Very delicious spot. The steak was amazing so were all the sides. Service was friendly and fast . Definitely will be going back and highly highly recommend for anyone looking for fresh, healthier options.

I ordered the medium rare steak plate with roasted potatoes and the tomato mozzarella caprese, and for under $20, I was honestly impressed. The steak was cooked just right, tender and full of flavor. The potatoes were nicely roasted, and the caprese was fresh and tasty. The service was also excellent—friendly and attentive from start to finish. Great value and a great meal. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I usually bring about the Lebanese hospitality. But our Iraqi brothers and sister showed me a different dimension of generosity. I tried the ahi tuna on a salad Niçoise salad, a home made drink and a steak with some vegetables. The salad was on spot with the dressing and the portion was beyond filling. The steak didn’t need any sauce and the vegetables were grilled fresh. Until now, this is the only healthy restaurant that deserves the name. Eating healthy, filling your belly, and enjoying a good food. What a triple whammy! A must visit with n Al cajon San Diego. See you all soon!

Very delicious restaurant with excellent service I normally get the beet and goat cheese salad with grilled grass feed steak and a blueberry mint lemonade the steak is cook perfectly salad is great and the lemonade is delicious definitely a must try if you like good food and are near El Cajon parking is hard this shopping center gets busy

EVERYTHING is AWESOME! Food is Superb. Staff is friendly and efficient. Everything is nice and clean. Faris, the Manager is friendly, efficient, attentive, and creates a wholesome safe place to work and eat.

Came in with my partner around 6:45pm and ordered to-go to be nice, but a few minutes later we realized most people were dining in (inside and outside), so we asked if we could switch. We were told no because they close at 7. Totally understand closing times, but it felt odd since we saw people still eating outside and others getting their food just minutes after we were told we couldn’t dine in. We asked only a few minutes after ordering, so it was disappointing that we couldn’t stay and enjoy our food like everyone else.

Great food and atmosphere. Even though the sandwich I chose is vegan, it was hearty and filling. Owner also stopped to chat, which was fun. Lots of good healthy food options, but also sweets available for those who want a treat.

Delicious food and healthy also. Nice outdoor seating and some indoor tables. They're located in a nice shopping center. The only improvement suggestion would be to offer the tea to guests that pay for a beverage the same as the sodas without an upcharge.

Late Post: 10-27-24/10-28-24 This was my first time coming here. It was a little intimidating but not hard to understand. You can either choose one of their salads or a plate with either hot or chilled sides and a choice of protein and they also have sandwiches and soups too. This restaurant can be located in the Harvest Ranch Market shopping center. This shopping area has a pretty big parking lot so you shouldn't have a hard time finding parking. They have a few tables inside and outside. My friend ordered the mediterranean chop chop salad with their grilled steak. I tried some of it and loved the steak. The salad was also not overly dressed. I ordered the beet and goat cheese salad with the grilled chicken. The chicken was not dry and had a lot of good flavor. I LOVED my salad! The beets went so well with the goat cheese and the chicken was seasoned perfectly. My fave was the steak though. The salads came with a slice of grilled focacia bread. I have two dates on here because I enjoyed it so much, I ordered again through Postmates the next day. For the delivery, I ordered the beet and goat cheese salad with steak and the steak plate with mushrooms and brussel sprouts. The hot sides were sooo good. Safe to say everything here is probably going to be great and I can't wait to go back and try their other items. Need to come back soon. Highly recommend. Please run over there!

I love this place! My love for salads has definitely turned after I started eating here. I have tried their sides but I don't think its worth it for the price. Plus their salads are big so you will probably be happy with just that. The burger is also very good. The best part is that they use free range chicken, grass fed beef and sustainable salmon. Top 3 salads I recommend: 1. Mediterrenean Chop Chop (picture is this salad with salmon) 2. Beet and Goat Cheese 2. Autumn Pear Every time I have been here, the service is exceptional. Very welcoming and friendly. The owner will always ask if you're doing well and the rest of the staff is the same. They have indoor and outdoor shaded seating and both complement the vibes. If you go during lunch, parking may be difficult but anytime before or after that, you should be fine. The only thing that I did notice, which is why I have not been as often as I used to, is the increase in their salad prices, but that might be everywhere.

Big portions, fresh options and great service. Highlight was that the steak was cooked really well and they didn't skimp on the sides and proteins. We got a salad and a steak plate for dinner. I got the Avocobbo salad, added chicken and got bleu cheese on the side. The chicken had some juicy pieces and some were a little over. I got the carrot orange ginger juice and it was fine, a little watered down for my personal preferences but I know to ask for less ice next time. For first timers like me, you order, grab a number and sit down. Staff bring you your food and even refilled our water. You can leave your dishes on the table and they clean it up after. Don't forget to tip! Great local spot with healthy fresh food and we will be back. Parking in the plaza and seating inside and on the covered patio.

This was our first time here and it will not be our last. The food was so delicious, fresh, large portions, great value. Perfect for those with food allergies, clean and a large offering. Was really happy with the service. Lemonades were good also.

Crafted Greens is a great healthy American food restaurant with many different options to choose from. I found this place on the Yelp Top 100 list and knew I had to try it. When you walk in you can see the food being freshly made in front of you. There are a variety of options including salads, flatbreads, sandwiches, and plates. It is pretty similar to restaurants like TenderGreens and Lemonade but I like this place much better. Its more of a fast casual than a sit-down. You order upfront and they bring the food out to you. The workers are nice and helpful. I ended up getting the salmon plate with roasted potatoes and Brussel sprouts. The Brussel sprouts were roasted well with a nice balsamic vinaigrette over it which was tasty. Potatoes were well seasoned and enjoyable. The highlight for me has to be the salmon. The flavor was great but the texture was out of this world. It has an amazing crust on both sides but was still nice and soft in the middle. It even had a nice crunch to it. There are way too many things on the menu that I need to come back for and try and I'm excited to see what else they have! Parking in this plaza was not a good time. I went on a Saturday around dinner time and had to park on the street because the lot was very busy.

This place is legit - It's no surprise to me that they made Yelp's Top 100 Places to Eat in the US list (which is how I came across them). Quality ingredients, wide menu selection, and fair prices. Just overall solid, healthy food choices. I have dined in, ordered take out, and even catered for large groups a couple of times & the staff is consistently timely and friendly. I've tried many items on the menu but always seem to come back to their steak plate with various sides. You really can't go wrong in my opinion. It can get a bit busy, especially around lunch, but food never takes too long and you can typically find a seat outside. Enjoy!

A healthy indulgence! This is a cute and trendy spot, with a variety of tasty sandwiches and salads. I left with a satisfied tummy, but also felt good about my healthy choices. I was very impressed by the customer service. I went during the lunch rush, however one staff member in particular opened up a new register to ensure the line kept moving, and regularly checked in on me, even though it is an order at the counter kind of place. He even offered to refill my drink (and it is a self service soda fountain). The only unfortunate thing is how far I live, however when I make the trek to east county, I have a new favorite restaurant!

Nothing bad to say. My visit was great, from the customer service to the food. The staff are attentive and friendly. I had the Mediterranean chop chop salad with salmon, veggie flatbread, and the carrot and ginger juice. The salad was delicious -- veggies throughout and the salmon was cooked perfectly. The flatbread was thin and flavorful. I did not leave feeling stuffed and I finished every bite! Will visit again soon.

Came here on a Saturday at open. There were a lot of employees inside and all seemed to be friendly and helpful. I decided to get the steak plate (medium rare) with mashed potatoes and balsamic Brussels sprouts and a bowl of tomato basil soup. My boyfriend got the spicy Asian salad with steak, his cousin got the chimichurri steak sandwich, and his sister got the chicken plate with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. Really big portions! Great deal for the price. The steak was really tender and yummy. The mashed potatoes were super creamy and the Brussels sprouts were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and sweet and savory all around. The soup was alright, not very strong tomato flavor but good enough. I wouldn't get it again but their soup of the day sounded good. We sat outside and were checked on occasionally even though you sit yourself. This is a great spot for a quick, healthy-ish, and easy lunch! The menu was easy to understand, you can choose any meat with any "base" and whatever sides, which they have a lot of.

4.5, almost a 5 for us! We decided to expand our wings and further explore El Cajon beyond downtown Main Street and I'm glad we did! This place was bustling at 7:30. Indoor and outdoor seating options. While a little noisy inside for seniors it's a better option than outside in the heat! High energy snd attentive staff. Good music. We were surprised at how great mom's Thai salad was. Almost enough for two making it a great value! She happily took some home! Were there to be any comment it would be that the bread could be fresher and, because it's mom, she would prefer more veggies! In a highly unusual move, dad ate his entire steak sandwich. This is a high compliment!! And because it's dad, he would have liked Mayo on it as it was a bit dry but didn't want me to ask for it! I'm thrilled he devoured it! As for me, I indulged with a cheeseburger. I consider it an upper class burger with real meat! The chips were great - hard chips. Think they may be homemade? My only ask would be to have an option thee as t has salt or flavor to make them even more yummy. The dessert looked sooooo good but we were full - good reason to come back! Mom asked for a take out menu which is another rarity so, way to go! Yay, we found a nice change of place with healthy options that we all liked!

Is this El Cajon?? Crafted Greens was an incredible surprise to an impromptu trip to El Cajon. Yelp got this one right. The greens are SUPERB! The proteins fresh and delicious. There's not anything I can say to enhance all of the other reviews other than to implore that you just GO. Also, service absolutely warm, friendly and very attentive. Home Run guys!

This was a very nice spot with delicious menu items, everything seems fresh and on the healthier side for an eating our spot which is always nice We ordered two plates which comes with a protein and two sides, the chicken and steak were both delicious and my steak was cooked to medium well. I did ask for medium but I still enjoyed it, the sweet potatoes were a little underdone but the Brussels sprouts had no complaints, sooo good! They have plenty of seating inside and out and the place is in a shopping area with plenty of surrounding places, the parking lot was full when we came in but I imagine there is more space during an earlier time, would come by again to try the salad as they sounded so good!

Randomly found this place on Yelp and I'm blown away by how amazing it was! I ordered the Free Range Chicken Club, and honestly, it was the best sandwich I've ever had. The flavors were so fresh and unlike anything I've tasted before. The staff is extremely friendly and super helpful in recommending what to order. The restaurant itself is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. This has quickly become one of my favorite spots!

This place is beyond amazing! Service was given by Faris, I don't know if he is the owner of manager but I received the best ever customer service from him. Burger was very delicious! Finally I do not have to drive far to get tasty food. Definitely coming back!

My friends and I decided to check this place out for lunch on a weekday. It was busy but there was enough seating inside and outside on their front patio for everyone. You order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. The owner (or manager) saw us looking a bit lost at their menu and came right over to help. Everything looks so good so it was hard to decide. He was awesome and gave us a quick walk thru their menu with his favorites. The food order came to the table pretty quickly after we ordered. We opted to sit outside since it wasn't as noisy and to enjoy the beautiful weather. The owner came by with a complimentary plate of their cilantro hummus, tabbouleh, a roasted beets side, and their house potato chips. We each ordered different salads with added protein (seared Ahi, Tuscan salmon, and Grass feed steaks). Their iced tea, carrot orange juice refreshers, and giant cookies were good too. Everything was delicious! One of our orders had an issue and it was taken care of promptly. We are checked on often for refills. We will definitely come back! Especially after seeing the delicious looking wagu burgers being dropped off at the table next to ours. Lol! We will have to try that next time.

Was shopping in El Cajon, so of course I needed to stop and try one of Yelps top places to eat! My husband frequents this spot, but it was my first time trying it out. Overall, I thought it was good, but not overly exceptional when I'm thinking yelps top list. You order at the counter and they'll bring your food to your table. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. It is located in a little strip mall so no issues with parking. They have salads, plates, and sandwiches. I ordered the autumn pear salad and added salmon to it. The salad was very good; I liked that it was lightly dressed and all the ingredients were already tossed. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Everything tasted fresh. It also came with a side of foccacia, but I didn't love it. My husband got the grilled chicken club that came with house made chips. They also have a nice dessert selection so we split a snickerdoodle cookie and it was soft and delicious. Food came out relatively quick. I'd say it's a good spot to come in for a quick, fresh salad or sandwich if that is what you're looking for.

The service from everyone was outstanding, but I would like to particularly highlight a gentleman named Farris (I hope I've spelled that correctly). His exceptional customer service truly stood out, and he is definitely one of the key reasons I will be returning. The food was also perfectly heated and tasted delicious.

This healthy fresh place is so deserving of 5 stars. I am a regular here and I always feel so good after eating here. Great customer service that are so quick and they pump out so many orders whether they are to-go or dine in. Love the veggie options they are always so flavorful and healthy. Can't wait to return and feast on another meal.

Me and mi partner have come here multiple times and it is delicious I always get the plate grass fed steak with sides of potatoes and Mac and cheese! I ask for the steak to be well done. I personally dont like the meat showing pink. However it's always a hit or miss sometimes I get it well done sometimes it still is pink. Their drinks are very good never tried those sodas before but glad I did! My partner gets the barbecue chicken flatbread which he loved however it is not cooked fresh it's premade which was a bummer but no biggie. The staff nice there is seating outside with shade and seating inside. It can get busy and filled up quickly inside during peak hours.

We went here recently with a large group and had a great experience. The food was good, fresh, and flavorful. We tried a variety of dishes. The steak plate was definitely the stand out. The steak was cooked perfectly, tenderly, and the flavor was spot on. The Tuscan salmon was also hit, very flavorful and delicious. The Wagyu burger was good, but could have used a bit more sauce to balance it out. The ahi sandwich was tasty. The salads were excellent! We tried the berry, Mediterranean, and house salads. All were delicious. One of our guests said the chicken was a bit on the dryer side. However, overall we all agreed that the food was delicious. Also, the service was top-notch and that made this a wonderful experience. This was our first time and we will definitely be back.

Great experience, great service , delicious food. The staff here is awesome. They are kind, helpful, attentive and they make sure their establishment stays nice and clean. My daughter and I dined here and we also ordered "to go" for the family members at home. My favorite salad is the Thai salad with added salmon while my kids enjoy the steak with sides like Mac and cheese or a Ceasar salad. You can't go wrong here, everything is great ! Had an amazing experience dining here. I totally recommend this place!

Went for lunch & got the avocobb salad w/ steak added. Normally I don't add on, but did this time & well worth it. $5 add for ANY protein add, chicken, salmon, steak, etc. Was expecting mediocre steak/steak bits/peices, but was so so good. Probably equivalent of a 6-8ish good quality steak. The salad itself was incredibly fresh, good toppings, huge, and overall delicious. But the steak was supreme & made the salad valuable & prime.

The energy in this place is uplifting and the food is outstanding! The chefs don't play, they get the food tasting delicious as always! The staff up front are also very kind, respectful and fast. If I was on death row, the free range chicken club would be my last meal! I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Delicious food! I had the goat cheese and beet salad and my friend had a plate of steak with double mashed potatoes. We shared a Boston cream pie cake. Counter service with lots of follow up asking if everything was good. The atmosphere is what I would call "hole in the wall." Nothing fancy. Reasonable prices for such good food.

Year after year, Crafted Greens is my favorite restaurant. Once a week or more, I treat myself to fast , fresh, healthy. Favorites are Spicy Asian salad, Thai salad, chicken club sandwich. Nice people too. A local favorite.

A great clean eating option in El Cajon. Food was comparable to Jacks Urban Eats. Their carry out option is always fast and reliable. We have yet to physically eat there! update: Crowded during lunch but food was great and felt clean and healthy. Team members constantly asked to refill our drinks and take away empty plates. Great job Crafted Greens!!

After a weekend of indulging, the beet & goat cheese salad was just what I needed to start off my week. The Dijon vinaigrette pairs well with the sweetness from the beets. This is a wonderful salad packed with nutrients. I also added chicken for some extra protein! The staff here is always welcoming & attentive. And plenty of seating for your next lunch break :)

I've been missing out on this place! I'm so glad I finally went and tried their amazing food! I love the variety on the menu, made it hard to choose! I had the grass fed steak with the creamy mashed potatoes and balsamic Brussels sprouts , the marinade on the steak is fantastic. I also had the Avo-Cabbo salad and they were both served with a yummy artisanal bread. I also tried the wagyu grass fed cheeseburger with bacon and that was served on a brioche bun with potato chips and the California turkey and Swiss. For dessert I tried their apricot strudel. Everything I tasted was delicious! The service was great and I really enjoyed their fountain drink choices also. I can't wait to be back and try more items on their menu!

Fantastic place. The food was delicious. Customer service was phenomenal. Owner even gave us a free cookie, which was also delicious. Highly recommend.

The service was great! Everyone was super nice and attentive. The food needs help. Right now my husband and I both have upset stomachs unfortunately.... Pretty sure it was the mushrooms which were served semi heated up (some were cold and some warm) , not fresh and possibly sitting there all day. We were given a refund for those. Again, the staff was great and apologized. The Tabbouleh was great. Chicken was dry, potatoes were ok but need salt. Steak was good flavor but obviously reheated and not medium rare as ordered. Mac n cheese also lacked salt and flavor. Overall the food was not enjoyable and we wont be eating here again. Total bummer because I saw what great reviews they have and loved all the healthy options. Two stars because service was great- just not good food and driving home with an upset stomach is not fun.

Best BLT i've ever had, and best seared Ahi dish I've ever had! I know the photo isn't the most appetizing, but this sandwich smelled so good the phone did not eat first! I had to to dig in lol. The ratio of every single ingredient was perfect! perfect amount of greens, perfect amount of tuna (more than most places would give!) perfect amount of everything! The bacon was deliciously smokey and paired beautifully with the cajun seasoning on the Ahi. The Ahi was so fresh and tender. Everything was beautifully seasoned. They were VERY generous with the avocado i added on. Again, most restaurants these days are stingy with these things! The bun was perfectly fluffy and delicately chewy. Definitely one to write home about! I wasn't a big fan of the side of chips, i thought they could use more salt, but dipped in ketchup they were fine. This did not impact my impression of the restaurant, since the sandwich absolutely blew me away! I also failed to check if there were alternative sides i could get because these order up front style restaurants can overstimulate me but that's my problem haha, next time i will check the menu online before coming in and i'm sure i will be more than satisfied. Everyone was also very nice and attentive. Will DEFINITELY be coming back, and soon!

Definitely good food and good service. Price is reasonable for what you get. Healthy tasty food done well and with more service than I would have expected.

I felt very comfortable in this place. We were greeted and helped by a pleasant lady-Alexa. My wife and I ordered their Steak Plate. It was so flavorful, accompanied with garlic, chimichurri and tabasco. Delightfully delicious! Customer service was spot on; even their manager Bianca helped my wife's curiosity on hiw their ahi tuna tasted. Bianca gave my wife a small complimentary and my wife willfully exclaimed that we are definitely coming back. We highly recommend Crafted Greens.

Dined at Crafted Greens tonight. We walked in, although it was very busy, we were able to get a table right away. This place has the best business model. Fresh food, so delicious, great service and fast. Love the owner, he is always so sweet and friendly and genuinely appreciative of every customer, always wanting to make sure everything is perfect. I had the Thai Noodle salad with Ahi, I was craving it ever since I had it last time. Sooo good, bursting with so many different flavors. My husband had the Ahi BLT, which is his go to. He loved it! Definitely worth the drive from Alpine!

Faith and Andrew who took our orders the past 3 times we have been here are super patient and knowledgeable of the menu. The ambiance is relaxing and warming. Also super clean and welcoming staff. The food is served to you within 10 minutes or less and has always been fresh. The Salads are amazing. My wife and I have tried 4 out of 10 salads and they are all mouth watering. We have been back to this place 3 times in 1 week and will continue to return. If you like healthy tasty food I highly recommend Crafted Greens.

I heard this place was outstanding, healthy, and so worth it so I had to try it out! I am always on the hunt for not only delicious food but I am always focused and mindful of Organic, Clean, and Healthy food choices in today's fast-paced world. I decided to order a Thai salad with grilled chicken and ordered a Cherry-flavored Green Tea. The salad had noodles on the plate as well which made it more satisfying to eat. When I took my first bite, I was overwhelmed how outstanding the flavors in this Thai salad tasted. I felt like I was dining at a high-end restaurant with the quality of the food here. The Cherry Green Tea was so delicious and delightful! They also have a beautiful display of decadent desserts to choose from. I didn't order anything from the dessert menu as I am on a fitness plan so i decided not to partake. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I got the impression they seem to enjoy working here. Who wouldn't? To be so close to this type of flavor-filled, organic, and healthy food, it's no wonder why they all seem happy and productive! The name of the game in the restaurant business is making customers feel welcome, satisfied, and happy! This is exactly how I felt being here at Crafted Greens. And, I am happy to say I will be back in a few days! You guys seriously make me smile! If you want to stay on a healthy eating regimen and are not in the mood to cook, this is the perfect place to dine! Come and unwind today or tonight at Crafted Greens! Ok, so since last time was "good" but not "great" I wanted to give this place another try. Thank God I did!! Norma made some GREAT suggestions!! I had the Chimichurri Grass-fed Steak sandwich and the guacamole greens salad. The sandwich was on a ciabatta with slow roasted tomatoes and garlic aioli... the salad was delicious too! Best crispy tortilla strips & cilantro lime vinaigrette! It took all my willpower not to order one of everything in the dessert case! Such a large selection of yummy looking pastries and cakes! Always great service! Will definitely be back...

I see why this place has 5 stars! The food was delicious, the customer service was exceptional, and the restaurant was clean! My boyfriend and I, are from out of town, and were looking for a quick healthy lunch and stumbled upon this place. Everything was just great! I believe the owner was there and was also very hospitable with even refilling our water cup, which he totally didn't have to do. We wish we had one of these places by us. We hope to be back in SD just to have this food, again!

My first time at Crafted Greens and I was politely greeted by Alexa! She helped me with my decision on what to get, I got an spicy asian salad with salmon and it was a 10/10. This experience overall was a great example of costumer service! I will be coming back again !
