The food and atmosphere is amazing, it is fine dining but a very approachable “home style”, you have to try it to understand! The dishes are generously sized (meaning larger than Michelin starred fine dining restaurants), presented beautifully and taste amazing, the chef infuses various ingredients to create amazing flavoured dishes! It is more “home style” dishes but can easily stand up to any fine dining restaurant in terms of food, atmosphere and service! Definitely well worth a visit if you are in KHH! I think there are 2 seating times, so you need to be on time as the chef and his team prepares the entrees at the same time. For the mains, you get a choice (unlike other fine dining restaurants!). The chef table is the way to go, watching the chef and his team prepare your meal!

Amazing French fine dining restaurant! The serving unlike other French fine dining restaurants, we only spend 1.5 hours Every dish was devine and most enjoyable Servings of the menu was relatively small We had an additional order of venison, sauce was infused so well with the meat The cratain head chef was the dessert head chef in Nibbon So the dessert was mind-blowingly delicious They change their menu every season, will definitely visit again next March! A must try restaurant in Kaohsiung.

前菜有五樣,調味和食材完美搭配,店家還招待一條小吐司,表面有加糖烤過,不會很甜,咬下一口酥酥脆脆,但裡面卻又非常的軟嫩,烤功了得。 主菜點了 羊里肌和鹿肉,醬汁和肉非常搭,羊里肌超級軟嫩,入口即化,非常推薦。 鹿肉也是很嫩很軟,兩道菜我都超喜歡。 老闆和老闆娘人非常親切,給人的感覺很舒服,老闆說三個月換一次菜單,今天剛好吃到春天的尾聲,以3的倍數去換菜單,6月就會換清爽的菜色囉。
