Crans Ambassador, an SLH Hotel

To me, it is best hotel in town. We chose ambassador suite with city view and 2 balconies. From front balcony opens an amazing view to valley. Sport equipment shop is in the 1st floor. You can either buy or rent ski equipments. Staff is friendly. They can help with ski passes, reservations, rent an equipments etc. Restaurant also 10/10. Cleaning and service is 10/10

We had a magical stay at Crans Ambassador in July. Everything about this hotel is beautiful, from the room to the outside terrace restaurant, to the incredible spa —it was a special treat to stay in summer when the crowds are away. We were upgraded to a room with a mountain facing view, and needless to say, the views were magnificent. ||The food at the rooftop terrace restaurant was delicious. One of the highlights of our visit was the outstanding service provided by our waitress, Maria. She was truly one of the best staff members we've ever encountered — attentive without being intrusive, genuinely friendly, and incredibly professional. Her warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for from the moment we sat down. She’s a credit to the team and really elevated our experience."||Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend staying here.

Just had an amazing weekend at the Crans Ambassador! Everything was flawless - beautiful rooms, great facilities, and spotless throughout. ||And what really made it special was the incredible staff. Every single person we encountered was genuinely warm, helpful, and went above and beyond with authentic kindness. They anticipated our needs and made us feel like VIPs.||The combination of excellent amenities and outstanding service created one of those rare perfect getaway experiences. Our stay at Crans Ambassador was truly memorable. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the concierge team made everything feel seamless and welcoming. We loved the restaurant—not just for its stunning ambience, but for the incredible food; the Chicken and Salmon Fish and Chips were standouts. The spa was a peaceful escape, and the massage was one of the best we’ve had. The only hiccup was the room temperature—no AC made it a bit warm, and opening the balcony door let in some flies since there were no bug screens. Still, those were minor details in an otherwise exceptional experience. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back.

From the moment we checked in to checking out the service in every aspect was impeccable. The valet, concierge shuttle, front desk, housekeeping, room service and of course the bartenders and servers in the restaurants. This hotel has the best bar we experienced in Switzerland (3 hotels total) from their ability to make cocktails and the selection from Tequila to Bourbon we didn't see at the other hotels. The views and the rooms are exactly as pictured and the short walk to the best town was made every day. I look forward to returning to this property again soon, hopefully to experience the skiing as the gondola is right around the corner.
