gave great suggestions. We ordered shrimp, clams, and sausage in mild crab n spice sauce. The sauce was pretty tasty with a slight kick to it. A little on the too watery side tho. Regardless, shrimp and clam were perfectly paired with the sauce. And pretty much ate it with some steamed white rice. The only thing was when we got home to start our feast , we noticed there was no sausage in sight in either bag of seafood. And I was also bummed that I didn't get to try their clam chowder because they had literally ran out right when we got there. Maybe next time.

Yelp
Where I'm from we have a more famous Viet-Cajun seafood boil place that also has a location in LV. Thanks to some clever social media, we were introduced to this AYCE knock-off. My friend I went there over the Memorial Day weekend because the thought of AYCE King Crab was too hard to pass up. The wait wasn't that long even though the places was packed. They give you 90 minutes to gorge yourself. We didn't try anything other than the King Crab and the one complimentary order of snow crab. The place was clean. It had neon signage and murals on the wall. The tables are lined with butcher paper. The server was friendly but not super present after the first order. So, here's the first pro tip, order your next batch when you are eating one. Don't go crazy because they penalize you for wasting food although you can hide stuff in the bucket. The King Crab tasted fine but clearly not the cream of the King Crab crop. The legs were small and not meaty. Some of the shells were bendy rather than crackable. They served a ton with tiny claws with more than enough spikes to make it hard to eat. Second pro tip, bring your own crab cracker and tiny metal fork and it may solve the aforementioned problems. The scissors/cracker they provide looked like they were from the Dollar Tree. They weren't clean. They couldn't cut through thicker shells. Part of the plastic broke off. We ordered their green beans were were bland, and heavily crusted. Definite a pass and would not recommend it. The fries and Cajun fries were okay. The rice was overcooked. It is about 100 pp with tip for the AYCE King Crab. This is a seasonal offer. Overall, would I go back? Probably not. I prefer the Boiling Crab with their AYCE option. However, if I was with a friend that wanted to go, I would be okay with returning.

Yelp
Great boil! Lots of flavor. Our server Jonathan was very attentive and made sure we were okay or asked if we needed anything else.

Yelp
I visited Crab n Spice for a birthday celebration. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated which is not bad. The waitress explained the menu to us and even gave recommendations. I ordered The Captains Choice it tasted great especially the lobster tail. The lemon pepper sauce tasted good and after you've made a mess there's a wash station where you can throughly wash your hands. There were two things I didn't like one being they don't have actually crab crackers for you to use so you're using a small fork and your hands. I also don't like that unless everyone at the table is ordering all you can eat then you can't order it.
google avatar

Kaela A.

Yelp
Walked in Friday evening they were going through a shift change so we waited about 10 mins or so before we were sat. Cynthia was our server and she was fabulous!! We got the captains choice ($49.99) with shrimp and extra sausage rice and the garlic noodles. Food was delicious and came out fairly fast. I would definitely recommend eating here if you're in the mood for a shrimp boil. Friendly staff and delicious food!

Yelp
Third time to this place and my husband and son love the CrabNSpice Original All you can eat deal. Our server was Teresa and she was very nice. Thank you for you help

Yelp
We come here all the time whenever we want some good crab. The flavors are always on point, perfectly seasoned, and the portions are generous. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is casual and welcoming. Every visit feels consistent, which keeps us coming back. Highly recommend it for anyone craving fresh, flavorful crab!

Yelp
Teresa was awesome! Quick service! Great food and amazing music! We came for a date night :)

Yelp
I had an absolute FEAST today, filled up on some AYCE crab legs, and their beignets are not to be slept on! Thank you Tita Teresa! Also the playlist was totally on point for cracking these crustaceans

Yelp
We walked in and scanned the bar to be in the waitlist. We waited for about 15mins and got seated to a booth table. The whole wall was nicely decorated. Beachside style decor. Towards the back there is a handwashing stations and where the restrooms are has a wall where you can free write on the designated wall. The foods and seasoning were good. We ordered AYCE and add ons whole lobsters and king crab legs with mussels, shrimps, scallops and sausages with crab n spice and lemon pepper seasonings. For sides we added corn on the cob and quail eggs. And also included wings so we ordered that too! I would have given a 5 stars but after the first bag was delivered to our table the next rounds took forever! The strategy is as soon as they delivered the first bag order your next round so by the time you finish it will get to your table right away. Just be sure to order what you can finish. There is a huge parking space around as it is located next to other small businesses. Yea, I would go back for my seafoods cravings! Also for Yelpers if you check in they give you a free soda!

Yelp
Food was really yummy and flavorful . Ordered the a.y.c.e crab, shrimp and mussels. Adrian our server was also very helpful with explaining how to order and very attentive the whole time we were there.

Yelp
I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I want to save someone from spending $200 on a bad meal. I want to keep this short so here are my opinions: 1. I was really disappointed that they didn't have AYCE king crab legs even though it's advertised on the menu and boards on the walls 2. Menu was confusing and even after the server explained it we were still unsure 3. My husband and I ordered snow crab, scallops, peeled shrimp and mussels in garlic butter sauce and it honestly tasted like the chef dumped jars of pre-minced garlic in oil onto the seafood. It was so much garlic you couldn't taste anything else. I still can't taste anything else but garlic hours later. The corn was so overcooked it was like eating mush. Same with the shrimp. 4. I ordered scallops and Cajun fries and received neither. 5. My son said the kids meal (popcorn chicken and fries) was just ok. 6. The atmosphere was fitting for a crab shack. My husband said the bathroom was not clean and they were out of paper towels. On a positive note, there was a large party sitting next to us and they seemed to be enjoying the food, and the restaurant was packed with customers. We were just really disappointed after spending $200 on subpar seafood.

Ruby H.

Yelp
Theresa was amazing! The music is good. Make sure to ask for the extra sauce and the lemon pepper fries!

Chalez K.

Yelp
Went thursday night with my grandparents for their lastnight while they were in town. The food was amazing and it's a lot if you choose to do all you can eat, so make sure you're hungry. Also our server Teresa was so sweet, excellent service were definitely be back again

William S.

Yelp
I'd give it zero if I could Unfortunately, I decided to try Crab Spice after seeing so many good reviews on TikTok, but it was a huge disappointment. The food was extremely bland -- no flavor, no salt, just very plain and unappetizing. The bathroom reeked, and there was even a sign admitting they were aware of the problem, which made things even worse. Honestly, it was not a good experience at all. I'd give this place a zero if I could, but since I can't, I have to give it a one. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Yelp
Vilma was amazing & very welcoming! Great customer service. Food was 10/10. I'll be back!

Yelp
After an underwhelming trip to the north outlets and not buying as much as I wanted to because the type of stores wasn't great, I was ready to have dinner here. Drove over and got on the waitlist, which only took 5 minutes. Of course I did the AYCE and did a yelp check in for a soda. Your first order does come with a cluster of crab legs and I did add on one lobster tail for $12. Here's what else I ordered: 1/2 pound shrimp with potatoes in crab n spice mild 1/2 pound crawfish with corn and quail eggs in garlic butter mild Fried green beans Cajun fries Damn, I didn't even order that much did I? Haha oh well, I wanted to order mussels too but I was too stuffed by the end of the meal. Everything was good. I didn't mind the small serving of the sides since I was eating by myself. I've never had quail eggs in a seafood boil back in cali so I tried it here and I wasn't really a fan. Only ate 1 egg out of 3. The shrimp, crab legs, and lobster were good. I like crawfish but the crawfish here didn't taste fresh. I also asked for lemon slice and pepper and salt on the side. It took them awhile to get it maybe because it's not usual to get that here? Some other hiccups happened including a lady dropping my fries when she put it too close to the table's edge. She apologized and it wasn't a big deal but I did ask her for lemon slices twice and she never brought it out. I also witnessed one of the workers, perhaps the one responsible for switching out claw buckets, pick up a $10 bill that fell out from someone and he pocketed it. Lol I decided not to say anything but I did see that. Haha Overall the food is good, lots of nice workers, and good value. For under $40 ayce seafood boil is a deal. I would recommend this place for groups. Its nice to see there are a few locations in Cali, something I wasn't aware of.

Yelp
Our dinner experience at this location was wonderful, we came down for my mom's birthday and Teresa took great care of us with wonderful service and very attentive to our dinner. She constantly checked up on us and ensured we had what we needed. Ambiance was nice with music and TV in the background. Food was nice with AYCE and side options. Thank you Teresa and Lake Mead team, we had fun and will return!

Yelp
We were visiting for the week. Our server, Jay, was very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the AYCE seafood and added lobster tails. Everything was delicious and filling. Great prices for the food and quality of seafood.

Yelp
This was my first time eating at this restaurant. My daughter's boyfriend wanted to take me out to dinner. The ambiance was its own vibe. It is fitting to the target audience. It was clean, good music and open space. Yet it does get over packed. The service from our waitress Abby was good. The young lady who seated us was good as well. Now let's talk about this food. The only thing that was half way decent was the Lemon Pepper wings. My shrimp and crab legs were OVER COOKED. I couldn't even eat them. Some of my daughter's food was over cooked as well. I did mention this to our waitress. However, I will give her the benefit of the doubt. She was young. She really didn't do anything about the issue. She even brought out the burnt Beignets. When I told her that they were burnt and not supposed to look like how they were looking. She stated that they were soft in the inside SMH. Overall. The food and special they have is for a certain type of target market. Which is NOT me nor my tastebuds. I would say. Spend a little more money and go somewhere else. If you are not able to and would like to have their seafood anyway. Just know you have been warned! I personally DO NOT recommend this place at all.

Yelp
Came here with my bf and we had the best time, the food was amazing, and the service by Adrian was next level (he's hella funny). 10/10 recommend for seafood lovers

Yelp
This was my first AYCE seafood boil experience and it was too worth it! The menu has great options for seafood and sides and the Crab N Spice Original sauce is so delicious. Restaurant has a lot of seats so we didn't have to wait to be seated. The waitress was quick, attentive and knowledgeable. The supporting staff is also friendly and quick to help. They also have handwashing sinks near the restrooms which make it easier to clean up before/during/after your meal. We usually prefer to do seafood boils at home (it's cheaper) but for the amount of food you get and the quality, it's worth the splurge every once in a while.

Yelp
We came to this location to have dinner with family we are visiting and our experience was amazing! Cynthia was very hospitable and attentive. Given we are visiting of California it was our first time at Crab n Spice so she was great in going over the menu and options we had prior to ordering. The food was great as well which made our overall experience great. Thanks Cynthia!

Yelp
The food was ok at best. The Shrimp overcooked, the Lobster was tough as nails and had no flavor and the corn on the cob was done an hour ago. Call me picky but corn should be crisp of the cob, Lobster should have some flavor and the Shrimp from Costco is 10 times better. Our waitress was not attentive. My wife ordered all you can eat Crab. We had to track down our waitress to let her know she wanted more. We had to track her down to refill our waters. At the prices they charged I would have expected much better service and much better food quality. When we left around 7:00 pm the place was about half full. We did notice a steady stream of delivery people coming in to pick up orders. We love Seafood but this was a real let down. Wished it had been better.
