"In theory, Craft Hall in Northern Liberties is exactly what parents are looking for—it’s enormous, packed with TVs, arcade games, a full-sized pirate-ship jungle gym, and beer from attached Mainstay Independent Brewing. In reality, the tables and furniture are messy with old food, the play area reaches Chuck E. Cheese-levels of chaos, and the food maxes out at mediocre. Diners coming by car can even park next door in Lot A at Rivers Casino.
